  Hi Robert,.

  That's what I want to explain. You must include a Currency_code in your report, then only you will get the expected results. OBIEE will generate query differently in both cases. Then include the code of the currency in your report and hide or put in the exclude option in PivotTable.

• Satellite P850 - no internet connection to help to win 8

  Can someone help me?
  I have just upgraded to Windows 8 on my Satellite P850 and now, according to what I'm trying to do, it is sometimes said that there is no Internet connection.

• P50 win 10 Pro - footprints digital has stopped working

  I just got my P50 (20EQS00600, M1000M, i7-6700HQ, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD) about a week ago and I quite like it. However, there is one thing that drives me crazy: after that I upgraded to Win 7 Pro 64 bit for win 10 Pro, the fingerprint feature has stopped working. This issue seems to be related to those reported in these two threads for the P70, but at the same time appears sufficiently different to warrant a new post:

  So, here is what I did:

  (1) I correctly installed Win 10 w/o retaining data/settings from the previous installation of Windows 7; I even reformatted the SSD drive.

  (2) for the initial installation, was asked by Windows Hello register prints I've done.

  (3) fingerprint worked during the first connection, but then disappeared as if by magic. Hello Windows is no longer appears as a connection option in the control panel of Win.

  (4) I found in Device Manager the Synaptics WBDI reported the following problem: "this device cannot start. (Code 10) ".

  (5) repeated uninstall and reinstall drivers are without success. I tried both have Win a driver and manual to install the drivers I downloaded from Lenovo page.

  (6) when I uninstalled the drivers and then wiped the fingerprints stored in the BIOS, I was again able to register fingerprints with Windows Hello. However, this time the fingerprints were not yet registered in Windows, and I had to cancel the procedure. Immediately after, the Synaptics driver stopped working, cf. 4).

  I am at a loss what to do. Strange thing is that I ran Win 7 for about a week, and the fingerprint reader worked fine all the time. (Due to the scaling of the questions on my 4 k screen, I bit the bullet and went to win 10, in case you're wondering.)

  So everyone out there has the same problem, does anyone have a solution?

  I installed a Plextor M5P 512 GB ssd in my Tecra R840-16J! I'm very happy with it :-)
  Restore laptop to factory state using the recovery DVDs I created before! Now, I have 2 copies and a 16 GB USBFlash with an extra copy! So I can restore to factory State whenever I want!

  But I would like to delete the allocated partitions to this!

  First (1.4 GB) partition is created automatically by Windows 7 and there are some files used by Win 7 in case you need fix the system or set system time back at the beginning.
  The second partition C is common system partition containing the Win 7 OS.
  The last partition is the recovery partition that contains the files to recover.
  Recovery files are required to create a recovery disk. In addition the recovery partition allows to recover the laptop without the use of the recovery disk (HARD disk recovery option)

  I do not recommend to remove or change any partition UNTIL you not create the recovery disk.
  Create the recovery disk and then you could change the partitions of HARD drive theoretically you can delete the last partition of HARD drive recovery if you have already created the recovery disc.

  I guess I was wrong.

  The article has a fix for the above problem.

  Microsoft will not solve the problem because Win 7 is in the extended support.

  will try again but keep Win 10 in case the installation will not. Will install Win 7 on a different SSD.

• Satellite P200D Factory defaults recovery

  Hello

  I post here in the name of an old man who bought a Satellite P200D-PSPBQE, S/N 28160997 K (Vista Home Premium French) who has gone through a series of problems. He cannot attend his book himself and so asked me to fix it.

  The laptop has especially worked for two or three years until this summer when it has overheated (as I can judge by touching the case) and switched automatically a few times off the coast. At one point the laptop wouldn't even step to the BIOS.

  Here is a rough summary of what I did then:

  I began to open the case, but it seems too difficult, so I closed it back and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust in the vents, restarted the laptop and it are returned and very well for a while. At one point, the owner of the laptop mentioned a small bug crept once out of the laptop but I don't mind at this moment.

  After some time, Vista has experienced various gels (maybe explore buggy but I couldn't judge I never looked in the event viewer that I had no idea what kind of help the EV could bring until very recently). I thought that this could be due to the many automatic switchoffs who listens to the Vista system files. I ran sfc/scannow, who pointed out a few errors, but cannot fix them. Yet it is not attached to the gel. I stuff ready for the usual save the data/reinstall vista and drivers/restore cycle data.

