  However this isn't always so satisfactory that I would like to either so let me see if I can explain it.

  The development and deployment of debugging are exactly the same except that you are ONLY supposed to use the debug version for debugging your deployed sequences.  Basically it allows you to have a sequence editor on the deployment computer for the sole purpose of debugging.  That's how I understand it anyway.  You can jump and throw the sequences selected with the debug version.

  The unit was sold as a single IP integration. My client needs Dual Switch with an Ericsson PBX. I received the license key of ORC, and I opened a folder of TAC.

  TAC said that the license file will not allow installation double switch integration. The Cisco SE on the account indicates that the license key will allow me to make the integration of the double switch.

  Who is right? I heard that the moderator here has all the answers :)

  The is correct. Any customer with a license 4.0 can do double switch. You don't need a special permit.

  Take the generated deployment script.
  and focus on line 16.

  Make sure table name e\whether that it hit in the database.
  If read access is provided if it is in the different database.
  Check the line number of the package body.

  I need your help on a question:

  A client has the following Architecture:
  -Accommodate Mahcine running on windows and where they have the CVI and CVI Real Time 8.5
  -a PXI system with controller 8106.

  They want to start their PXI-8106 on RT, so they bought the license for Labview RT deployment.

  What I need from you guys is the following:
  -The sequence of the instalation they have to perform
  -When they started instyalling the CD they got a messgae saying that time real 8.6.x is required (which is not available at their sides).

  HI Maria,

  To configure the deployment on your controller PXI-8106 to LabVIEW Real-time, you will need to do the following:

  (1) load the BIOS pressing the del key at startup. Make sure you see a section "LabVIEW Real-time. If this isn't the case, you must update the BIOS (ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/pxi/pxi-8106/BIOS/).

  (2) once you can view the LabVIEW Real-time section in BIOS, select this option to start in SafeMode in time real LabVIEW and then continue with the startup. You should see monitor output indicating that the target is not configured.

  (3) using NI Measurement and Automation Explorer from your host machine to set up the target time LabVIEW Real-time.  You can set the IP address, load software, etc. When you have finished configuring the PXI-8106 target module, you can set the BIOS to start in LabVIEW Real-time each time.

  (4) develop your application in real-time of the CVI and then follow instructions to (http://digital.ni.com/express.nsf/bycode/exn6qb) to deploy the application on the target in real time.

  Basically, my question is if a standard of vCenter license can manage hosts with VDI and Non - VDI workload without violating the EULA.

  -vSphere 4

  -Cisco UCS

  Customer has acquired the following licenses:

  -1 vCenter server standard (Cisco OEM)

  -vSphere Enterprise Plus for 16 cores (Cisco OEM)

  also, as VDI will run on the VI client thus acquired a set of 5 view come with:

  -1 Server vCenter for VDI

  -See the first 5 Add - on licenses (200)

  -vSphere Enterprise more to View 5 (200)

  The current implementation has a unique vCenter and 8 blades, divided into two groups:

  -6 guests for Admin more application VMs

  -2 VMS VDI host

  Scenario has):

  -If we use the vCenter VDI license, according to the "View4LicensingFAQ.PDF" of VMware, support Non - VDI running in a VDI VI is not allowed (see below)

  Q: can I run other workloads from server on the vSphere which is included in the view?

  A: No. vSphere and vCenter beam view components are limited to desktop deployments.  A desktop virtual machine is defined as a virtual machine that is running the following operating systems:

  My thoughts are:

  • -I have not read anywhere that the use of a Standard-vCenter to cover the VDI and the workload of Non - VDI is not possible at the technical level.
  • -I'm not 100% sure that it is aligned with the EULA
  • -Similar situation for ESXi hosts accommodation VDI VMs licenses

  If you use the view bundle vCenter only VDI workloads are allowed.    If you use vCenter who bought outside of the whole of the display, you can run anything you want with it.

