  I have been using adobe premierePro 6 / canopus edius 6 so far. I recently bought a kit for a canon 6 d, which included the ss12. So I was happy at the idea of another environment that I have heard so much. The thing is that my projects look like 30 GB (weddings, etc.) and im getting problems with DCs / gal / make it big time. I have used other programs on this pc so its nothing on pc specifications etc. Canon 6 d files are full HD, so they are great and I import them directly from the camera. Means that means ss12 is meant "light"?

  Yes, may be normal for unreturned timeline. When the source media are imported, if the preset project is set properly, the present content timeline with no coloured line, indicating that you look the best possible overview of the reading of the content of the timeline in the monitor of editing area. But, once the changes start, then rendered timeline is necessary to obtain the best possible overview of what you see in the monitor area reading Edit. This interpretation of the chronology is particularly important when effects, transitions, titles and non-native formats are involved. When it comes to timeline render times, that will depend on what has been applied to the images... example, application of the video stabilizer can add minutes at a time, while the brightness could add only seconds. But the important issue here is that, even if you have a card NVIDIA CUDA, Premiere Elements cannot benefit at the time of rendering timeline or indeed anything else compared to first CS6.

  Your background, I guess that the i7 is quad-core. Can we assume that the NVIDIA Guadro driver version is up-to-date according to the manufacturer of the card? Premiere Elements can take advantage of CUDA like Premiere Pro cards. So, generalizing, any card of video/graphics card NVIDIA or ATI with a driver update version should work with Premiere Elements. Regardless of the version of the adapter driver, updates... except in the case of the first elements 10 NVIDIA GeForce number where is a roll of version of the driver (to may 2013) must have first items 10 to work.

  If you increase the RAM installed to 32 GB, think that any significant change in the first 12 items change in performance.

  On the other hand, do you have problems with an 8 minute 10 GB Timeline, zone Edit preview and export? If not, where is the cut for any problem in relation to the problems - 16 minutes 20 GB, 32 GB 40... ?

  I can't find a recovery partitionand can not find anywhere to begin the creation of recovery disks.

  I've defragged and cleaned files.  I did a registry clean not long ago who did nothing.

  It was originally my husbands laptop and sat on the shelf unused for 3 years.  We now use for recording and playing music only and don't want no other programs about this other than the music software and a pack of office (which we have).  I don't even think it should be connected to the internet, because I'm afraid that the updates could corrupt the old programs that we will get on it once sorted.

  I can give Microsoft license number so that they can send me XP?

  Does anyone know if I need to rethink the connection through the web?

  Any other advice?

  Contact the manufacturer of the computer.  As the OEM licensed dealer, they had to provide you with a way to restore the computer to its default settings.  You may need to pay for it now.

  General cleaning of the registry nothing if you try to fix something specific, then you usually just fixed this specific thing.  ;-)

  What edition of Windows XP?  Home, professional or Media Center?

  If you have a generic _ Windows XP edition CD corresponding to the product key on the machine sticker (there should be a given, it's a laptop) you may be able to use this generic CD with this product key (or * perhaps *- but not certainly) product key, you can remove the machine using something like Belarc Advisor.

  Best bet - call in the manufacturer.  I doubt that it is out of business, but if they are: How to replace software or hardware, packs Microsoft service to order and replace product manuals

• Lightroom 5 - BIG TIME brush questions/video included

  I have problems of brush. I used a brush to paint a lawn, and then one more in an attempt to alleviate the back of a House and Lightroom is trolling, BIG TIME. And now he wants to just hang. Everything is up-to-date with Lightroom and on my system. I hear people give the excuse that Lightroom does not do well with the brushes and you need to use sparingly, the excuse is unacceptable.   A few possibilities. I apply no correction of distortion of lens profile (quantity = 0) and you are also apply transformations to the image.  Try to set all THE transformations and Corrections lenses to 0 and try again apply the adjustment brush settings less complicated and the number of applications so you can report exactly what pushes it over the edge.

• I think I'm in trouble (Big Time)

  Hello good people of Adobe forums,

  I need your help and yet, this time with 4 CS again. A bit of history, I had problems with a few more months, when he decided to not even start when you click the icon. L still uninstalled, ran CC cleaner then Tune up maintanence program, rebooted and reinstalled again and the update of the file to the new version. All worked Honky Dory starts after the installation without any problem, and have used every day even without any problem.  Today, however, after finishing editing file AVI in PP l double click icon again and it went straight to "Adobe has detected that the application has suddenly screen. Started getting a little nervous at the sight of this but tried again to start the program from the icon, same message, restarted the computer, and tried new same story, off computer waited and then began again, same message. Uninstalled still ran CC Cleaner then restarted Tuneup maintenance installed with updates for FR, PP & Media encode restarted went to begin again and same message screen opens. I can't believe my eyes l must have done something wrong. (held on the wrong side of the mouth while installing language) So l went through all the process turning again off handlebar & antivirus program. Same result once again. l have a XP machine with the CS4 suite installed as it is well the only problem is that it (XP) plant times all the more embarrassing, (always while coding of course) moved all the files to 2nd computer to finish a 10 min AVI in DVD, which took almost 1/2 HR because it crashing.

