T60p 2008-8LU cannot find full specifications

Trying to decide between two types of T60p on ebay, both from the same seller. Looking for specs in this pdf of thinkpad product. One is of type 2007-8HU, that I could find in the pdf file. The other is 2008-8LU. I searched google for hours, trying to research in the community knowledge base and even the thinkwiki through this pdf. Nothin' '. It seems that this type of T60p does not exist. Can someone help me out here? Maybe I forgot something, I'm not sure.

"evening.

I struck the two MTMs in the fast path in the middle right box: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/#

and came with:

ThinkPad T60p (2007-8HU)
T7600(2.33GHz), 2 GB RAM, 100 GB 7200 RPM HD, 14.1 in. LCD 1400 x 1050, 256 MB ATI FireGL V5250,.
CD-RW/DVD-RW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth/Modem, 1 Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, chip secure,
Fingerprint reader, 9 c batt Li - ion, WinXP Pro

ThinkPad T60p (8LU-2008)
T7400(2.16GHz), 2 GB RAM, 100 GB 7200 RPM HD, 14.1 in. LCD 1400 x 1050, 256 MB ATI FireGL V5250,.
CD-RW/DVD-RW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth/Modem, 1 Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, chip secure,
Fingerprint reader, 9 c batt Li - ion, WinXP Pro

Looks like the only difference is the CPU.

I hope this helps.

    Welcome to the forum!

Click on the link provided in the first question in the frequently asked Questions (FAQ) in the Council of welcome & FAQ (at the top of the forum).  The file you're looking for is Tabuk.

Also, it is a document of specifications on the Lenovo Lenovo site-> Products-> notebooks-> portable computers ThinkPad view-> view of the R series.  Look to the bottom of the page in the section related resources.

For manuals and user's guides, go to the homepage of Lenovo and watch the same toolbar corresponding to the search box to the top of the page.  Place your mouse on the media, and you'll see a link for manuals of & User Guides.

In addition, I can not get on the internet on my PC. I can access the internet fine on my laptop through y network.

I read how to solve the error message, but I can't get on the internet to access programs. Suggestions? I'm so frustrated!

    Thanks in advance!  :)

Steve Winograd's right - no executables are normally launched from the Temp folder where you specify unless the malware put them there.

Your system is currently or has been infected and perhaps your detection/removal software clean the folder Temp of the suspicious content but this process does not always boot entry that points to the location/suspicious file, so that each reboot (or login), he wants to run it.

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..

It is easy to get rid of the error message by doing something like disable the startup item in msconfig (if you can still find), but I suggest you fix the problem and difficulty not only the symptom of the problem simply remove the startup message.

I would recommend also you start to search in the register, unless you have a backup because there is no 'Cancel' or 'quit without saving changes' option in regedit.  If you make a mistake, that's all.
These ideas relieve 'rapid' and sometimes risky of the symptom, but may not actually solve the problem.  Also, I'd be suspicious of ideas that begin with the words "try."  You don't need to try things, you need to fix things.
Here are the detailed instructions that protect you and solve your problem in the 'right' way.
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira
!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..
A "Cannot find...". ', ' Failed to start..., "Could not load..." ». "Might not work... "" Cannot run ""error loading... ". "or"specific module could not be found"message at startup is usually related to the malware that has been configured to run at startup, but the referenced file has been removed after a malware scan, leaving behind him a startup item or the registry entry pointing to a file that does not exist.
It might be a removal of malicious software or an application not installed.  The entry may have a curious looking name since it was probably generated at random when the malware was installed. If you search your system for the referenced file, you may not find.
Windows attempts to load this file but cannot locate because the file has been deleted for most probably during an analysis of the malware. However, an orphaned associate of remainders of startup parameter or registry entry and tells Windows to load the file when you start or connection.
So you should delete the referenced entry Windows stop trying to load or run the file. It may or may not be included in the registry, but you can find it.  Autoruns (see below) you get the elements no matter where it is.
If you just locate and uncheck the item in msconfig, which disables the element but does not remove the reference to the element of false starting your computer.   The msconfig program is not a Startup Manager, that's a troubleshooting tool.  Disabling things in msconfig to put an end to the messages and think that your problem is solved is short-sighted and leave behind him a sloppy XP configuration.  Just disable the display of a start-up error message should not count as a 'solution' to the problem.
If you are comfortable editing the registry, you can find and remove the reference directly from there or remove it using a popular third-party tool called Autoruns.  The problem can always be found in the registry well.
Before making any changes to your registry by hand or with third-party tools, don't forget to first make a backup of the registry. There is no cancellation or exit without saving the option in regedit.
Here is a link to a popular registry backup tool:
You can use Autoruns to find the element of start remains little matter where he's hiding.  Autoruns does not install anything on your computer.  It will display all startup locations where the reference may be then you can turn it off or remove it completely.  Here is the download link for Autoruns:
Run Autoruns.exe and wait that he at the end of the filling of the list of entries.
When the Autoruns is finished scanning your system, it will say "Ready" in the lower left corner.  Autoruns can be a little intimidating to first if you have never seen it before because it displays a lot of information.  You are really interested only a few sections.
The problem is usually to start the system or the user startup entries, then click the connection tab and see if the startup item is there.
Scroll through the list and look for a boot entry associated files in the error message.
If you can't find on the connection tab, look in any tab.
You can also click file, search to search for logon, or any tab for all or part of the name of the element.
Right-click on the offending entry and choose Remove
.  If you are not sure what it is, you can simply disable, restart and if the problem is resolved and then remove the offending entry.  If you don't see it in Autoruns, you may edit the registry and remove the item from your startup folder it.  Autoruns shall display the same information however.
Given that you had or have an infection, followed with this:
Perform scans for malware, and then fix any problems:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/
They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
Restart your computer and solve the outstanding issues.

