Takes forever to download photos and attachments to emails
whenever I try to attach a photo or scan to an email, it takes forever to load and tie itself, sometimes perhaps half an hour, it's in hotmail aswell as another site of mail that I use

· It worked before?
· What type of internet connection do you use?
Step 1: Try to attach files that are smaller in size and check if it makes a difference.
Step 2: Normally, when the images are fixed, he would go through an antivirus process. Then temporarily disable the security software and check if it makes a difference.

- First create a new folder by right click on an open space on your desktop
- hover the mouse over the new, & click on new folder
- right-click on the new folder and choose Rename
- write your selected folder name
- Connect your data cable USB & POWER to the camera or insert the memory card
- Open the files and Select the files you want to save
- Select files butten now the mouse left click and move the mouse over the files
- then right click on the selected files and click copy
- go to the folder you named and open
- right-click and select Paste & that's it!

I'm unable to download or open attachments to emails.
When I click on the download link, a yellow window appears at the bottom of the screen with an option "save or save under ' (the open option is missing) but when I click on either nothing happens. The yellow window then rest on the screen and cannot be closed without stopping my emails. I run a full scan of the system, but the problem remains. The attachments, I'm opening are word documents and the problem started a few days ago. I would be grateful of any help. I'm not very technical so interested if you can keep the answers as simple as possible, it would be much appreciated.

Very slow to download photos and now stopped altogether.
Had only revel for 4 days. Managed to upload photos, but were desperately slow. buy the update came the day after the initial application. Have updated. Transferred to the computer laptop mac, but very slow. Download of ipad and ipad same mini, but now the download has stopped completely. I'm red light and message library offline.

Trying to open attachments to an e-mail using Microsort Office 365 I am unable to open it, but if it is in PDF format I have no problem.
Weird, when it worked before...
Try one of these, as appropriate:
- Until you open the file you downloaded, right click on it in Windows Explorer and select Properties, then click on unblock.

Uploading photos and videos to iCloud...
Hello, I have the same challenge that many seem to have, in that my photos and videos take forever to download if they load at all. This is a paid service and the answers seem to be "it could take a month" or "be patient"? Well, it has been over a week now and my 35 pictures and 6 videos have not downloaded. I've stopped and started the service, I rebooted my phone and left if for hours and nothing. It is absolutely ridiculous and I would be really grateful if someone could give something more than a 'be patient' so that Apple continues to extract funds from me for a service that can not be used?
Oh and the videos are not large (we are 67seconds and they total 329seconds) as I had no space to take big videos because I waited "patiently" to download photos and how big can they really be?
I have 45.7 GB of unused space.

Suspend the download and turn off iCloud library temporarily.
Have you tried signing off iCloud and then insert it again? I suggest that you try it. Once signed in, return iCloud library on which will restart the download.
If this does not work, then try to reset your device: hold the home and power buttons at the same time and continue to hold until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the slide to unlock screen is displayed again, return iCloud Phtoto library on which will restart the download.

I was downloading photos and videos from a memory card to camera in a USB card reader. After that most of the photos and videos (about 245 to 249) have been downloaded, asked me to jump on the last bit. Now, no pictures appear in the folder where I kept them or on the memory card. I get an error message when I try to eject the card reader. How can I recover pictures, because this is my only copy?

- What is the file format of the file 29?
It could be a virus, I would also say that you download and run the latest Microsoft Security Scanner to scan the card and check if it helps:

Sorry, I should have to say that I use Firefox Thunderbird. To automatically download my emails to gmail, but it downloads only 2 or 3 when I did about 50 per day. I have to click again and again. It is on a desktop computer, laptop computer, in fact. My office works very well. Thanks for any help.
