Syntax of the command is Incorrect

have the same problem as here: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistaperformance/thread/2914698d-fea5-4a53-860e-585b327dfe42 try the stuff he writes and it does not help to happen for the first time after an update from microsoft for SQL Framework package (something like that).

Thank you all for your time and help

I have a boring problen with a DOS window that opens every two seconds. It was really hard to catch, but reads "the syntax of the command is Incorrect" and is located in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CMD. EXE. I thought it had to do with a NVIDEA Unified Video Graphics was updated, but maybe not. He began to occur a month or two ago (maybe after doing this update). After a week or two, it seemed logical to try to get back to the original driver. This seemed to be the solution, and everything was fine for about 10 days. Yesterday, he started again with a vengeance (every 3 or 4 seconds)

I had a similar problem. I read a similar post in the Windows Vista forum and there is a post by saying that, after you have uninstalled a wireless HP printer driver, the problem disappeared.

I use Windows XP + Service Pack 3 and installed the driver of HP Deskjet F2100 & F4100 Series printer.  So I tried to uninstall the driver, the problem was gone.
I reinstall the HP Deskjet F2100 & F4100 Series printer driver, if the problem arises again or not, I'll be back to post in this forum again.

  • Problem with the command net user. Please help ASAP!

After that I restarted the computer, I can not connect, and was my password (password). Please help me as soon as POSSIBLE. Thank you!

Your syntax is incorrect for the command "net user".  You probably wanted to enter the command:

NET user administrator / Active: Yes

The syntax of the command 'net user' (according to this article) is:
net user [Username [password |]] *] [options]] [/domain/domain]

All options begin with a forward slash character (/)

By omitting the character "/" before "active:", you have probably changed the password of user 'Administrator' in "active:" or "active: / Yes" depending on whether you entered a space before the 'yes '.  Try to connect as an administrator when you enter that as your administrator password.

  • The list of permissions of the files using the command line

    Hi all

My windows operating system is windows Server 2003 R2.

Now, I'm trying to find a solution that can display all the permissions of the file of each folder and its subdirectory by using the command line syntax.
I tried to use ICACLS to solve this problem, but its result contains the permissions of all files/folders. I just want to have the permission of files, not the permissions of each individual files.

Is it possible to just show the permissions of folders with ICACLS? If it is possible, what sentence from command line?

However, I also looked at Systinterals AccessChk and AccessEnum without finding a solution.

If you have no good solution, please share with me.