  On the recovery discs: I asked the owner for all Toshiba drives, but it didn't, not even the recovery disk based 100MB.

  I thought that automatic recovery of factory default partition existed but that he could not find its start-up in the manuals coming with the laptop. I was curious and thought, Hey, I'll start the recovery partition myself with a boot partition tool. I ran the Partition Magic CD reported contradictory of the partitions on the first drive, which prompted me to repair it with suggested partition table values: I stupidly pressed Yes and then not really started (or so I think). I couldn't see any recovery partition only two 80 GB system partitions, and data were present. A race of Ranish Partition confirmed it.

  Yet, I tried to turn on the laptop while pressing '0' at the same time, as stated in some tech forums but it didn't not start any recovery procedure at all.

  I could not find the recovery disk creator in the menu program so I downloaded and it started and it reported, no partition recovery not found.

  As I found myself helpless without any recovery solution (I had not heard backupmedia.toshiba.eu) I downloaded a copy of Vista of P2P (Yes, it's bad, but I was impotent). This laptop has two hard drives of 160 GB, of which the second was not used. I exchanged the places of two readers, installed Vista using the product key from COA to empty disk. I installed the display driver and the retrospective data is restored and the laptop is back on the spot two, running OK, but still from time to time of freezing.

  Finally, I decided to call the assistance of Toshiba in France who reported to me on the backupmedia.toshiba.eu site where I can order recovery disks.

  _Before I order backup disks I have a few questions: _

  Can I open the case and do a thorough cleaning of any dust remaining/bugs/etc? (I guess that the answer is Yes) Are there instructions for that?

  Maybe hit the cpu overheating. Should I run a test of cpu and which?

  Overheating may have affected the memory modules. Running Windows Memory Test enough or do I run Memtest 3.x or later version to check the memory sticks?

  Is there really a recovery partition on the hard drive of this series (P200D-PSPBQE) system? If Yes and given the Partition Magic probably changed only the partition table, is there a way to restore the original partition table values and thus to restore access to the recovery partition? That would save me the trouble to order backup discs.

Toshiba.EU offers you to order a backup for 35 euros drive about it's a drive to restore default factory containing Vista, drivers and tools, or just the basic restore disk that starts (currently absent) recovery partition? In the second case, how to restore the laptop to original factory settings?

  I wouldn't recommend disassemble the laptop. This should be done by a mobile technician who knows what to do if you want to remove dust or debris from cooling vents, I would recommend using a jet of compressed air and you may suck dust.

  Perhaps this is possible, given that the laptop is two years (or more) and during this time, a lot of dust might collect inside the cooling modules.

  A higher temperature can affect all parts of the laptop also memory, it was the case in my old notebook. BSOD was always because the memory could not be cooled. But I doubt that memtest would help you if the higher temperature would affect modules

  You cannot restore the HARD drive recovery partition. If you are not able to start the HARD drive recovery (pressing F8-> fix my computer-> HD recovery), you must order the disk from Toshiba Web page.

  This s recovery disc that contains the image of Toshiba. Toshiba is a package that contains the Windows operating system (Vista), drivers, tools and additional software. Simply said; This disc would fix the laptop back to factory settings.

  Of course you can do it.
  You can install Win 7 If you want to.
  First, go to the BIOS (press F2 during boot)
  In the BIOS disable secure boot with UEFI MSC mode.
  Save the changes and now you could boot from Win 7 disc and could launch the installation.

  But just a note: you read the operating instructions and to create the recovery disk before installing what anyone on the laptop. The recovery disc helps you return to Win 8 in case you want to use again!

  There is not a Windows 10 associates BIOS update for your laptop.  I doubt, there is nothing to change (in BIOS), except if you need get the BIOS to default because it has been changed at some point.

  In some weird cases, BIOMETRICS must be enabled in Windows 10; It is primarily a problem unless something hinky, AND you run Windows 10 Pro.  The document below covers a little of this - ignore the idea for now.

