  I am trying to understand how to make a simple platform game and have gotten essentially by checking the tutorials on the web, Im stuck on one thing, however, the health of my character, for the moment I have a hp mc which takes you to the image in the image less health, when the enemy strikes the character this code applies:

  You can change the value of _xscale-100% to have back, but what others are doing often is have a movieclip that has different positions in different settings and you are editing images based on the direction of travel.

  You can set properties for form field in Acrobat DC also PDF, Adobe Acrobat form field properties.

  If you want to implement all the constraints you can also use JavaScript.

• Creating a set of platform game for mobile/multiple devices?

  About two weeks ago, I started to create a platform on Scratch game. All sprites and environments were created/animated in a combination of Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash CC. However, as I started to invest more time in this game and learning more about Flash, I realized that zero is limited in what it can do, which brings me to this question.

  What Adobe CC applications are associated with creating mobile games? I understand the question is a bit Open ended, but I'm not sure what app (s) I should build the game (I guess that its CC Flash). As I mentioned earlier, most of the sprites have been already made/animated.

  Some people use PhoneGap as a way to make applications of tools, not Flash, but I would bet that most of the games made with Adobe tools are made with Flash Pro.

  You will be amused to hear that zero itself is written in Flash.

• Error #1009 in my platform game! Help, please!

  My game of base platform that I have a "hero" who can walk and jump on the 'ground '. There is also a door to the next scene, which is the next level. The first scene works very well, but "TypeError: Error #1006: value is not a function." to Charles3_fla::MainTimeline/frame1()"appears once in the output. This works however, and I'm not worried about it. The second, I'm going through the door but, scene 2 opens, and then starts flashing as "TypeError: Error #1009: cannot access a property or method of a null object reference." to Charles3_fla::MainTimeline/onenter()"appears a LOT in the output. I don't know how to solve this problem and I would like to help. P.S. I use Adobe CS5 with actionscript 3

  Background: I've created design documents multi-page technical assembly using Illustrator CC 2015 as the platform.  These documents are used by plants to create products.   That means when I have finished a design, I create several 8.5 "x 11" boards art size on an Illustrator document (so on my model, I'm looking at the 46 pages at once). "  Then I insert my vector illustrations based on each page.   Page by page, I justify my drawings with captions, dimensions, colours, BOMs, etc. etc.  Once it's done I save it all down like a multi-page. PDF document can be printed by a factory.   I use illustrator because I can edit every line, every detail of how I want it in vector art.  I like also the ability to put formatting a master document, each page at a time.

  
  

  I explained to ask this question: When I do the documents of 30 pages of Monster, a tedious process that I meet are layoffs of text editing.  For example, if I have a document of 30 pages and I need to change something in my title, I have to copy / paste that 30 times if I want that all align properly.  I am familiar with the ways of copy and group - move text but I was hoping that was still a more elegant solution?  Does anyone here know of a way to link some text so they can be changed globally?  On a 30-page document, I edit a section and duplicates only 30 times where I've set up to do?  It would be similar to the section header/footer in a word document?  If this can be done in illustrator, does anyone know of a similar adobe program that would do this?  Third party software maybe? 

  This is a fairly common feature in other programs, but I can't seem to find in illustrator.  It would be a huge timesaver.

  It is much, much, much easier to handle in InDesign, if you're willing to link all your illustrations.

  Have you had a look at the Java Bean? It triggers a message each time that a button is pressed in the text element.
  All you have to do is to make your application work based on this event. I guess the query work will be to query for a block based on a dynamic where condition.

• Havok &amp; quot; floating &amp; quot; platforms - need some advice

  Hi all, I hope that is quite logical:
  
  I am trying to create an object that will act as a mobile platform in a world 'floating '. Basically, the player (a ball) is rolling on a quilt of different blocks and the idea is not not to fall. I am wanting to create this platform (and the different variations of movement of it) to keep the drive in separate blocks, unrelated or surfaces.
  
  Even though I know that is not the way to do it, I pinned a little by creating a removable rigid body, keeping work and then change the position of the body directly. My problem is that if I try to use the 'correct methods' interpolatingMoveTo or CorrectorMoveTo, effects of gravity simulation and platforms move in a way that is not accurate. If I apply and anit-gravity force to the objects, and then once the player hits these platforms, they float off the coast in the typical "not serious" way.
  
  Do what I've been doing work as long I keep the amount of movement by very small image (resulting in very slow platforms), but when I speed things of course collision fails because I moved the object without applying force or impulse.
  
  Does anyone have general ideas on how to use a platform with havok like that?

  I have it! For later use, but I may be the only one who did not know that...

  Had to pin the rigid body, activate and use the correctorMoveTo, then when it reaches its destination re-pin it and disable the spell... Rinse, lather, repeat. Apparently using correctorMoveTo unpins a rigidBody platform was succumbing to gravity when it reached its first desired location (the platform moves backward or upward and down repeatedly). So I also had to add a registry of reverse gravity to keep the platform on a consistent course, if not gravity started dragging it down over a period of time.

  Hope that helps someone else in the future, I took a lot of my time today. :-) Gary Rosenzweig 'Special Edition Using Macromedia director MX' shaken... just that he had spoken the corrector havok wish. He explains everything so well (at least for a beginner reading), but there is almost no corrective info out there. Anyone know of any hidden somewhere?

• Extraction of text from the strings in a single cell of a row of cells

  Is there an easier way to search a text / word of a string in the row of cells, and where a match is found back a header text - see the example below.

  

  The left table contains the initial positions of conformity in groups of companies. I would like to complete the table on the right with compliance positions indicated in the table on the left, using the header text (red zone). Example 1 shows that "C company" is not in line with the left table and returns a "Non-compliant" in the relevant cell for company C. Example 2 A company, C and Z are in line with the left table and returns "comply" in the relevant cell in company A, C and Z respectively. It goes the same for the partial.

  The lines must also be aligned as shown in the left column will contain a single reference (not shown in the example).

  My current approach was to simply build a small matrix and use IF (COUNTIF ($E5, "* company A *" "'), 'In line'," "") - this works fine, but is a bit messy - obtained above table, it's really what I like o would reach.

  I also tried to use nested 'FI', 'find', 'Index' and 'Match' combinations, based on a few positions at the beginning, but not could not get the correct syntax.

  Would appreciate other solutions for the construction of the table to the right.

  1. is it possible to apply paragraph returns, or tabs or text styles to text in settings to create alternative text keyboard shortcuts, for example, an address 2 line:

  In Word, for example or some macro programs, use ^ p to create a paragraph return. So, to create the address 2 line above, you would type in your chain or the macro:

  123 main Street ^ York, NY 100012 pNew

  2 as we talk about shortcuts, I noticed for some time that we cannot use macros to the entry of passwords in the password fields all the time now.
