• x 230 Tap simple script error

  Whenever I click on the tile "Get more Apps" in the right row, I get a Script error with the following message: [IMG][line] http://i.imgur.com/Oc3su57.png error: access denied for: http://shop.lenovo.com/ISS_Static/css/themes/ow/ie-css3.htc the only way I can get rid of the infinitely popping up error window is to kill a Simple tap in the Task Manager. Any suggestions?

  My advice is to uninstall SimpleTap from the control panel "programs and features".  Lenovo has retired it.  The store is dead.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

• Dell XPS 13 TrackPad issues after driver update

  After updating my XPS 13 Cypress Ultrabook drivers for newer drivers published yesterday on the Support from Dell downloads page, every action (although still active) have stopped working. The trackpad itself always seems to work fine after the update of the driver, but no gestures work longer. They all worked just before the update.

  I tried the normal game of toggle, restart, update. But if someone has had this problem or knows how to solve?

  After much research and with the help of Terry B with send me a second XPS 13 and taking my previous one back to the laboratory, I found that the issue is actually with my Antivirus software. I use AVG, and I am at a loss to explain how, but I can restore scrolling and other gestures to uninstall. I can reproduce again lose its Setup again and perform a restart.

  I am at a loss as to what why, AVG allows the driver to start and work properly by any other measure, however, I'm on the verge of scrolling of web pages for a new virus scanner!

• "Graph - Simple" change issues to include several axes

  I'm changing the workspace "Graph - Simple" object to allow several axes. However, I was do unexpected behavior and I can't find a way to restore the configuration when the next load.

  1. Is there a way I can use the "Custom Data" variant in the Item.Data cluster to store the configuration?
  
  
  2. If not, is there another way I can do this work within VeriStand without having to re - develop a full graphical object (based on the free label template) just to add this feature?

  I am currently using VeriStand 2014, but I can be updated until 2015, if there is a new feature that would help.

  You're very close to having the right answer, but what you call won't work, unfortunately. Overall, it would be nice to put data in the custom as attributes of variant data field, as long as you crush all VeriStand attributes can be expected otherwise. Even if you do this, however, there is no way to save this copy of the cluster of the top-level VI item data. I can't in any way you can get this to work.

  However, you do have to start from scratch. It is an available add-on here called Multi-Y chart with channels calculated. It has multiple scales are natively, but this is a graph open source with a superset of the features in the chart - simple. Here you could probably change to have two or more axes and find a good way of saving data so that it persists on the next load.

  I did not write this control and never used personally, but it might be a more open alternative to watch before thinking to start over from scratch.

  Hello! I am a newbie in LabView. I started using LabView 8.2.

  My question is this: How can I make control of the 3 value, and how I can change the value of this command on mouse click.

  Also... I want that this control is a button led (as a Boolean control) and I want it to change color on the change in value.

  How can this be achieved? Any ideas?... I searched the Forum but has not stumbled upon any clear solution.

  If you want a control with three States there are number of ways to do this.  A simple solution of right is to use the checkbox that has now, OF mixed States mixed system and switch between States with the click of mouse.

  The alternatives are to create an Enum with three identical elements can be applied to the ring.

• Dell Precision 7510 Trackpad issues - processor Xeon

  I just got the 7510 is about 2 weeks and have been getting annoyed with the trackpad, which seems to have more problems. The trackpad seems never to stop working completely, but it seems stuck for a second break or stutter frequently. Any suggestions would be welcome.

  Had the same problem on my new 7510. None of the suggested methods helped so I guess the problem is with the drivers for the touchpad. When I uninstalled the drivers and installed the "universal" drivers (that Windows automatically detects), touchpad worked well, of course without gestures.

  Hopefully Dell will fix this soon.

• Simple Active Directory integration

  I need to integrate a portal Cisco 9.3.1 with Active Directory in order to demonstrate the capabilities of the portal in a classic 'AD' environment.

  I have reviewed the documentation for two weeks, but not really found any answers to my questions.

  The PDF documentation is quite minimalist and seems to imply knowledge of older versions of Newscale.

  So here are my questions:

  • Is it possible to import my users A.D. in the database of the portal of Cisco?
  • Why then I log in my portal with admin/admin when I activated authentication events external (it says in the intro that auth. local is tested by default before external one).
  • Y at - it somewhere more complete documentation on these issues?

  What would be great is a sheet of best practices on how to integrate the portal into AD.

  It should still work if you use the UPN-AD for the EUABindDN. I have my lab work but with the events of "Search person" and not the events of connection. I'll have to test it with connection events.

