Table in spreadsheet string - no end of line
In the attached VI, I expect to have a character at the end of the line at the end of each element of the array. The indicator chain on the front panel, I get a line instead of three. What have I done wrong?

By default, a tab is the separator for the worksheet line. Just set it's the constant of end of line.

I converted an array of 3 x 2 to 2 x 3 table with table 2D to transpose, then I used "table to a spreadsheet string" vi to convert my table from 2 x 3 to a string. The string format is %f. The table consists of numbers and the text as:
frequency capacitance resistance
100 10 100When I try to write data to the file text the number in the Middle becomes 0. I used probes for debugging. I discovered that the problem is in the output of the 'picture to a worksheet string' vi. The input data (which are a 2D table) are ok, but out (which is a string), the average data are zero! I can not find the reason.

The problem lies in the scale of your value. Primary parameter is 14.5, which rounds to zero because it is rounded to 6 decimal places and pico is too small. Use %g instead of %f for your format code.
I do not understand why you generate values at the ends of the empty table. A lot of this manipulation of cluster and table seems unnecessary.
I removed the while loop and the agilent Subvi is so I could run this. But basically your code can be disassembled for this.
PS: because you have attached the code, we could zoom in and see that the problem was with the size of your data, that we couldn't see on the initial partial screenshot of the code.

Problem with end of line in the text file.
Using LabVIEW 2010 on W7 64 bit in the USA.
I have an application in which I write in a text file. I use the function "Write to a text file" to write the text and "Reading a text file" function to read again. My problem is with the end of line character. The text that I write is a long chain, not an array of strings. While building this chain, I insert the constant EOL of the palette of channels function to indicate that a new line is planned. My tests showed this EOL constant values of consecutive bytes 13 and 10. After writing all the text in a file, I can open the file with Notepad, or Word, or something else, and it is displayed correctly. When I read he returned with the function of text file reading, I'm trying to parse the string by searching for the same constant EOL, but it does not work. A closer examination of the extracted string from the file reveals that the value of end of LIFE has changed for only 10. The location of the byte to 13 disappeared. I know there is a note on the writing of the function of text file add/change the EOL characters, which are the default values of the system, but the note specific tables. I manually put the value in the string. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

The function converts all characters in end of line break characters online platform, dependent unless you right-click the function and remove the check mark next to the menu item Convert EOL .
Right-click your reading and uncheck the EOL conversion. I recommend to do the same thing to your writing to text file feature.

I am writing a process that takes as input a multiline string. I need to chop this string through line breaks and iterate over each of them, but I can not work how to split a string based on the line breaks and TEO reference Guide is sufficiently vague as to what special characters (if any), you can split a string on.
This process is intended to be launched directly via TEOWebConsole at this point else I would implement it in CCP instead.

You can use the regular expression ^. * $
and then feed in the chain and the loop and then through it, cut the ends and go from there.
I have a TAP of some commonly used functions that I use in many of my automation. I call the function automation tools. I downloaded the zipped here tap. Download, unzip and import.
It has a function called multiline convert to single-line string. While that might not be exactly what you're doing, you can remove the pieces of the rupture in the line break and be ok I think.

When the table is loaded for the first time, it appears correctly.

This product especially if I change the value of 1 or 2 fields contained in the line.
If I select several lines - one after the other one - the part visible AF: table may become totally white.
Looks like a refresh problem.
The table is in a tab.
If I switch to the tab, then I it again once the table appears again correctly.
Another thing I noticed: for example 2 rows have disappeared, I select an end of line I have empty in a required field: when I select another line, the popup "this field is required" appears in the row selected previously and magically all the missing lines are coming back!
The problem seems to be less frequent if I set the selection table = none... but it is always present.
You could you kindly help me to solve this problem?

How to find the words that spans end of line to the next line in pdf format?
I use Adobe Acrobat Pro X version for our development and form maintenance. I am writing a command Acrobat JAVA script which reads through all words and run the spell check and reports the wrong words spelled in an excel sheet. Because I run this script in batch for more than 1000 PDFs - I get a lot of words together. When I looked in the PDF files all these words are good looking because it makes its appearance at the end of the right margin, and the next word is in the next line. Since there is no space between them, it was mined in one word. Where the failure.
I have used wordf = this.getPageNthWordQuads (i, j) to get the word start and end coordinates. When I look at my values create a rectangle, and extending through the lines. I got the coordinates for the ordinary Word and which cover the two lines acoross. the coordinates are same.
I think I'm screwed I 8000 words and not the slightest idea how to get rid of them actual misspelled words.
Help, please. Let me know if any /method class so I give the speech will give me the end of line or I have to go to the next layer to find this split.

Hi, is it possible to get DW to put closure on their own line tags as in Visual Studio. I really hate how < table > is set at the end of the last line. I would really like it on its own line in the same way the < td > beginning is. Makes it much easier to read and I spend my half day where DW puts tags at the end of the attachment.
I'm sure that there is something in the preferences I can switch/slip, but I can't.

It would be useful to have an example of what real cluster Bay look like the typical data. One way to do is by saving the content of the table cluster in a configuration file (.ini extension) and then use the OpenG screws of the Variant Configuration file to store and retrieve data from the configuration file. You can get these screws in the VI package manager.
Here is an example. The generated configuration file is also attached.

Table row of string to string array column
Perhaps, it's getting late... However, I can't figure out how to convert my string column to a line string. That said, I read the other articles and none of them are solutions to my problem. Please see the jpg files to see what I mean.
So on the front panel, I have a "row" chain control However, when I save on my .dot (word template) file, it spits out a column of data. Because this column contains my column headers, I need them to display as a line. Someone has suggestions on how to "force" it to show in the model as a line instead of a column?
Never mind the help. I found a solution to the problem.
While everyone knows... If you want to change the deminsions of a string array simply use the function "reshape array" in the tool range. Deminsion size is the number of lines and the bottom is the number of columns. Just wire to the top and go!

On the LogFilter alerts, I add the matching string in the subject line of the e-mail logfilter alert notification. I followed KB 75058 for this requirement. But I'm getting other data also with the match string. Please find the attached screenshot. The chain is marked in yellow. I don't need data which is marke red din. Can you let me know if a setting can be done in the script that retrieves the hitstring so that only the histstring appear

The cause of end of line missing on the printer on could be incorrect printer settings and you may not be able to change the properties of the printer because of a problem of permission or it could be a corruption of driver.
I suggest you follow the methods below to see if it helps.
Method 1:
- Click the Start button on the screen.
- Type Printers in the start search box and press on Enter.
- Click on the printer icon and then click on Properties.
- Click the Ports tab.
- Clear the enable bidirectional support check box. (to disable)
- Now, try to print and check.
Note: If the problem persists, continue with method 2
Method 2:
Try to check the problem by changing the margins using the layout. Assuming that you print from Internet Explorer, please go to Tutils > Print > Page Setup and change the margins from right to left and 0 If it still does not work, select landscape in the same dialogue box.

You can create a unique Index based on a function, like this:
CREATE UNIQUE INDEX table_x_u ON table_x (NVL2 (col_1, 1, 1));
You can use any column of any data type. In other words, the function may return a NUMBER, if the column referenced in the function is a NUMBER.
Regardless of whether the column is NULL or not; not more than 1 rank is authorized.
