  Windows 8 is an upgrade requires a qualification license on any computer, it is installed on even if it can be transferred.

  The license of Windows 7 would be such a qualification license except that because it is an OEM license it can be installed on a single computer. The primary component that defines a computer is the motherboard, even if you transfer everything because you replace the motherboard is a new computer.

  Therefore, you cannot install the original Windows 7 OEM on the new motherboard license legally and is a limitation specific to the upgrade of the EULA for Windows 8 that you can't use it to make an illegal installation of Windows 7 in a legal installation of Windows 8.

  These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.

  4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

  The recovery disc contains exactly the same operating system that was preinstalled on the laptop on the first day of purchase.

  In your case, this means that you will get the recovery with Win XP OS disk.

  As Timox said: If you want to use the other system than Win XP, you must purchase the Microsoft operating system.