  There is not a Windows Validity Sensor 10 / fingerprints Synaptics driver.  The listed pilot is evaluated for Windows 8.1 and should suffice or Windows 10.

  The first thing that comes to mind is the size of the windows fonts. Check in Panel-> appearance and personalization-> display. Here you can see the size of the elements, if it is above 100%, then this is the problem.

  BUT, there are 5 other things which must be supported in a sort of maintenance cleaning way when it comes to software...

  (1) I need the correct Ethernet controller driver

  (2) PCI device (whatever it is)

  (3) SM Bus controller (whatever it is)

  4) two USB 3.0 controllers

  (5) and an appropriate Video Card Driver because Windows is breaking my b * s not being able to use the so-called "Aero effects.  This is especially important for me because I can't change the colors of the window and the entire theme itself without the compatibility of the Aero effect.

  I might be stupid, but I think that the PCI device is the video card, but I'm hiking just at this moment.

  But there is, any kind of detailed information you may need on the devices, just message me. A large part of preference within 24 hours, thanks in advance!

  Use a single loop that continues to turn and place all the code, including the output of data acquisition on the inside (why use separate loops if all run at the same rate?).

  To better help, fix the real VI instead of an image. What are the typical values for MP1... MP3? What is the significance of the division by one?

  You could also write simple lines after each loop, remove the dependecy of table built, data which cannot be done once all loops have ceased.

  (I also would not use one of these weird case of departure strutures.) Is there a while looping around it or you use "continuous operation"?)

• What is Microsoft NET Framework programs and I can uninstall to get space, or are they important to the operating system and my pc works?

  Microsoft NET Framework programs are indicated with a number in the box sizes when I go to the dialog box to uninstall but I don't know what they are and as they have Microsoft and NET in the titles, I think twice about uninstalling to win space in case they are something important. I have no idea what it is, never use it and if I don't need it would uninstall but I'm not sure I should because it might be important and actually run in the background while I use the pc for other tasks. Someone knows and can explain what are these programs?   Why do you need to "save space"? Programs do not take a lot of space given the size of modern readers. The values shown in programs and features, are unfortunately often inaccurate.

  If you are new to computers, avoid changing the way Windows is set up. It's the surest way to cause you problems. Relax and enjoy using the programs you like instead of worrying about what's going on under the hood.

• Traffic is failed on plain IPSec tunnel between two 892 s

  Have a weird case and you are looking for some suggestions/thougs where to dig because I have exhausted the options.

  Note: I replaced the Networkid real to a mentined below.

  Topology: a classic IPSec VPN tunnel between two 892 s of Cisco, with pre-shared key and no GRE. A 892 (branch_892) has access to the Internet using PPPoE and has three network / VLAN behind it. A VLAN is coordinated to the PPPoE internet access. Access to the other two VLAN - VL92 (100.100.200.0/24) and VL93 (100.100.100.0/24) is performed via the VPN tunnel.

  Second 892 (892_DC) has just one interface - WAN on Gigabit enabled/connected and a static route to the default GW. It doesn't have any defined interal network. If the router is strictly used to send traffic to VL92/VL93 to the domestic 892 via IPSec tunnel.

  Here's the problem: access to VL93 (100.100.100.0/24) works, however for VL92 (100.100.100.0/24) - does not work.

  Devices in VL92 I ping IP address of 892_DC through the VPN tunnel. The 892_DC router I can ping devices in VL92. However, I can't VL92 ping any device beyond the 892_DC and at the same time the packets arriving on 892_DC for VL92 are not sent through the VPN tunnel.

  I took the package trace on 892_DC using capture point/buffer to nathalie caron to VL92 packages and saw that the traffic coming to the 892_DC. I run the nathalie caron even on Branch_892, and there was not a single package.

  So... What's the problem? More interesting, I modified the way left on VL92 access list and still - no packets are sent through the tunnel.

  It's just that you totally ignored the part time. A date data type has the time associated with it. You can see that.

  This very incorrect way of writing a query. Here you have treated the date as a string. So, this will cause conversion implisit.

  How it should be wirttern is.

  select * from table where trunc(calling_date) = to_date('01-07-2012','dd-mm-yyyy')
  

  Yet this will not consider the index (if any) in the calling_date column. So what can we do?

  You can do instead.
