  Hello, I have a weird problem with my router. I can't connect to / have extremely slow access to netflix and Google (all sites of Google, Gmail, YouTube, etc.) using my android phone/Tablet and win 10 desktop. Netflix and Google works great wirelessly with my ps4. On my Xbox which is wired netflix works but YouTube app is very slow. I thought it was my ISP but they ran the diags and advised the service was very good and it could be my router. I reset my router and reinstalled the latest firmware and only these devices mentioned above still can connect to these specific sites. Linksys troubleshooting-made it so without solution. I have had this router for about 3 months without these problems. Help please. Any advice will be appreciated.

  Kathleen, it sounds like a horse of Trojan or other malware. You should try to run a Malware Cleaner and whatever anti-virus software you have installed.

  Also check Firefox-> Add-ons-> Extensions and remove anything you didn't put there yourself! Good luck.

• I can't open google chrome... tried to make chkdsk and it opens, thanks for the help

  I tried to open it in the start menu: chkdsk and it does not open.

  I try to open google chrome it remains reloading and finally to said webpage unavailable

I came across this problem with Outlook Express similar years when Microsoft decided that Outlook cannot access Hotmail accounts on subscription.  Email client has no connection to Google problem.  Thank you

• HP touchsmart IQ775 Wireless mouse has stopped working.

I have a HP Touchsmart IQ775 so I can touch the screen to navigate. did a restore of the system in SafeMode this morning and everything works fine now, but of course, it happens again.   I was able to add an account Gmail for Windows 8 Mail App on my first install and everything worked well. Then bought an SSD and completely installed a new OS of Windows 8 it.   I also had the same problem. I had no problem for the other three Windows 8 install / computers that I used and the last she has imported all the fine adjustments. However, I had a portable Windows 8 different today and worked alone of my three accounts to Gmail. How I fixed it:

  Of the Mail app: charms > settings > accounts > add account > other account (NOT GMAIL!)
  Click IMAP for account type, then enter your credentials as usual. It connected and synchronized immediately for me.