Original title: my songs seem to disappear from windows media player 11

I make a playlist and some of the songs come with a "cannot find this file" dialog box I click on 'place to open the file' and the song is there but will not play. Help, I'm losing songs at an alarming rate.

    Hi Akledge,

    1. this happens only for songs with a specific file format?

    2. What is the full error message that you receive?

    3. have you made a recent software or hardware changes to the system?

    Method 1:

You can try to start the Windows Media Player (WMP) Fixit from link and check if it helps:

Solve the problems of Windows Media Player video and other media or library

For more information, see the article:

    Method 2:

If the problem persists, you can visit the article to rebuild the WMP library and check if it helps

You cannot view, add, or delete items in the library of Windows Media Player 11

Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

Lift both of these errors at startup. Click on through one, then a second will appear. Click per second startup continues to load windows and the system is functional.  I did some research, seems quite common to have dwm.exe questions, so not sure how I should be. I guess that this is caused by some sort of worm/virus/trojan. Ran anti-virus scan: Panda antivirus pro 2010 found 3 infections but problem still not solved. Next step?

No simple AV tool and not every doesn't know everything you need to use more than one scanning program in your arsenal of AV.

In the perfect world, do some exectutables launch of the Documents and Settings folder.

It seems that despite your Panda AV, your system is always somehow afflicted.

Sometimes even the 'best' AV tools are unable to clean up the mess of certain conditions or they can't tell if what they discover is a true infection or something you did on purpose so they will leave him alone, and then do you a little housekeeping cleaning by hand.

Autoruns is the right idea, but first make sure you have something missed Panda, then use Autoruns if you still have the problem.

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:

    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/

    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if you wish.

Restart your computer and solve the outstanding issues.

Autoruns will help you clean up the leftovers, but you have to be as sure as possible that there is no infection rest first.

I had the pop up ads sensation can cause the problem and talked about it to the engineer in computer science from my father. It installs Malewarebytes and there was indeed still a maleware by repair men left. The difference was, Chrome to view the full announcement page while Firefox may have in maintaining security to block this kind of page, and the result was the error message. (I didn't know that because it happened to me on my computers to the precedents and even Firefox used to show me the ad then) Thank you for warning me.

Hello, your question has been posted from a Windows PC but also marked as a question about the new Firefox OS for mobile phones. Let's see if I can cover those two.

    (1) Windows

You have the choice of menu systems: the classic bar (File, Edit, View...) and the orange Firefox button leading to a compact two-column menu.

    • If you view the orange Firefox button, you can press the Alt key or the F10 key to display the classic menu bar temporarily.
    • To enable the classic menu on and outside bar, you can right click on an empty area of the tab bar or the new tab button ('+') and use the short list of toolbar to show and hide the menu bar and toolbars various.
    • If you do not see the toolbars, you might be using full screen. The F11 key will toggle between normal view and full screen.

    (2) Firefox OS

Probably, you need to open the settings app.