  While trying to pull on the hair that l did not and turn my blue office with swear l suddenly realized that Adobe Flash Player has updated itself one day ago, l don't know if l'm clutching at straws here, but it's the only explanation l can think. Finally l ask a question if use Adobe clean script he will wipe away all the suite CS4 installed programs, or l have to do now. Does that also mean that l must also disable the software too so that l can reinstall the entire suite CS4 on the same machine. I've included a crash report, so if someone more intelligent that you can interpret l would be very grateful for your help. I can't seem to find an option to put the repot crash in this message, nothing there.

  Anywho l hope it's something to go on, plug l feel are not relevant because l have had no problem what so ever with the other suite of Adobe software (at this stage). I hope someone can help.

  Yes, the clean script will affect all of the suite.

  Yes, turn everything off.

  But before doing all this, delete your preferences file in.  IIRC in XP, it is located in C:\Documents and Settings\\Adobe\Adobe.0.

  To rebuild files prefs next time you launch.

  Hi everyone, I had a problem with TH:
  After the section of the open attachments, if you double-click the file through the white space opens to allow you to add other accessories.
  The thing is that, in doing so, e becomes inactive and will open the windows of navigation than after about 30-40 seconds.
  I use 38.0.1 version. Anyone else having the same problem?

  To diagnose problems with Thunderbird, try the following:

  • Restart Thunderbird with disabled modules (Thunderbird Safe Mode). On the Help menu, click "restart with disabled modules. If Thunderbird works as usual, there is an add-on or theme interfere with normal operations. You will need to reactivate the modules one at a time until you locate the offender.
  • Restart the operating system in safe mode with network. This loads only the basics needed to start your computer while allowing Internet access. Click on your operating system for instructions on how to start in safe mode: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, OSX

  If the safe mode for the operating system to resolve the problem, there are other software on your computer that is causing problems. The possibilities include but not limited to: AV scanning, virus/malware, background downloads such as updates of the program.

• I have messed up BIG-TIME Safari (OS 10.95).  Don't start now.  Help!

  I upgraded from 10.85 - > 10.95 (Mavericks).   After you have applied all the updates on the App store, a few sites indicated that the Safari V7.0.4 was outdated or is no longer supported.  CNET and a few other sites had a V8 that they argued would work with 10.95.  FAKE!  (Wish Apple website still had Safari for individual downloads).

  I kept the original Safari by duplicating it, then installed this V8.  The V8 Safari announces it is to 10.10 and has the emblem 'no way '.   The old Safari bounces once and won't launch.  Cannot ignore the V8 and cemetery does not remove it.   So now there is "original Safari" and "Safari" (which does not).  Warrior of disc OK, repair the permissions.  No help. Or Safari will launch.

  Why is not start the original Safari?   How can this be repaired?  Reinstall 10.95?   Installation disc root user to remove both versions, an application to extract only the original version of OS 10.95 10.95 Safari?   Clone on the 24-hour and re-setting 10.85 at 10.95 level?  (I could clone this faulty software before doing anything).  Safari does not work because it is called Safari Original and a folder in the Applications folder?  It cannot be moved to the App folder because it already exists in the wrong version.

  Given these two versions in the App folder, if a simple re-install of 10.95 is made, how do I reinstall it know how to deal with these two copies of Safari app.  Guess I could try to reinstall the disk internal after cloning and if this does not work, do what might be the best bet: Clone this 10.95, and then make sure that the copy of the clone of 10,85 has integrity, then erase the SSD internal flash drive, clone through the 10.85, and then reapply the updates.  Few records have been made on Player 10.95 can be copied to the internal drive redone finder.

  In previous years, two versions of Safari could coexist and work.

  Sounds like it might be related to the same problem I have, the two thing I did her seemed to help was to disable ipv6 (click the icon at the bottom right of your screen network, click on "Network and sharing Center", then click on LAN or wireless network, you must do two of them IMO.  Once you have done this, click 'Properties', then click to clear the check in the box for "Internet Protocol version 6" and then select "internet protocol version 4", and click Properties. "  Then click on the button "Advanced".  Once you have done that click on the tab "wins" and below, it will be 'net bios settings' and click on one to disable.