• Lab Manager v3 license question

  I recently started working at an existing installation Lab Manager v3 licenses, but no operational deployment.

• 9.3.0.1 license question permanent

  I'm trying to use an old VMware image that contains Planning 9.3.0.1, but I have license issues.
  
  Measures already taken
  ---------------------------
  (1) I went to http://licensecodes.oracle.com/downloads/HS9_MasterLicenseFile.zip and download the new license file.
  2) then the Manager of licenses (LMtools.exe) and has been the successful start-up, stop the license server and the license re-reading.
  (3) next to the Configuration utility and activated the product to change the ID of "Temp-0004" deployment in System 9 bi +, analytical Services, financial management and planning.
  
  Where I see the errors
  --------------------------
  (1) in my debugging the issue, I tried to start Hyperion planning via command line. Planning begins well but is no longer accepting applications.
  Text of the error: "CLS0000017 no unexpired license is available for your product. Any other request to the server is processed. »
  (2) also within the workspace when I leave navigate-> Application-> planning-> PlanApp1 I get error of follow-up when I try to log in.
  Text of the error: "a problem with the license of Hyperion System 9 planning was met. See the log for more details. »
  
  Any suggestions?

• TestStand-19000 deployment error

  Hello

  I am trying to build my app TestStand deployment but I get an error:

  -19000-the library created in the source distribution is not valid. Contact National Instruments support. The file created is:

  It does NOT specify the file after the ': '.

  I've tried several fixes by browsing the log generated by the deployment engine, but now he gives me all the relevant information.

  If you want to check, the log is attached (this is an .xml file).

  Any help is really appreciated.

  Just a quick question on Labview student of license. I have the 2010 student software package and I was wondering if its possible to install in on a desktop and laptop at the same time with the same license.

  The general license contract should have been included with LabVIEW software. If you don't, you can read it here: http://www.ni.com/legal/license. For the Student Edition license you can install it on 3 computers. It's the same as a regular license "named" for the edition of non-students of LabVIEW.

• TestStand to deploy to EXE

  I'm a Solution of TestStand deployment in an executable format, but I have a VI which is the interface chart user by the name of reference. When I build the GUI in one executable path to the vi is no longer relevant.  Does anyone know how to set the path to a VI that is now an executable?

  Hey Kevin,

  In this case, you should probably use the step calling executable.  Right click > insert step > call executable or select from the Palette of Insertion.  He's here to call applications, which is essentially what you have built.  You can learn more on this topic in help.

• The family pack license question

  I brought the family pack and installed the 32 bit on one of my computers.  But I can change my mind and want to go to 64-bit in a couple of weeks after I receive a problem or two fixed. Besides all the obvious problems with going from 32 to 64.  SE coward a license by installing two different versions on the same computer?

  Thanks for posting. You can install the 64-bit without any problems, as long as your 32 bit OS is uninstalled. If you run no activation questions use the phone activation and you can enable by this means.

• Windows 7 OEM license Question

  My brothers and I built a gaming PC, and I have a question of a Windows 7 operating system license, we bought. In 2014, we bought an OEM Windows 7 on Ebay that came as a Dell reinstallation DVD and an OEM unused license key (which worked correctly). We have installed on our PC, but we did not activate the BONE to what we decided to upgrade to windows 10 via free update of Microsoft.

  However, due to the terms of the OEM Windows 7 license, I wonder if it was legal to put our BONES and our key on our PC. Therefore, I have a few questions:

  1 using the OEM key on our legal machine?

  2. have you upgraded to Windows 10 change the legality of our BONES?

  3 Microsoft authorizes the actions that I took to install an OEM operating system, or should I buy a retail OS to be fair to them?

  You noted that you bought a Dell OEM disc reinstall Windows 7.

  This OEM disk is specifically for DELL systems. If it has not been installed on a Dell computer with a sticker accompanying COA with this special edition, the license is non-compliant.

  It is not eligible the system for the free update to Windows 10.
