Hp deskjet 1660 printing error after "installed being successfully" on my computer

my hp deskjet series of 1660 is "installed successfully" according to my computer, however, when I try to print a test page, the print queue says under the status "printing - error".

    We have difficulties to get the 32-bit coldfusion11 to work on a 64-bit windows 8.1 computer.

    I followed all the steps in the thread 500 error after installing on Windows 8.1 CF11

    but we still have a problem when we run the admin page 'http://localhost/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm'.

    It returns "HTTP error 500.0 - Internal Server Error" and we were unable to find a solution.

    All managers appear to be installed correctly and we put the application pool by default "true" to enable 32-bit applications... (PS tried both true and false no difference)

    and security settings are all set to "full control".

    Any help on this is greatly appreciated

    Cool. Which confirms, ColdFusion works.

    Test B:

    1. Can you create a test site in IIS and place a test html and a test cfm page.
    2. Now, go to the html page, and it must be rendered in the browser.
    3. Now, create a connector on the site and access to test html code and test page cfm
    4. If you get the 500 error, then make sure the number of bits of CF and IIS.
    5. Otherwise, if you get 500.19 or any other error, please ensure that you have the permissions on \ColdFusion11\config\wsconfig\

    Let me know the results.

    Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

    I see that your printer is not printing black once the print head had been replaced.  I would be more then happy to provide you with some suggestions that can make things work again.  The first thing I would suggest is to remove the cartridges and printheads the printer and manually clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and the printer.  It is possible ink sprayed on the copper contacts causing a bad connection, when the new print head has been installed.  If the printhead is not getting a good connection, you may notice messages on the printer error and poor print quality.

    I have a Deskjet 1512 printer ' All in one '.

    I followed the instructions of installation and configuration up to the last comma - and still some 6.5 hours later - I still have a new printer that doesn't work.

    I am running Windows XP / SP3 / Dotnet 3.5

    I ran the installation disc (supplied), made a cup of tea, ticked the boxes, responded to the questions.

    When you are asked (and only when prompted) - connected my USB cable and the printer to the computer... This is where the problems started.

    The function of 'Full' whistles and software bells began to try to detect my camera.

    He was defeated by Windows Harward "Wizard" - saying it had detected a new device... but it can be installed "due to a missing Module.

    About 2 seconds later - the HP software "Full Feature" he spits is dummy and tells me to connect my printer and check the USB cord...

    Yes - I replaced the power cord USB ther with 4 different ones I have alternatives, but also try different USB ports on my computer.

    Always the same question.

    However-

    The Scanner was installed - and works very well.

    So, I tried a forced installation of "Backdoor" of the drivers of the printer - via the Windows hardware Manager.

    This all seemed so promising - the pilots finally looked as if they were installing.
    99%, the hardware Popup Manager informed me that my "device had been correctly install '...

    About 1 second later - another window will appear - now telling me that it was not possible to "do something"? and that my ' device was not installed.

    A quick look through the driver manager showed me that my scanner was installed, but the printer was not.

    I completely uninstalled the HP software, then Dot Net... cleaned all Temp files and deleted all entries in registry rogeu.

    Then restarted my computer (after checking that USB 2 has been enabled in Bios - who it was)

    I then reinstalled the far Dot Net (downloaded via the HP Web site) and the "Full Feature" software (also courtesy of the HP site) this day... and...

    .. even the same.

    In short - I tried:

    • Remove all previous installations of HP and Dot Net 3.5 software
    • Relocation of all of the above
    • 4 x different USB cords
    • All the different USB ports on my PC
    • Swearing and the curse (usually works with Microsoft Products only)

    The only thing I have NOT tried, is witch Craft and Country dance.

    Any other suggestions would be very appreciated...

    I completely erased from my hard drive and reinstalled XP, SP3/Net fix...

    The printer is installed the first time.

    If everything is working now.

    There was something installed hidden somewhere that the installation process didn't like.

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are facing some print quality problems on your HP Deskjet 3520, you cannot print in black ink, you tried an alignment without success.

    I would like to continue you here: printer does not print black ink or color of ink or prints blank Pages, I understand, you may have made some of these steps already but I need you to complete all the steps in order to solve the problem of the missing black, you encounter.

    Please note: there are three stages of print head cleaning. Three steps if necessary. If the print head is badly clogged, it may require another round of cleaning. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last step of cleaning (third) to start the first stage of the cleanup process.

    If you are unable to print in black ink, I think that the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. I highly recommend call you our technical support at the 800-474-6836, I'm sure they will be able to help you regardless of the status of the guarantee.     What Firefox locale (UI language) do you use?

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

    Hi, I work for a School District, we have several of these printers and recently had this problem on 2 machines. Problem is that the printer is completely insensitive after installing a new toner real HP 05a.

    Install toner turn printer on, it passes through the light initialization sequence and shows ready, will not print a test page for the PC, will not print a page of the control panel of the printer configuration, will not be recognized through its USB connection (PC gives same message the USB is damaged or defective), does not pick up an IP address and is not accessible via the Web console.

    Turn the printer off and reinstall the old toner put under tension and everything works again, USB is recognized and system installs the drivers, accessible via the Web console, prints the config to the PC and the control panel of the printer. I have 3 used toners and all three will work with both printers, I have 2 new toners and the two do not work in the printer. Thanks for playing.

    I saw a few client computers and forums on other sites about this issue defective chips on the cartridges-back them and replacements should be good.

    I downloaded the driver for the officejet 6210xi all-in-one and the result was a download for a Conbverter PDF of Foxtab, a microsoft XPS Document writer & a Fax of Officejet HPS. I tried all the and can not get the printer to print or do anything else besides. I am about at my wits end to solve this problem. The only option that is available to me at this time is to buy another printer and it will not be done by HP. I have had this printer for about 6 years and really liked the way in which it worked until during a recent upgrade of my ability to access whent HP away and has been subtuted with this converter of Foxtab.
