  We use IPCC 6.0 (0) with Office CTIOS sr3. We have about 500 agents and skills ~ 40.

  We try to write a web application to allow supervisors to agents to recycle without remote control in an AW (too complicated and unwieldy by their report). Certainly, we can make changes to the table on the AW and even the loggers (in the laboratory, of course). However, the changes do not seem to be reflected in MCI and ITAS. They appear in the Configuration Manager well.

  What do we lack? Is there an additional procedure, we have to do to get the committed change, or a security procedure to allow the change to be taken?

  Any help is appreciated. Snatching the this will be a big victory for my team.

  See if I can explain what happens when you make a change with ICM set up on an Admin workstation and you will see why your idea will not work.

  As you probably know, you can not run ICM set up on a distributor AW if it does not flow in real time. You've probably seen cela when CIM (RTDist, RTClient, UpdateAW, Logger) services had not been started and you pulled up to the graphical interface of configuration and it hung for a minute before reporting that he could not get the feed in real time.

  On a client Admin work stations, it is run through the Distributor AW, and a proxy configuration applies. However, there is a real time stream.

  Assuming that you have the running configuration tool and you change the skills of the agent group.

  1. the configuration tool sends the request to the DBAgent processes running on the router.

  2 DBAgent confirms the credentials of the user on the domain controller.

  3 DBAgent sends the request to the router process (rtr).

  4. the rtr process informs the process lgr running on the recorder the Canal of MDS.

  5. the lgr updates the SQL from Microsoft Central controller database.

  6. once the change has been introduced to the DB, the lgr informs the rtr that the update was successful, and now the rtr is updating its configuration in memory. To do this, after the validation was successful - should the commit SQL failed, the rtr config does not change.

  7. the rtr process informs the DBAgent process.

  8. the DBAgent updates GUI Config CIM on the stream in real time, and it shows that the skills group has changed.

  9. at the same time, the rtr process tells the RTServer processes running on the router to tell the Distributor AWs (you probably have two) that there has been a change in the configuration.

  10. the RTDist process running on the AW Dist means change and all the RTClients that changed the config.

  11 RTDist also said the UpdateAW process running on the Dist AW that the configuration has changed.

  12 UpdateAW queries the central command database for the configuration change and tells the processes running on the AW Dist lgr.

  13. the lgr process writes the data in the DB of AW.

  If someone opens the Config anew ICM tool they read information from the database of AW, but it has been updated with the change as the last element in a chain complex.

  The result of all this is - do not!

  What you want to do is upgrade to ICM 7.0 and you will get two elements that will make you happy:

  * a Web interface to the evolution of the powers of jurisdiction.

  improving agents to sign, and then reconnect to get calls about the new skill, they have just received - it is dynamic (as it should).

  There you go - a big win for your team at the cost of an upgrade of the ICM. ;-)

  This is usually done with a CMS (content management system). There are commercial products CMS like WordPress, Joomla and perch. You create one or several layouts and then create pages of these page layouts using the CMS. In this way, it is possible to have hundreds of pages, each with unique content, but a page layout that can be managed in a place of sharing.

  CMSs on shelf don't require programming skills. Otherwise, some of us write our own CMS with custom functions, but this requires back-end, as with PHP programming.

  This is as good one place as any.

  If you have started using the model and have defined categories for all operations, make changes to the cells in these rows. Fill the pop-up menu edited cells wil also reset the value of each cell filled to the currently selected value in the source cell to this filling.

  Add new categories to a cell in the context menu

  In the Transactions table, click any cell to the row and column reference tabs appear.

  Line control grip (red arrow in the image below) and drag to the bottom to add a new line. The new line will contain a new copy of the cell from the popup menu in the category column. Click this cell to select it.

  In the bar of buttons above the workspace, click the Inspector button to open the Inspector, and then click the format cell [42] button to go to the cell format Inspector.

  You will see the list of the menu items for the selected cell. The list below are a pair of buttons marked + and - (blue arrow). To add a new item to the menu, click on the button +.

  

  The new item appears at the bottom it has the list, with its highlighted text as shown. Type the new category name.

  Repeat for as many new features that you need.

  You can also edit the items already in the list.

  Double-click an existing item to select the text. Type the new name for the item.

  When you are finished, close the Inspector.

  The menu changes are applied immediately and affect only the menu in the modified cell, and cells, this version of the menu is filled in. If you add a new line to the bottom of the table, for example, the edition menu of line 15 will be filled in the new line.

  Add a new category to the account categories table

  The new category is not automatically added to the category table account. When you add it, ensure that there is an exact match between the label of the table and the category in the menu.

  Click any cell in the account categories table to select it.

  Enter the line control handle and drag down to add as many lines as necessary.

  Note that the totals in a footer line moves down and the new lines are added above it.

  Fill in the new lines of the new category (or categories). *

  If you have completed transactions for these categories, these will be totaled in the B column and adds the total in the footer line, but not yet appear on the pie chart.

  Click the pie chart to select it and show its data source.

