  • Can I burn an AVCHD Disc in fcpX with a bluray burner

I'm having trouble sharing a 3 or 24 minutes of video on a BluRay disc and then insert a DVD-R in the bluray burner to burn an AVCHD Disc. fcpX shot of it and said "of the media in the drive cannot be used. " Please insert another disc. ». And Cancel burning is the only option.

I deleted all the files of rendering and a new rendering, rebooted etc.. I think remember me burning AVCHD discs directly from fcpX before, maybe a year ago. Are updates screwed up, or we cannot burn AVCHD discs in fcpx?

Then, with TOAST 10.0.09, when I create a master file as. FcpX h264 and then import to TOAST and burn BluRay disc with a DVD-R in it, TOAST now move to it also, saying there is a problem with the source material, 18771 error.

Fortunately the bluray discs are much cheaper now, right now for purposes of test/video editing, I have to go to the full monty and burn a disc bluray each time to avoid the relentless crash in the process.

FcpX has an innate ability to make AVCHD discs?

Yes. But the PCF expects the output of a reader optics red laser (DVD writer), not a blue laser drive. Try using a regular DVD burner for AVCHD.

  • Burn a BluRay FCPX disorders

I am trying to burn on the bluray directly from FCPX. It is 66% and then stops. See create disk on my toolbar, but it turns into "not responding" immediately after. I tried some of the troubleshooting techniques (FCPX restart, restart the computer to burn a different project to make all of the media, to add a logo and remove in the settings, etc.) but it will not cross the 66% and create disc stalls. Normally, he finally launched through after having tried one of the myriad of random options but I'm on my 20th burn and no luck.

I don't have a compressor, I'm hoping to find someone who has a vision a little on how they corrected it at their end.

Thanks for your time and your help.

The background image can be a problem.

Make sure that the dimensions are the same or smaller than the size of the export.

    Ditto for the other fields.

Also, try to make a disk rather than directly on Bluray disc image.

  • Drive DVD/Bluray & software for El Capitan

I replace my imac with a 27 "iMac 2009 new arrival Monday. I have not bought an external hard drive. The Apple Superdrive comments have not been stellar.

I also know that because Sony and Apple are not friends, Bluray will not soon to Apple products. I would also like the ability to burn at DVD, if not Bluray discs. Suggestions for readers and/or software (since some players do not understand the software) will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading!

    vtsue,

I recommend contacting OWC (www.macsales.com) they specialize in Macs and can help you with a Blue Ray burner and then help you to choose the software you need for your application. You can call or do a live chat, according to your preference. Before contacting them please give a little thought to what you want a device capable of Blue Ray to do for you, in this way, they can steer you in the right direction.

  • BluRay will not play

    Hi guys N gals.

I recently bought a laptop HPdv51183cl, complete with training Optiaric BD rom BC - 5500 s, graphics card Geforce 9600 GMT invidia, 2 x Intel (r) Core 2 duo CPU P7350@2ghz and a 320 HD.

The problem I have is that I can't play Bluray movies on my laptop. He will play the trailers but when it comes to the main sequence, no joy. I can't access the menu movie even. Infact, the only thing I can do is to stop the disc and eject the disc. The software installed to play Bluray is Quickplay, which launches automatically. I have updated the software of 3.7.5822. but still no joy. I even downloaded Arcsoft total medai player 3.5 at the request of a techie of HP, but it won't even throw the disc.

I talked to a HP technician online and through various software installs, uninstalls and reinstalls from the date of purchase, but nothing is done, they could not help me

Everyone out there encountered the same problem, if so did you fix and if you did how. Any positive contribution or information you can give me in what concerns my dilemma would be apreciated.

    Thanks Steve

What Blue Ray movies have tried to play?

    Because:

Some discs Blu - Ray, like Spiderman 3 , won't play at all on a Blu - Ray player. Other discs Blu - Ray, like 03:10 to Yuma , will play the previews and the title menu, but pressing the play button will not play the movie.

  • Qosmio F750 - 12 p / BD - RW Pioneer BDR-TD04A - Bluray discs will not play

    Qosmio F750 - 12 p
    BD - RW Pioneer BDR-TD04A
    Windows 7 Home Premium

Problem: Bluray discs will not play. CD will play.

History: I did a clean install of Windows 7 and then installed 60 all the drivers from the support site for this laptop model. Or at least those that would install. Interestingly, the driver of Toshiba Bluray would not install. the installation process stated "player not found on your system" or something like that.

What works the device currently is a 2006 (?) Microsoft driver.

Clues? It's the second Toshiba laptop, I had to (second-hand), and they both had this problem: DVD players do not play DVD right from the start. Very annoying.

    Update:

The "Bluray driver" mentioned above is just the own DVD from Toshiba software. It is not a driver. And it does not find the optical drive Bluray on my laptop!

    - The Bluray optical drive will play DVDs, but not of Bluray discs. I'll borrow an another DVD Bluray at the local library, to ensure that it is not a disk failure.

-The Wifi does not work ("network controller driver is bad / missing")

    - I probably deleted the hidden partition that contains the Toshiba "system recovery disk". I have re-installed Windows and written too. [You are supposed to press "0" when the power, but it does not show the Toshiba Recovery console. I scoured the hidden with a freeware Windows partition and there is nothing usable here.]

It is a stupid economy, not providing a system restore disk AND do not provide drivers download work. (The drivers offered on the site are simply updated). It makes the laptop value much less long term and creates bad word-of-mouth over time.

