  Here's my laptop specs: MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2014, retina), 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Iris of Intel Pro.

  I am considering re-installing and getting ready for a backup. I am wondering anyone has recommendations about what else I can try as a last resort. It seems there should be a way to repair this.

  I don't like that I can't play nice visualizations that I had downloaded from Soundspectrum (G-Force, Aeon, Whitecap) and also I am amused with the skins Winamp Shoutcast.

  I have an Adobe Edge publication with a good amount of animation - the compressed file * _edge.js is 75 KB compressed or uncompressed 675kb.

  If I load the index.html file published by default with a cache of cold on a slow connection (~ 80 Kbps) I invariably get a two fatal errors thrown.  Load up in a more quick and everything works fine.

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
  • Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom

  Connection string is "connect username/password@database".

  The analysis schema is a database account, that's why you can log on to SQL * more like that.

  This allows to get the database name

  select instance_name from v$instance;
  

  And if you forgot the password for the PT

  alter user PT identified by 'your_new_password';

• Slow connection, non-persistent desktops... of roaming profiles?

  OK everyone I have a good, we use view 4.0.1 build-233023 and when we use no sticky Windows XP Pro 32-bit desktop computers, we run into the question of a slow connection during the period where Windows applies the user 'custom settings '.  The delay is not terrible, but it will cause colic.  I'm assuming that this delay occurs because the user does not have a profile on the newly created virtual machine.

  We experimented with roaming profiles AD and so far there is no help.  Does anyone have ideas to avoid the "custom setting event?  We would really like to non-persistent work stations, like those persistent management is not really feasible in view 4.0.

  I had this problem and it took me about two months to get my picture gold until I was satisfied by the research, the trial & error and much rebuilt.

  I used a combination of non-persistent computers, folder redirection, of roaming profiles and I have disabled all the tricks of custom setting (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238441) and now my pictures are very alive and work perfectly for my environment (school).

  I suppose that you have set records in your goldy and optimized it for sodomy.  Because before I did that my image has been sluggish on login.  The performance difference between my old image and the new image is like night and day.

• Error reading film on a slow connection

  I get the following error when I load a movie with slow connection:

  Unable to read the "symbolData" undefined property

  I managed to find the cause:

  File Movie_edgeActions.js is called with independent function as soon as it loads. Unfortunately, the Movie_edge.js file is usually much bigger than the file edgeActions (we speak of tens of kb/s for the file edge compared to 3, maybe 5 KB for the edgeActions file). So on a slow connection, the actions file is executed before the edge file is even loaded in the browser.

  Very easy to simulate:

  Open the movie with a violin running as a proxy.

  Use fiddler "simulate modem speeds" and "Disable caching" options (rules-> Performance).

  I think this is a serious bug. It is very likely to occur when you surf on 3G...

  Until it is resolved (I wish I had a due date of estimate), I decided to manually change the autonomous function call and call it myself when both files are loaded. I'll try to deal with him myself, but if someone has already done it, or know how I had to, I'd be happy to get some tips.

  Add: I changed the anonymous function to a named function and I call on AdobeEdge.bootstrapCallback (I did something similar to this post).

  It works very well with a normal connection, but on a slow connection the callback is never called. Furthermore, I see the edge.js file, performs the transfer on a violin with the http 200 status, I see it also in network monitor chrome with status 200, but it is not added to the list of scripts on the chrome developer tools. So I think that the problem is actually in the preloader itself. I'll try to work around him somehow...

  Last thing about performance - is there a plan to include in publishing an option to create the entire film (preloader, action and edge) in the form of compressed js file single?

  We have an implementation that coordinate the 5 different films, which involves 15 loading js files (or at least 10, because I can integrate the preload in my own js file). As you probably understand, 3 g, this can mean a lot of time until the entire application is loaded.

  Change of AdobeEdge.yepnope.errorTimeout in the preloader has solved the problem.

  I changed from 4000 to 400000.

  EDIT: I restored the changes in the actions file (it also works with stand-alone function).

  The AdobeEdge.yepnope.errorTimeout is declared inside the AdobeEdge.requestResources function in the preloader, so I stated this function in my main html, it will be replaced by one of the generated preload.
