  I disable the magnifying glass and then see if you can reset it so it is not stuck in docked mode.

  Click the Start button.
  Select all programs
  Click on accessories
  Click ease of access Center

  Then click on "make the computer easier to use. This opens up many options. Uncheck "turn on Magnifier." Click OK.

  It should detach your magnifying glass.
  If you use Aero, you should get only the option for mode full screen and lens Mode.

  You cannot use the mode of transport in this situation. You need two-heads IP here: one for end tp (1.1.1.1 to 2.2.2.2) communication and one for transport of IPsec (12.12.12.1 to 12.12.12.2). This is the reason that your router automatically in tunnel mode.
