• Text box in CS3 problem

  My Fireworks CS3 has developed a problem with text input. When I create a new text box, the text stretches vertically by default instead of horizontally. I noticed that there is a circle instead of a square in the upper right corner of the text box. When I double click to change to a square so that I can resize the text horizontally, box it ruins any text I entered, turning into gibberish. I tried to copy and paste text to Notepad, but it produced gibberish. How to restore normal operation by default, so that the text extends horizontally by default? • Text box cannot be moved or resized 0.0

  Working on a book inside, I lost the text boxes on one of the spreads. In other words, they are not lost as many real estate and unresizable.

  I can see their content in the editor mode, and they can be selected in the layers palette.

  My pages are 7 x 10 and somehow, two areas of text (depending on the palette at the top of the screen) have been transferred to x: 7, y: 5 (both in the Center, on the inside edge of the page). The text box size is l: 0, h: 0.

  When on is selected, the only visible thing is its blue arrow indicating the flow of text.

  If I try to move it with the arrow keys, I get a message saying: "value would cause one or more objects to leave the editing table."

  Clicking on an arrow to change its size, nothing, by entering a number is ignored and the values remain at 0,0.

  Another thing strange, probably associated with: creation of a new text box on the table of another independent text page editing and the removal of this box to the troublesome spread, causes this new text box to disappear, too. The coordinates of all say: NaN in

  I'm puzzled. Any ideas or suggestions?

  Copy the text in the story editor, if it is not threaded to other images and delete propagation. Re-create the spread with news pages and old eth text you copied or reedit the text blocks.

  First, you will need to have the page value fluid width, either by creating the site with a fluid width enabled, either by going to the Page > Property Page and put it there.

  To make the white background:

  Create a rectangle

  Click on the drop down resize in the control strip or transform

  Select stretch to the width of the browser

  For the text:

  Select the text tool

  Drag the text block to the right width and height over white background

  Add your text

  The value of the option of resizing width sensitive

  When you preview the page (or use the slider to preview in Design view browser width), the text will be at the level and flow and also to increase the height of the background when required

  Hello - I use the latest version of Adobe Illustrator CC on Windows 7. I need to make a text box with columns to 32.875 w x 20 h. I use the text tool, draw the box at that size and then open the "type area options" dialog box to specify the column number, gutter width etc. and it automatically resizes the text to 13.888 box w x 13,889 h without fault. I try to type the right width and height in the appropriate space and I hear the windows "error". When I click on 'Preview' show me the box of text resized to 13.888x13.999 so I don't see what I'm doing. It's infuriating, please, someone else had this problem?

  I have an InDesign Document with a handful of images and text on the top or near the images. This should be so simple, but for some reason, I keep having this problem. There is no build-up on the given word and I can't place any text on one of the images. All the settings for all of the images in this scenario are the same.   I don't see any boxes hidden or anything else for that matter. I've recreated text boxes and still have the same problem it appears then disappears or I can get only part of the Word visible on the image, then a + sign comes... It should work please help. I tried to recrete this particular image and word a handful of times its just not the text box woking sometimes added a sign which does no sense, I tried a different text alignment so +...   Have you tried select the text block, and then go to object > text frame Options and checking the checkbox ignore text dressed ?

  

• Effect of scrolling text box does not

  I am designing a Web site that uses scroll opacity effects and there is a text box that I've created to fade at the bottom of the page when the user scrolls. However, although this effect worked well yesterday, it stopped today, the text box is simply invisible. (screenshot below). The strange thing is the price is also a text box using exactly the same effects of opacity still scroll which seems in good condition. I will note that the area of text without appearance was originally a block of text related to the use of system fonts, which has since been converted to web fonts.
