Hello

I found a solution to an error message at startup that States that memory could not be written to 0x7c91b21a 0x00000010.  It seems that the last update for Windows Media Player causes this problem. If the Windows Driver Foundation service. is turned on, the ITI must be disabled.  I found this at Bleeping computer and this solution worked for me.  Cathy

It is incompatible with the Sierra of HP scanning.

Applications > file HP travel HP Scan to the trash, then empty the trash.

Download and install HP Easy Scan instead, it will be installed in the Applications folder:

I have a problem, sometimes when I'm with my computer. the cursor is just loading and a pop-up window appears which says: 'the statement in memory of 0x084e0fd8 to 0x084e0fd8. the memory could not be written. Click OK to complete the program'... after clicking the button, the screen turns blue and goes to normal... I don't know where this problem came. you have an idea about this? Please help me.

    Hey Rey,

Thanks for posting your question on the Forum of the Microsoft community.

The 0x084e0fd8 error code is a memory location that the computer would have attempted to access when you received this error. This can occur because of a corrupted file or a bad sector.

I suggest that you can run a disk check and see if we can find no fault with your hard drive. Please see the article below to run the chkdsk command.

Run the check disk from the command line to find and fix errors

    http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/dd637756.aspx
Note: Please press Windows key + R, type CMD , and press enter to launch the command prompt.
    (Use chkdsk /f , followed by chkdsk/r)

Hope this information is useful. Just reply with the results and if you need help or have any other questions about Windows, we're here to help.

  • Keep getting a memory could not be written error with Acrobat Pro XI

    Hello

Below is the error I keep seeing on my windows 7 Adobe Acrobat Pro XI enforcement machine. It happens with any PDF that I opened and when it pops up it force closes xi pro adobe acrobat and does not allow me to save all data before it happens. In general, it gives me 20 seconds before it closes so if I am fast enough I could save it, but it does every 5 minutes or more.

    memory error.png

    Things I've tried...

1 tried to use the cleaning of adobe tool to uninstall acrobat adobe pro xi completely from the computer, rebooted, reinstalled (same error at the same place)

    2. tried using forefront endpoint protection for not full system scan (what we use in our company) - no viruses (same error at the same place)

3 tried to delete the user profile that has the question on our machine of the company, the addition of a new blank profile with acrobat (same error at the same place)

    4. I tried to reinstall windows (wipe everything) and reinstall acrobat (same error at the same place)

5 tried to run memtest for my RAM and RAM integrated test tool, no error on RAM (same error even location)

    6. replace the RAM and motherboard in case there was a problem of memory onboard (same error even location)

    7. now, I gave the user a ready computer, same configuration and it works fine. No other program gives this error, but Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, and now I have a second user with a new laptop Dell get this error at the same place.

We have a lot of users on the site using Acrobat if it was only 2 of a possible 3 k users having this same exact error, so don't know why it does on 2 completely different computer types. Any suggestions would be most useful at that time I tried registry fixes, changes to "memory could not be read error" but that does not help that I found on this forum.

    Thank you!

  • SVCHOST. EXE - Application error the instruction at "0x001a61bb" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

I have a computer running Windows XP (sp 3) and received the above error message.  When I first start the computer, I got the following error message "Generic Host process for Win32 has encountered a problem and needs to close."  When I select the 'debug' option, I get the SVCHOST. Once the error is generic host comes up, I can't run any programs loaded on the hard drive.

Download and Save TDSSKiller . Please read the instructions on how to make it work on this page, too.

Boot the system using the safe-
    1. Restart your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
    2. Select Safe Mode with network when theWindows Advanced Options menu appears, and press ENTER.
    3. When the boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in blue at the bottom, select the installation that you want to start, and then pressENTER

If there is only a single operating system installed then it will start to it after choosing the Mode without fail at step 2.
If you can get the system booted without failure, first run TDSSKiller.exe.
Please tell us if it detected and deleted something.

Install MBAM now and allow update when installed. Here's a good tutorial, short on the use of MBAM.

Once it has finished installing, select perform Full scan.
When the scan is complete click OK on the window that appears, and then click show results, which will open the scan log.

Back to the MMFA click on Remove selected. Don't forget not that all detected objects are checked.
Once MBAM has attempted to delete the detected objects it may prompt you to restart the system.
Do it in normal Windows mode and see if you now have control over it.
