Synchronization of people Photo Albums

Hello

I'd want to ask you, how put you my account or request for pictures to synchronize my people albums.

I have my Photos synchronized by cloud between iPhone, iPad, mini iMac, MacBook.

Everything works well, the photos are synchronized. I see a problem in the album entitled People, where I set my family photos. I define 'faces' on my iPhone, but I don't know how to synchronize these definition of faces among other HW synchronized. I don't want to define on each new albums of HW people and each HW, find faces, I would spend by the process of definition of the face once and for all my HW synchronized with pictures. This is to say that I would have the same face on every HW definition. Someone has to help me with the game application or cloud, to synchronize the defdined people in the Album people worked well?

Once the Photos completed analysis for the faces of people on all your devices with iOS 10 people should be synchronization between iOS devices that use the same AppleID to iCloud. This is described in the the user guide for iOS 10.  Using Photos for the Photos on the Sierra has not yet been published, so we can't say about people still Photos on a Mac syncing.

  • Photo albums for iPhone synchronization

Hi, I have a little problem... I always made photo albums and then synced via iTunes. But all of a sudden today, all the albums synced on my iPhone 6 was gone... he same photo stream.

When I connected the phone and went to iTunes > and the photos selected, to check if I could choose the albums of synchronization, it is said that "iCloud Photos is on" and I don't have the possibility to choose albums I want to synchronize...

Maybe I touched something in preferences or change something without knowing it, but does anyone know how to get to choose what photo albums to sync back?

See picture for how my iTunes window now looks like...

Here's my iCloud setup in preferences:

And that's my iCloud on my iPhone:

How can I fix? Thanks in advance :-)

When you upgrade to iCloud photo library ON, you no longer control the albums must synchronize, because all the images will be synchronized.

Same thing for my photo stream. This option could be duplicating what iCPL already.

If you want to return to 'old', turn to iCloud library Photo OFF.

  • One of my shared photos albums is frozen?

I have several shared photo albums and did not have any problems until recently when the album that I share with my girlfriend stopped updating.

I almost always add my photos from my iPhone, but on May 17, I got a few photos on my iPad, I wanted to add. I added 14 photos and never really thought more about it. Since that time I had been adding many more photos from my iPhone, but I noticed that it never came on my iPad. Then I noticed that on 14 photos on my iPad, I added, only 2 people appeared in the album shared on my iPhone.

Today, my girlfriend told me that she had recently added a bunch of pictures, but I never had my iPhone or my iPad. So I asked him to check who were the last pictures got me in his shared album, and it turns out that the 2 pictures that made successfully from my iPad to the album shared on my iPhone were also the last pictures got me.

I tried to disable and the reactivation of the shared albums in iCloud settings on my iPhone and my iPad, but that doesn't seem to force the update anything. I can also confirm that my devices properly receives photos in all other shared albums, and photo streams also seems to synchronize photos between my iPhone and iPad successfully (photos on the iPhone appear on my iPad and vice versa).

Clues why this a shared private album could suddenly break and what I could do to fix it?

Apparently, the album was full. iOS could not provide this information, but once I got to my Mac and tried to add a new photo in the album, he says the album was full. So in case anyone else has this problem, there you go

Remove misidentified one. Press a person in the photo album, and then view all to display all the photos they appear in. Press Select, tap Show Faces, tap the misidentified face, press the Share button, then tap not this person.

There are a lot of plays, but you can delete the incorrectly identified people in this way.

To give them a correct name, click "Add people" and the face of the person will meet you to rename.

  • marking of the photos to a photo album

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a solution. I'm storing my pictures in Photos 1.5 to stop the library becomes too large. Sometimes I deleted photos of photo books I did several years creating a gap in the book. Is there anyway that I can tag photos in a project as a keyword or something so I don't delete it and ruin the photo album?

I started recording my books in PDF format, so I have at least a copy in pdf format. Anyone know if these books pdf print as well, what impression secured by a third party, like printing a book via the system of Photos and uploading it to apple?

No - just be careful - many people put photos in an album before taking the book - if you don't have that you can easily add a keyword for them it

  • Cannot delete a photo album of the Ipad 2 that has been created in iphoto

I can't delete a photo album of the photos on my ipad 2.  The album was created in iphotos on my macbook air and synced from itunes.  All my photos on the macbook were imported to 'photos' and the album I want to remove my ipad does not exist on my macbook, not more.

What I'm supposed to do is sync my ipad with itunes and delete the album in iphotos.

  • I want to reset iPad photos so it clones my iMac Photo Album via a cable. Get weird iPad 1/2 albums I don't want. How?

Something weird is going on my iPad 2 aerial, with the remains and partial albums. I have always used a direct connection cable USB-lightning to synchronize. My iMac photo album is perfectly formed, sorted, etc. I want to have pictures of my iPad to wipe all the photos, and then clone that I have on my pictures to the iMac. No muss, no fuss.

Then go ahead, I want both of them to sync.

I've tried enabling iPad iTunes > Photos > synchronize Photos (both TOGETHER and SELECTED (with all selected).) I end up getting half of the albums, they aren't right key group, bad photo, etc.

I already copied all the pictures I want from my iPad to my iMac, so I'm fine with losing everything that my iPad Photos has, as long as it takes all my iMac photos and on the copy material.

    Best way to do this?

Latest versions of iOS and El Capitan.

Bonus question. iPad Photos wants to import many (many) photos to Photos of the iMac. These images already exist. If I select all import them, is smart enough to go, synchronization "is a dup so I don't bother. Or I'm going w / duplicates ruin my iMac Photos? Having several hundred pictures showing whenever I have connect my iPad and then view it on my iMac annoys Photos app.

    Thank you very much!

I'm sure that you know--he put the photos in iTunes and then sync them to iPad - not sure from Photos - Mac directly, works

That said, I think I know that photos are stored with a specific tag, and if you import the same image twice, it will be stored again with another tag creates a duplicate

If possible try with just an image and see what happens

Also, if you don't want pictures opens automatically as soon as the connection of the iPad - there is a box at the top left which you can uncheck

  • do the live photo album

Anyone know if this is possible? I tried to synchronize several live photos, but it seems to pull only the live photo then if you type it would go on the rest, but they are static. You are not sure if we still support it?

    Hello

To view a Live Photo (which shows the Live Photo badge in the lower corner on the right) on Apple Watch, open the Photos app, and then tap and hold the picture.

Need Photos to be synced an album on your iPhone online, but not my photo stream, which does not work with the video.

If your Photos Live not fully synced to your watch, try the following steps:

    • Make sure you have selected a photo album containing pictures Live:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > Photos > Album synchronized > choose an album containing Live Photos (but not my photo stream).
    • Check that Bluetooth and Wi - Fi are activated on your iPhone:
      • Settings > Bluetooth.
      • Settings > Wi - Fi.
    • Make sure that your watch is connected to your iPhone:
      • In the time display, glisser drag upward on the face of the watch, then swipe left/right for the look of parameters.
      • Check if your watch shows connected and shows a picture of a green phone as a status icon.
      • Disable airplane Mode if it is active (press airplane Mode to enable / disable).
      • Slide down once again to exit the looks.
    • Restart your iPhone and your watch. Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first:
      • To turn off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off.
      • To reactivate: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
    • Allow a reasonable period for your photo album to synchronize before checking again.
