  I'm having some trouble in 2015.3 and I do not know if they are bugs or not.

  This issue only concerns the physical location of the file and does not determine if it is synchronized. So when you move, it is always synchronized.

  Is it in all synchronized photos? It is in the catalog Panel. It is possible that the photo can be synchronized, but not in a collection. Annoyingly, this means that you can not without a bit of thinking side unsync. You add the photo to a collection that is synchronized and then remove it from the collection. See if it works.

  To avoid this problem, on your phone, you should always import into a collection. Maybe just define a place called photos Android?

  for each collection that you are trying to synchronize can you select the collection, and then try to rearrange the photos in this collection?  You may need to restart Lightroom is once more - although I don't think it should be necessary. Based on your diagnostic log, this might fix your stuck sync.  Let me know if this helps your situation. -Guido

  I will soon buy a new computer and don't know if it will be a PC or a Mac. All my current photography software are PC. I use mainly Lightroom V. 5 point whatever for minor treatment but has discovered that a recent camera (Canon G3 X) camera raw acquisition format is not taken in charge by this version of LR 5 (least AFAIK). So now I'm debating upgrade 1) LR 6 (office) (which is crazy expensive (US $150) knowing that in a few months that I'll need to buy a new laptop (PC or MAC) so I have to decide now on this decision too or 2) subscribe to CC now and just finish. I'm honestly not picky about switching CC because it's just a LOT of things that I don't need. Synchronization with mobile devices etc far too many things that require a computer for this photographer's time. (Bring back film as I say)

  In any case, a few questions for the community.

  (1) if I switch to CC now and choose the PC version, can I change it later if I decide to buy a MAC and how many hoops and loops, I need to pass through this do (and no extra cost)?

  (2) if I decide to buy the desktop version (PC) and the switch later to a MAC, you can switch OS within this license or do I need to buy the same version again for MAC OS?

• LR office not mobile synchronization with LR

  I'm migrating from Aperture Mac to LR.  I tried to create a small set of the collection "synchronisation Test" with 44 photos in the office and try to synchronize the mobile LR.  I've also updated a few photos from my iPad and iPhone mobile LR.

  The results, it's no problem with mobile phone-> desktop.  Collection of the desktop are always blocked and saying "Sync 49 pictures" top right of the LR desktop interface.  There is a collection of "synchronisation Test" empty in my iPad and iPhone but no image inside.

  I tried to open the preferences-> mobile Lightroom.  He said "Uploads: 50 photos in sync.

  Any clue?  It is an important feature that I need to have and the value of the creative cloud for me.

  I keep a copy of LR on a laptop and desktop, I keep my LR catalog and the library on an external drive. I also synchronize with LR Mobile. When I get out of my office, I get a message saying that x number of photos are always sync. I do not get this message on my laptop. Synchronization on my desktop does not start unless that delete all my data synchronization. It will be just me to get the same message on my laptop. So, I know why this is happening but I do not know how to solve. I would like to continue the synchronization via my laptop. Is there a way to tell LR on my desktop to ignore the mobile synchronization.

  If the solution is to load LR from my external hard drive, which causes a problem with creative cloud and update software? I also have Photoshop on both computers.

  Try hovering over the plate on the desktop and click the menu drop down. In Control Panel, you can pause sync from your desktop.
