  For some reason, I have more option to stop/restart/switch user under the Start button. The lock button is there with an arrow, but the only option under this arrow is LOCK.   With respect to the date of my installation, I did a gross calculation error.   The software has been installed at the beginning of may, 2015.   I rely on it heavily, so it was as if I had it all year.   Thanks for the instructions for the small drop in the identity plate area.  This download of drop enabled me to uncheck options Mobile with Lightroom.

• Previously synchronized Typekit fonts are missing from the document and I can't sync them again

  I synced the files just now and they all show as synchronized in my account of typekit, but in the actual Illustrator file they show missing and when I'm trying to synchronize the missing fonts, I get an error indicating that I should check in my menu office typekit. When I checked, but it is blocked with the spinner synchronization in the Middle for some time now.

  I reboot everything. I have disconnected and reconnected... I don't know what else to try. Any sugjestions?

  Oh and I tried a new one to see if it works and that has not happened either synchronization.

  If this does not resolve the problem, you can also use the 'Contact support' link on this page to talk to a support agent and debug the problem more far.

  Once that tab in your application to Creative cloud charge properly again, the fonts should be available to all your office programs.

• Auto-Sync does not always work

  I use the function of automatic synchronization for a long time, but recently, I have noticed that sometimes it works and sometimes not, all in the same project. I checked to make sure that the Auto-Sync button has been checked and there, but it is not ALWAYS highlight the heading in the table of contents. Anyone know why this is happening, or better yet, how to fix?

• Is there a downside to Lightroom to synchronize metadata with Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw?

  It seems to me that this is something you want to do if you want to use the bridge, but it is not set by default so I wonder why.  Diminishes anyway Lightroom in?  Changes to my pictures are always not destructive?

  I doubt it, the metadata created in Lightroom (including the metadata created by synchronizing metadata or sync settings) are ALWAYS saved in the catalog file. You can not disable this option. Optionally, you can tell Lightroom to save XMP metadata

  This problem has disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared. We publish WebHelp Pro Robo 9 two-server and the same problem occurred on both servers at the same time. Now, it has resolved itself on both servers. Some regular updates of subjects were made in the interim, but nothing which could explain what was going on.
