According to my research, sdb4mdu.dll is a driver printer interface module - which means that it is related to your printer drivers. Assuming that this module belongs to your default printer (which it might not, it is hard to say), disable it would risk instability. I recommend you to run the System File Checker.   If this does not work, try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your printer.