  

  Data for the graph comes from the cells defined by the selection (in blue) rectangle. The cells shown in white on a background come from the chart legend labels black in column A of the table in the colors of the wedge can be seen in the box beside the category name (and can be changed by clicking on the box, and then choosing a new color in the fill color in the toolbar).

  To add the new category to the table, place the mouse pointer on the small handful (circle in the lower right corner of the selection rectangle. When the pointer changes into a Black plus sign, click and drag down to lock the new categories, which will be instantly assigned a color and added to the graph.

  Click anywhere outside the objects onscreen to deselect all objects, and then save your work.

  * To ensure matched spelling between the menus and the list of categories, select one of the new cells of menu and copy. Select one (or all) cells new category on the table of the types of accounts and paste. Specify each menu to the new categories, and then select all the cells in the new category. In the format of cell Inspector, use the context menu to change the format of these cells to the text. This removes the attribute from popup menu of the cells, leave the text as it was when the last value.

  I have a table with data source. I would like to create a second table that feeds these data. I will use the second table for the filtered views, etc. I am currently copying a range of cells through, referring to table 1. However, if a new line is added to table 1, it does not table 2. How can I configure things so that any changes - including the new lines/columns would be automatically carried over to table 2?

  Table 2 cannot automatically grow the new rows or columns. If you want it to be completely 'automatic', your second table must be as large or larger than your first picture will be never. In other words, there need to additional rows and columns to allow growth. If is not bigger than 1 table, when you add rows or columns to the table 1, you must also manually add rows or columns to the table 2.  The problem is that all these lines/additional columns in table 2 will have formulas that are referred to non-existent rows/columns in table 1, which is a mistake. What you do next depends on what you do with table 2. If it is just for display of data and your existing formulas are all as = 1::A1 Table, you can change to = SIERREUR (array 1::A1, "") to get rid of the errors.  To hide all blank lines, you can set up a filter to show only the rows where column A is not a space (for example) character. There is no filter to hide additional columns, however.

  For that I use for example Excel file and in it, I create a single table, first line is the element name and second row is the value of the element and even to the third row is also different values.

  I want to create under container in the tables of the container as first line must be the element and the second row's value and after reading the second row his creates the new container because again first row must be the element and third row should be the value of the elements and even for the next row.

  here as an attachment, I tried to do, but how I am not able to create one any container according to the line changes. Please guide me how to solve this problem

  No, I have not found the right solution for it.

  I posted this in wrong thred, I wanted to just delet this post. but in some way, I have not found where delet.

  That's why I just mark it as resolved, if it is no more worth.

  But in any case here as an attachment it is vi, which is at least capable of create table containers in teststand.

  what I want is to create the table container, and teststand with subcontainers.

  Yes, it's simple. You prepare your VIEW with the channel table layout and use the add on the columns collection method.

  The command might look like this:

  1. removal of columns in the table:

  I suspect that the reason why you get the out-of-range error is due to fact that in your loop, you delete the columns in the table, you'll eventually end up by referring to a column that no longer exists, because the other columns before it have been deleted. While you remove each column of your table in the loop for example, the column index number will move, because you deleted the other columns in front of her.

  To resolve this, even if you delete a column in your loop, make sure that you take also into account that the index of the column is moved because of the removed columns.

  2 hide columns in table:

  Now, I want that change of the index of array_1 also affects the index of 3 other tables at the same index.

  You can use the mouse event on each table to detec the event (of course, that will attract not only a change of index, but I don't think you care too) and then use the 'values of the indices' property on all the table to set.

  (1) FOR loops are your friend here.  You can make a slight restructuring using loops, and then you will have less mess to deal with, the inner loop through tunnels of autoindexing to make it even simpler.

  (2) I would only treat the numeric values of the characters.  So go terminal of control of the chain, the capital letters and byte array to before the outer loop.  You can use a size of Board over there to tell how many times the outer loop to iterate.

  (3) the Index table is extensible.  So you only need over the index of the first, and it will increment itself, as it develops.

  (4) you need to finish the lookup table (table 3D)

  Table is an array of shots, first think about how you can get the array from the string above,

  Here you need to parse the string correctly, for the string "b 50.8 54.8 60.2 65.3 57.0 61.6"

  1. remove the space first and the last, removal of b , (use the subset of the string function ( )

  2. now you have ' 50.8 54.8 60.2 65.3 57.0 61.6.

  3. now try to get the table on top of the string based on usage worksheet of array of strings

  (a) use the delimiter as space constant.

  Table 2D b) array type as a string

  Now, just wire this scoreboard table.

  It will be useful.

  I had a problem with the insertion of a table that I acquired from an another vi in the existing table in the cluster. My big table contains a set of 5 elements (name, value, save, current and position.) I want to connect my slot vi, whose output is a table of the number, in vi main by replacing only the values in the main draw. All values in the main draw are acquired from sub vi but the rest of the data remains the same. I also want my main table to look the same too, except the values have changed. I know this sounds simple enough, but I don't really know.

  I have for loop that generates two tables... Each contains usually two or three hundred items... I want to paste these tables to gather in a 2D table long as shown on the attached figure.