The only station I have is to buy a Blu - Ray external drive and perhaps a Wifi dongle. Crazy.

  • Drive Toshiba BluRay and SDStereoI.dll - ATTENTION INFECTION

Initially, I started this post in the wrong forum and it will be here with the new information I could glean.

My Toshiba BluRay play at startup would give me the message that "SDStereoI.dll was missing but then would be fine.

SDStereoI.dll has been classified as malware.

I still have the original my Toshiba HD as my habit is to do a back up after a new computer is running properly and then knit the backup of the original is stored safely for ' when if.

On the original drive, there are two versions of the SDStereoI.dll. One is 167KO and date 07/07/2011, the other is 160 kb and date 21/06/2011 as logic would (sometimes) great things and newest are that infected - controlled by Prevx.
I replaced the infected where found in program files (x 86) \Toshiba\Toshiba-lecteur blu ray with non infected one found in program files (x 86) \Superd Software\x - tune

    Everything works fine now.

I assume that the infected file was destroyed by my anti-virus.

Anyone else with this experience or a few ideas about this?

    I can't say anything about the SDStereoI.dll.
I have the Toshiba BD Player installed on my system and software antivirus (McAfee and Avira) don t report no virus here.

Who knows what happened to this file on your system
In your case I recommend you scan the system several times once more, using various anti malware apps
Some better than other scanning applications...

  • Envy 17 t: Bluray optical drive

Recently ordered a new laptop and I tried to order one with a Bluray. Optics available only on new laptops to build is a DVD/CD-RW.

Why HP eliminates the Bluray drive option?

Make sure you get the proper thickness. Also, the big question is to transplant the front plate of the DVD burner on the Blu - Ray disc. Try to get an image of the drive you buy so you can see how the façade is mounted.

  • Can not play the movie bluray with Corel WinDVD on my Satellite A665-11Z

    Hello

When I play a movie with Corel WinDVD bluray, it plays over/under 10 seconds. "Then I get the message" your display environment does not support protected content.
I played a Blu - Ray player on my laptop before and it worked perfectly.

Is there a way I can read movies Blu - Ray through Windows Media Player?

    Hey,.

Have you already checked if there is an update available for your Corel WinDVD software? If this isn't it!

To be honest I only use VLC media player to watch all my movies because this s freeware player and can play all video and audio files. So I n t need another player, this s all-in-one player for multimedia files and freeware. :)

  • Playback of BluRay via cable component

Anyone who owns Blu - Ray drives connected via component cables to your TV to input component. Please read what happened to me and be forwarned.

This is absolutely horrible. Before I had the HDMI is component HD.

Sony cited the answer: "(aka analogique Sunset)", newly created a lot of BD movies now include an Image constraint token, which prevents a signal high-definition output or enhanced through the component video socket on a BD drive. ""

That's so wrong! Still, many of us have a TV with component connections and have the ability to 1080i. Us that consumers should not be downgraded in quality video just because it's a TV component connected. Also, you have generated the Blu - ray player with the output component so it should provide the more technically capable production as expected and do not be strangled because of an agreement. As far as I'm concerned you don't tell the PUBLIC about this inevitable and serious impact for customers who have purchased these / your products.

Most consumers are not thieves. If the vast majority of consumers being punished for some.
I buy Bluray discs and Blu - Ray players expected to receive the best picture possible for HD sound quality even if its component. I should not be hampered. Furthermore, you continue to manufacture television sets high definition with outputs of the component for the public, this is wrong think it will provide an HD image from a Blu - Ray player, when in fact based on your answer, it won't.

Finally, I'm going to do my best as a consumer post/send this and your answer to all of my friends, all television station and Web site of social media I can.

A very unhappy customer of Sony
PS. You need to solve this problem and fast!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately to the analog Sunset laws that have been implemented, any player manufactured after 2010 should limit outputs analog video for decrypted AACS (Advanced Access Content System) content Standard definition deinterlacing.

  • Satellite T500 - how to use HD TV?

    Hello

I just bought the Satellite T500.
I was told I could just plug the antenna and it would work, but when I click on HDMI output icon I get the msg "it is only effective when the pc is connected to a TV set that supports HDMI control via the HDMI cable.

Does this mean that I have to do something else in order to make it work?
Would be grateful of any advice.

    Thank you

What cell phone do you have exactly?

I recommend checking and reading the manual first!
I think if you pressed the button that displays the screen of the TV that could be connected to the computer via a HDMI TV cable!

  • Watching a BluRay 3D via Airplay

iMac 27 5 k the summer 2015, last updated on all software

    ATV 3

    Panasonic UJ-265 USB 3.0 BD - R

Epson 6600W, ELPGS03 glasses, so polarized 3D glasses

Drive Blu - Ray Mac unregistered

Hi, I have some trouble getting the Bluray 3D experience in the configuration described above. For example, I played Mad Max Fury Road 3D and Shrek 4 3D with Bluray Mac player and he listened via ATV3 (not wireless LAN) on the Epson 6600W. The result seemed to 2D on the screen of the Mac, the 6600W not reported "no 3D signal."

I need an another DiscReader instead of UJ - 265, another software to read the disks or something else?

I tried a few clips to youtube via airplay 3D, and it worked quite well with the ATV3, the 6600W and the shutter glasses. The pictures actually left the second dimension and entered the living room. I was expecting some experiences like that during playback, the above mentioned films or any disk marked "3D." I'm wrong with these expectations?

Thank you very much in advance for any suspicion.
