Taskbar lost with new background

I have Win 7 Pro, run Chrome and Outlook, I loaded a new Microsoft background theme. Everything goes well until the screen goes to sleep, when he wakes, I have no taskbar, I start but no taskbar. If I restart, all is well. But this means that I might have to restart several times a day. Help?

Thanks for the reply, my button start always visible, so the situation is different. I solved the problem by using the restoration of the system to an earlier date. Don't know why, but it worked. All right, I'm happy.

    I found the code to load a bitmap as a background (JDE 4.2 so I'm on verticalfieldmanager of riding) but I've lost the ability to use the styles - specifically HCENTER for a horizontal field Manager.

    I thought that the code inline on Mount verticalfieldmanager was only on the functions you specify riding, but somehow styles don't seem to do anything right now.

    My class extends screen.  In addition to setting the style to the LabelField, I tried using a horizontal field with a HCENTER style Manager and adding that to the sublayout but everything continues to show left justified.

    LabelField myField = new LabelField("      ",FIELD_HCENTER){ public void paint(Graphics g){ g.setColor(Color.WHITE); super.paint(g); } };

    Thanks for the help,

    He finds... styles work but the fields are not the full width so that they were in "centered" relatively close to the left of the screen.

    Thanks for the research.  Fix use of USE_ALL_WIDTH to the verticalfieldmanager (probably could have done this in several places).

  • I just upgraded to FF 3 FF9 and in the process lost my 'New tab' button, and there isn't one in the view > customization window. So, how manually open a new tab in FF9?

    Question
    I just upgraded to FF 3 FF9 and in the process lost my 'New tab' button, and there isn't one in the view > customization window. So, how manually open a new tab in FF9?

    To open the window to customize the toolbar, do one of the following:

    • Firefox button > Options > toolbars
    • Press ALT or F10 to temporarily show the Menu bar and choose from there (view > toolbars > customize)
    • Hold DOWN the ALT key while pressing the VTC keyboard letters

    See-> https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/common-questions-after-upgrading-firefox-36

    Regarding the new button tab, you see the end a '+' after the last tab or the right of the tab bar? This is the icon of the new tab.

    • CTRL + T will open a new tab

    Not related to your question, but...

    You may need to update some plug-ins. Check your plug-ins and update if necessary:

    Right-click on it and click Customize...

    Click and drag the 'New tab' icon from there upwards and release. There should be the icon "+".

    Question 2:

    How reference to the ListView object with the name "listView" in different parts of the MyApp.cpp file? Is there anything else I should add to the header file to make the accessible listView?

    Question 3:

    What happens when you call the clear() method? How the data model is affected? How the user interface is affected? What happens in memory?

    Question 4:

    How do you verify that the data in the list has been deleted so that you can go ahead and fills again with new data? What is the cheque that I perform?

    I would also like to know how you manage multiple views of lists and data sources in your applications. Best practices or ideas?

    Thank you

    I was able to clear the listview with the following code, if anyone is interested.

    listView.dataModel = null

    The dataModel must be set to "null".

  • Put a new background behind the hair

    Asked me to put a gray background dark behind this picture.  I am at a loss to know what to do with the spiky hair on the right side of his head where the background shows through. I can remove most of it but still remnants around the edges of the hair, creating a "glow".  Or, I have to go too, leaving tufts of hair, because the colors are so similar.  I have also tried new hair, new hair cloning paint and just can't get it to look right.  There are a few problems the other side of his head, but I managed to fix those through a combination of selection and removal removal of color for the background shine through and cloning. I will always be grateful for your help so I can finish this project!

    On a note related, once I have finally achieve this, what is the best way to "blend" the hair down, so it's not like I PLOPPED him on a new background? Thank you!

    I have already suggested, "It's impossible", but they want to coordinate with the pictures of other leaders of the organization.  So, unfortunately, they expect miracles.

    It is not impossible, but it takes time and skill to do with realism.  I would also say we really need a tablet like a Wacom, to do with any efficiency.  On the plus side, passing of bottom clear to dark, is much easier than the other way around.

    There are several ways to go about this, I recommend you follow several.  The secret to making any composite realistic is to work in layers using a variety of techniques.  Search on YouTube, there are many good tutorials.  I would do something like this:

    • First, I would try to get a good section, using layers of channel (search), and then select fast with a few feathers.  I'd probably also make two layers to allow the feathers to build.
    • Then I'd go closely and manually fade some of the mask, the places where there are gaps in the hair and what not.
    • Then I take a visible stamp on all sides of the hair and play with blend if (in the properties of the layer) and see if I could get rid of some of these spots of light, and play with a mixture of layers.  This layer is just going to add an additional definition where the hair is.
    • So I literally draw to hairs on the edge.  Just the sample of hair colors and draw little thin lines.  This is where you need the Wacom as you want the size and opacity to change.  This is by far the most time intensive, but it is also what separates composites you saw and you have not realized the trash you see on the internet.   Usually, I add layer effects, or the other highlight, shadow, or sometimes simply grit.  He adds a dimension to these flat lines.  Take it easy, does not take much.
    • Operating in several layers with hair, you can add and delete as you wish.  You need to add a Gaussian blur to make it look realistic, having a lot of layers allows different levels of blur.  Alternatively, you can add masks to discolor the hairs that are not good.
    • Then I'm going to literally paint on some of these strengths.  It's a dark background, so having a shadow around the edges will seem normal.  Once satisfied, I probably move this layer under the fake hair and adjust the fake hair, according to your needs.