  Make sure that you try to import all users data for fields that you map. If there is a field that is NULL in AD but which is mapped in your Center application mappings then the import will fail. You can test this by going to the configuration of mappings and the login name of the AD (sAMAccountName) and then by testing research to see that all mapped fields are filled with data. This search will use your UPN format ([email protected] / * /) to query the AD and pull the info there should therefore be a test valid user to import event.

• 8 Windows X1C Trackpad issues

  Just bought X1C and did a clean install of W8 Pro and am having a problem with the trackpad. Specifically, I can't reverse the direction of scrolling. I tried reinstalling the drivers, checking the settings several times even, he continues to scroll in the same direction. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  I recently bought a HP DV6-6170us and have a question about the battery. It's my first new computer in about 5 years.

  It shouldn't affect your battery that much if you leave the laptop constantly plugged into the AC adapter - battery life is largely determined by the number of charge cycles and his age - you will not really clock cycles of charge if its permanently connected to a power supply.

  However if you really want to maximize your battery life, the best way would be to remove and store the battery drained to about 40% of a full charge and then wrap it in a plastic bag and store it somewhere cool like a fridge (not freezer).

• Why different applications react differently to the same pressure tapping?

  MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2013) Yosemite 10.10.5 e-mail version 8.2 (2104) and I am aware of the updates for these circumstances.

  I have noticed that when you use the e-mail the trackpad is too reactive to the look, so that the same amount of pressure on this site or

  another site on Safari (but not others, because it is more responsive on wikipedia as mac mail) might need more pressure or even strong look even receive a response at all.

  Previously I was clicking on listen and not from using tapping, this has started to (what I call over-sensitivity by the cursor using the trackpad on a MacBook Air):

  -Understand that Mac adapts to the user; I'm the only one using my computer, but would it not be part of his adjustment make listening to click before?

  -The idea that this "breaks" could be the battery swelling against the trackpad, but checked on the Mac 'of the battery"and he says that it is 'Normal '.

  of what I could do to cause this reactivity?  I can do the trackpad tap less responsive Mail where it's more annoying as one

  feels that they can lose a message here.
  

  Since this question is search discussion groups under "trackpad issues" and see that these are concerns that date back a few years with the MacBook Air, as far as I can see.

  In these discussions of 'clicks ghosts', a speaker asked if the person asking the question, had 'activate him slide' checked and if yes, they suggested unchecking it.  Sys Pref > accessibility > mouse and Trackpad > Trackpad options - where I tried NOT checking "enable drag". In the same place at Sys Pref, I unchecked "spring-loading delay. Both of these measures seem to be helping. 

  These two choices and a growing awareness (of exactly how light a touch is necessary - even a little nervous tap that I might not even know was going on before because I was using the clicking on rather than look) , it seems, has slowed the reactivity and the trackpad on the MacBook Air mid-2013 oversensitiveness.  For those most familiar perhaps you could comment on is it's possible use of a reagent trackpad, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time and your consideration.  Because these choices seem simple and non-intrusive (at least for me) they can be worth a try for other people who also say that they have these issues with the trackpad being over-sensitive to the look.

• TrackPad freezes at random - help?

  My trackpad freezes and crashes often too.  I thought it was because I had a huge work program on my computer that was causing a memory problem, but the program has now been uninstalled.

  My computer is not that old either, but does it for almost the first day (when my boss introduced the program graphic design on my laptop).

  I'm no longer works, but I find that the keypad frozen almost every day, whether or not I'm on Facebook or using Word or just surfing the net.  Its quite frustrating.  Sometimes it will be itself after a few minutes and other times, I need to do a hard reset to restart.

  I have a plug in mouse, I can use, but I rarely use it and rely on this material on laptops.

  I'm in Windows 8.

  I come from the new edition of Mi and very impressed by it's slick interface and style. I've used Ubuntu for about two months on my home machine, that is why it is annoying me right now...

  How to turn the tap trackpad click... in other words, tapping the trackpad would not act as if a mouse button has been clicked.

  I feel like this should be easy, but I think that the problem lies in the fact the Sub settings - system - there is only a 'Mouse' and not a 'Trackpad' option, so there is no settings click on and outside...

  Go to, advanced settings, control parameters, do scroll down to system and find the synaptic package manager. You can search for gsynaptics and install it. It now appears in the Panel settings like "touch pad". Use it to "turn off the tap" on the second tab make sure "disable touchpad" on the first screen because you will need to track down a mouse usb at the end.
