  That would not have been the best idea... but it is unlikely that the cause of your immediate problem.

  I suspect that what really happens is that the driver has become corrupted.  In many cases, simply reinstall the driver is not fix things; you have to clean the old corrupt driver before installing the new.  Thus, it is more likely that the part "Uninstall" the related response is what is helping rather than playing with services... but go ahead and follow these directions, just in case.  In fact, I suggest that you run under first antimalware scanners before following the tips in the above link.

  If I had not found the link above, that's what I would have suggested (whichrequires that you have Windows XP):

  Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs.

  Use the free version, not the free trials of "pro" versions  Pay attention during installation uncheck any prechecked boxes that would install some additional third-party programs.

  Do not run the scans at the same time.  Each scan will take a while.  Start one and go do a non-it chore.  Once the scan is finished, leave the program to deal with anything it finds.

  Once done, you can keep or uninstall programs, or both.  If you keep SAS, I suggest to change its default setting does NOT automatically when Windows starts.

  I had a network that worked very well with three 2 computers running Windows XP Professional and Windows XP Home Edition 1. Suddenly, the network has just stopped allowing certain communications giving the above error message (I have another thread address with XP to Vista computers). The main computer with XP Pro, I'll call A, the second computer with XP Pro, I'll call B and third with XP Home will be C. All computers can share files and printers then without any changes to the system that occurred the following:

  A can access the documents and printers on B and C

  B may NOT have access to documents or printers on one, but access to documents and printers on C

  C cannot have access to the documents on one, but CAN access A printer and CAN access the documents and printers on B

  As I said access from all computers on this network was working fine a week ago and there has been absolutely no changes made to the network. I checked the following

  1. workgroup name on all computers are the same
  2. file and printer sharing are enabled for all computers.
  3. all computers may been from each computers just denied in some cases.

  The firewall that runs on all three machines is AVG and there were no changes to the one last week, but I checked that sharing is allowed.

  I even tried to run the Configuration Wizard from the network on all computers to see if it works, but the same exact problems occur after doing this.

  I met this problem now THREE times. I can't believe that I'm the only one who has this problem and I can't believe that there isn't a solution for it. None of the Microsoft documentation has even a hint of a solution for this specific problem.

  I need a solution that closes completely the network at my church, and they cannot afford to buy printers and others for each of their computers.

• Dreamweaver CS3 model-implementation to date "code error 3" (a solution)

  This error occurs when you update a model, and there is a file with a wrong path.

  It's weird, really. The site knows that the file is associated with the model that you are editing.

  But when you look at the file, you see that the path to the template is wrong.

  For example, my model is in {root} /site/webdocs/Templates/SomeTemplate.dwt.

  The correct path to the template in the file is/Templates/SomeTemplate.dwt,

  "webdocs" being the folder root for the files to be pushed on the web.

  Somehow, after you have moved things around, some files had the path to

  /WebDocs/Templates/SomeTemplate.dwt

  I don't know that I'm the one who screwed up of these files, but after that things are weird.

  Dreamweaver should say what files want to be updated by using the nameof the template.

  but will only actually the update if the file contains the path to this model.

  So, when I change the template and save it, DW asks if I want to update all the files.

  Then, he shows me a list of the files that will be updated. (It may be long).

  Come then 10 or 12 popups an error message saying:

  The problems are the following:

  1. The message does not explain the real problem. Namely: some file has a reference

  3. The list of files that will be updated can be very long, but only 8 or 10
     shown at once and you may not copy this list.

  The best solution I found was to use the number of errors as a clue.

  Generally, the problem occurred because there was an orphan file in which

  files did not have the template applied to new - while the number of errors corresponding to the number

  files in this directory, which appeared in the update list.

  Going to that folder and open the file, I found that the page didn't look at right and that

  the model at the top of the HTML code path was indeed invalid. (The files that looked like

  a good /Templates/SomeTemplate.dwt at the top. Had those who were wrong

  /WebDocs/templates/SomeTemplate.dwt

  The manual solution: change > models > model apply to Page for each file.

  (Ambitious automated solution would have been to write a script to change the)

  paths in the problem files.)

  This means that the site is not defined correctly.  You should never see folder root of the server in your local files Panel.  Locally, the site root is the folder of the hard disk where your files are located, and your property.  Example: C:\YourSite\

  Root of your remote server directly must be defined in your remote server settings.  See screenshot.

  As has been done by technicians from Adobe, you obviously have a paid support plan. It would be best if you contacted them to fix this.

  I get an error message when I try to download a template from dreamweaver to the Server Business Catalyst.

  I put in the {tag_pagecontent} tag. I tried a lot of different models and stripped to the bare bones, it will not download. It doesn't seem to be a problem with a file. I copied from another site for win me time on this site, may be that is the question.