    That's a lot, but it works if you take your time.  I'm not a pro, I am sure that those who have a much more simplified approach, but I found methods that work for me through play with different methods and stacking on the other.

  • Help: Table of contradictory Tween with clip background (.gif)

    First of all, I'm new (within 2 months) to the programming of OOC. I am developing a flash game pretty basic class objective style space shooter in AS3, which started as a hobby and progresses quickly in a piece for my portfolio. It initially contained only 1 layer with 6 keyframes for each step in the swf (loading screen, main menu, game controls, etc.), but my friend encouraged me to add a background layer to make it more presentable.

    That's when I fell on my current number. I finished these steps, adding my background:

    New background layer

    Drag below game layer in the timeline panel

    Insert the new symbol, to movieclip

    Import in the library

    Bitmap .gif slide layer

    Symbol of drag on the background layer

    The background layer appears behind all my objects, buttons and symbols on each key frame, but when I test my swf, the background is black (solid I put for my game layer).

    I tweeked the script in the first frame of my layer game by "Noting" on the tweenIn(); and stop(); orders and surprisingly the .gif background appears, but it is not animate through the following frames of the .gif. If I unnote stop(); I get the same results. However, if I only unnote tweenIn(); then again the question and the background layer is invisible. I don't get errors or warnings in compiler or output errors.

    These results of my troubleshooting led me to believe that my tweenIn function is not written correctly or does not play very well with other layers on the chassis. Here's my current script. I took the liberty, noting each line, so there is no confusion in the understanding of my logic.

                     private function tweenIn() {
                               // make tweens a new array
                               tweens = new Array();
                               // loop through all on screen content
                               for (var i=0; i<numChildren; i++) {
                                         // make a reference to the current object
                                         var ob = getChildAt(i);
                                         // make a tween for the current object
                                         var tw:Tween = new Tween(ob,                     // the object to tween
                                                                                      "x",                                  // the property to tween
                                                                                      Regular.easeInOut,                    // the easing function to use
                                                                                      ob.x - stage.stageWidth*2,            // starting value
                                                                                      ob.x,                                 // end value
                                                                                      15+(i*30))                            // the time to take
                                         // add the tween to the list of tweens
                                         tweens.push(tw);
                               }
                     }

    My friend told me it might be the table, but I couldn't find another way to use my Tween without using a table.

    I would really appreciate anyone could offer their expertice, advice or words of encouragement.

    Thank you kindly,

    Alex

    Hey guys, I have a problem with a code. I have some divs nested inside a dive of container for the body copy, but I have a problem with the background of the div container behind the nested divs. I have this problem with the background, when am I going to float the nested divs.

    I come to this quote.  The background of this div container is set to white (#FFF).  The other 3 that are nested inside have no defined background.  There are images placed inside them, but nothing of what happened to the bottom, so if it is empty it should inherit the parent container which is white.

    Can you show us a screenshot or view the page online for testing?

  • Can't get picture with transparent background to appear like this

    I am quite new to PES (using version 6) so thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

    I have a picture and made the background transparent and saved as a GIF file.  The opening, he shows up with the grid background.  Good so far.

    When I drag this photo of the tray inside project (where I still see the bottom of checkerd) in the picture, I am trying, it comes with a solid gray background once fallen into this image.  So essentially, the background is more transparent.

    How can I add this picture with transparent background to the image, I'm working on without a background / frame appear?  I have combed internet and cannot find an answer and searching this forum, still coming up empty.  I think the problem has to do with dragging it from the location of the project.  If not, how can I get in the picture, that I'm getting?

    Thank you!

    Kevin

    In PES 6, dragging it to the top of the location of project creates a sort of layer of passthrough. Copy and paste, or drag it to the bottom of the image window the gif in the other file in the location of the project instead.

  • Merge a layer with the background

    Is it possible to merge a layer with the background? I mean, suppose that the background does not yet exist and I have a series of layers on top of this transparent background. How can I go on the fusion of one or more of these layers with the background without flatten the whole image?

    to convert a normal layer into a background layer, you will need to select and go to the layer-> New-> layer bottom. As far as I know, this is the only place where you can do. If you want to do a bottom layer of multiple layers, you must select the layer and go first to layer-> layer blending to merge the layers into a single layer

    Hello world

    When I add a playlist to my library, for example a list of music playback from Apple which is regularly updated by the editors ("Best of the Week" or 'Hits of today', for example), did the playlist in my library automatically update with new songs, when new songs are added?

    Thank you in advance.
