  I use reader XI.

  This document is a form of Government and a protection on it, if it's important.

  It is mainly for the purpose of printing and using the paper document. When you print from the field cut the text and it is impossible to read the entirty of the field.

  I have a number of documents created in MS Word and then I converted them to PDF via Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. A number of these documents have text fields as the end user is typing their data in - example: a message box on a fax cover page.

  The original Word document has this region bordered like this:

  At the show (as shown above) is transformed as a field in the field "add" to the form in Adobe Acrobat I'm removing the individual fields Adobe "detects" and instead making a large box of content.

  Under properties, I have "multiline" and "long scroll text" selected.

  Now the problem... for some unknown reason... some fields work perfectly that when typing in the PDF, fill-in form that the text is typed aligns perfectly with the lines (as shown above). In other cases it is not the tail at all.

  I played with the font size, font type, spacing on the original Word document. I've scoured the forums without success and internet (ask anyone else or I do not use the appropriate search terms).

  You have no direct control of the attack of a multiline text field. A common approach is to control the background color of the field with JavaScript, because the lines are not really necessary when the field is used in Reader/Acrobat. They can be useful when you use the form by hand.   Is there a chance that the application overview on Mac has been used to complete and save the form? What you describe is a typical sign that it was like overview corrupts PDF forms in a number of ways. You can fix this in Acrobat if you have access to a blank form uncorrupted by exporting the form with FDF data and important in the blank form.

  Save the file as XDP.  Close the form.

  Reopen and go to:

  Forms > manage form data > import data

  -import the XDP file, you just created.

  Should now show all your fields.  Saves time when you have a prepared form.  Keep in mind that some of your data have no AutoFormat as the user has not used Adobe to complete the form and some fields may require 'clearing '.

  The current version supports the white-space for a text box property and it is possible that the Web site uses spaces: pre instead of spaces: pre wrap.
  The former will prevent Firefox of text wrapping.

  I don't know what version of planning you use, in the Version 11 you can add documents/links to cells in a form.
  Before 11 you can enter the text in the cell against a cell in a form, I doubt you will be able to enter the amounts of large text well (it's about 2000 characters)
