I have an IPad Mini 2 which, until recently, I was able to sync with Itunes on my Mac Pro to use the IBook.  I have IOS 9.3.1 on intellectual property [later]

Now its telling me that it requires a newer version of Itunes and download at www.itunes.com.

When I'm here it is said to send a link to myself for the download page.

Which brings back me to the same page that I just left... with no "Download" button in sight... essentially going in circles here.

Could someone tell me how do you either download a newer to. her... .or just get the IPad to itunes resynchronization?

    Thx a lot

    Braden

It refers to the version of iTunes on the computer. The latest version of iOS requires the latest version of iTunes, which is 12.3.3. The corrective action at that time depends on what version of the OS of the computer you are using. For Windows, you should just be able to update iTunes, but for a Mac, it will depend on your version of the OS X. iTunes 12.3.3 requires OS X 10.8.5 or more.

  • Imported CD, music not sync iPad Mini

I got the music from a CD in my iTunes library. They appear on my phone just fine, but when I try to sync my iPad Mini, all music from the physical CD that I imported from is not displayed. I had this problem before, and I couldn't fix re-importing each CD - something that took forever!

Is there a solution to this? In addition, files that I downloaded on the internet show no more.

It seems that only my music who bought on the iTunes Store is. I have 'entire music library' selected when I click 'sync '.

the computer crashes (off) whenever I try to sync photos with iPad via iTunes.  Synchronization of fine music.  I uninstalled and reinstalled all apple applications and have the latest version I have iTunes.

See the following article: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ and the links it contains.

If this does not help, contact Apple tedhnical support to the: http://www.apple.com/contact/.

They should be able to help you with your problems.  They are their products, and the problem seems to be with them and not with Vista.

    I hope this helps.

  • Transfer iTunes Music to iTouch for MacPro

I did a backup time machine my old Mac then Migration assisted everything for my new Mac. I have no more the old MacPro.

Shock and horror: my iTunes music was not included in the backup. However, I have all my music on my iTouch. Question: How can I get off my iTouch in my new media folder [empty] iTunes on my new MacPro? I have auto-sync firmly as probably could synchronize my MacPro empty to my iTouch and then I would have lost everything.

Just want to "sync" the other way, iTouch TO MacPro. "." Is this some kind of import function? I just make a backup of my iTouch while it is connected by USB to my new MacPro, perhaps we can access this backup and download it to my iTunes Media Yes folder?

    Thanks everyone - desperate situation!

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not that a transfer backup device and media has been planned with you keep a master copy of your media on a computer that is in itself independently supported against loss.  To use a device with a different configuration, you pass the old library from a computer or a backup directly in the new configuration, not the device to the library. Synchronization of media isn't a way, computer to the device, update the contents of the device to the content on the computer, update or restore the content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases that can be transferred to a computer.

Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases an iPhone, iPad or iPod to computer - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201267 - 'this feature only works for content purchased from the iTunes Store. From iOS9 is more apps that now need to be re-downloaded directly from the store.

To transfer other items from an i-device to a computer, you will need to use third-party commercial software.  See this document in turingtest2: recover your iTunes library from your iPod or device iOS - https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991 even this method can fully recover what you originally had in the library. For example, in order to save space during synchronization if you had converted music files at a lower rate, or photos at a lower resolution, it is these lower quality files that will pick you up.

If you subscribe to the Apple music, titles that are not part of the content that you have purchased or downloaded may not be transferred and must be downloaded directly from iCloud.

  • After the sync of the iPod, music parts are not not on iPod

I hope I'm asking my question to the right group.  If this isn't the case, I'll be happy to submit my isse by another if done to group.

I recently asked CSA 1) if iTunes could support/recognize an iPod and iPad on the ITunes App even on the same computer.  The answer was Yes.  I have an iPad I synchronize with a MacBook 2.0 (iTunes 11) and an iPod synced to a G3 b/w PPC (iTunes9).  I want to synchronize both portable devices for the MacBook.  The following question was 2) what would be the best way to synchronize the iPod for the MacBook? ASC Rep recommended I have just connect the iPod to the MacBook and iTunes would recognize a new device and ask if I want to erase the current contents of the iPod and sync it with iTunes on the MacBook.  When I connected the iPod to the MacBook, I was not offered the erase/Sync option.  I waited for twenty minutes with no sign of progress.  So I decided to make the step restore in iTunes for the iPod.  I then sync iTunes Music, which seemed to be charge the iPod with my selections of music.  When he says that synchronization was complete.  I went to check if my music lists and the game to the iPod, no music or playlists loading did not appear on the iPod. I've done something wrong or should I change all the options?  Please HELP!

The iPod is probably not configured to synchronize automatically.  The default setting (with current iTunes) is to put the iPod to use the method to Manage manually after you perform a restore.

To set up automatic synchronization, select the iPod in iTunes (click on its button on the device on the horizontal bar) to display the parameters of the iPod in the iTunes window.  The side left (in the sidebar), under settings, click music.  Settings of music from the iPod screen is provided to the right, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.

At the top, check the box to Sync music.  This enables automatic synchronization.  Below, if your library iTunes music fits on the iPod, choose the option to synchronize the entire music library.  Otherwise, choose the option synchronize playlists, artists, albums, and genres.  And make your selection from the list below.  A convenient way to do this is to create one or more playlists in your iTunes library with songs you want on the iPod (or you can use the existing playlist).  Back on the screen of the iPod Music settings, find and select (check) the selections under playlists.  Then (after you confirm the selection), click apply.  Go ahead, iTunes keeps the 'synchronized' iPod based on how to set up this screen.  If you configured to synchronize library of ensemble music, all the sync changes automatically the next time you connect iPod (or click sync , if already connected).

  • Fails to sync iPad Mini 2

. For three days, I was unable to sync my iPad with iTunes. It is very important that I do now, I know, I get a new iPad for Christmas and I ant to be able to transfer all the data and applications.

I plugged my iPad to the computer, and everything seems fine. I went to the music, verified content and playlists, proceeded to sync. I lost a bunch of playlists, I tried to recover. Neglecting everything, I went on the assumption that the catalog is corrupt. I returned to a previous catalog using Windows restore. Then I tried to sync. This time, he as much as in step 7: to apply the pending changes. They were never applied, although I gave it time; another day, I let him every afternoon. Nothing!

I returned to a catalog rain yet with the same result. So far, I have done this three times and am running out of options.

My iPhone still has these playlists and I discovered how to copy on the iPad, but this would not be a short-term solution. I am always faced with the problem of how to set up my new iPad via an iTunes that will not be synchronized.

I have not updated my iOS 9.2 devices, nor have I updated iTunes to the corresponding version. At this point, I think that would only add to my problems.

I'd appreciate any help you can offer. I'm frustrated!

    Thank you!

Running Windows 7-1, iTunes 12.3.123, iPad Mini 2

Sync with iTunes, it is usually a way, iTunes to the device. iTunes peut transfer playlists in both directions, but only when the device has been previously synchronized in the library. See recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device. Note the two scripts for retrieving the playlists and stats cared for the bottom of the table of recovery tools.
