  If your placed image is still an oval, I think that just click on the right icon "wrap" in the Panel text wrapping - the one with 'text' lines goes around the image.

What I'm trying to do is to calculate the area under the curve at each position of displacement intervals (x-axis) ex from 2.3 mm to 15 mm.   Suppose you have a set of X {1.5, 3, 4, 5.5, 7} data points.  They are unevenly spaced.  You get a value of X of beginning and end of your cursor over the graph.  The starting value is 2.5 and end value, 4.5 since the sliders.  You should now find it what index your points to start with.  2.5 is between 1.5 and 3 indices 0 and 1 in your table of X.  Similarly, 4.5 is between 4 and 5.5, indexes 2 and 3 in your table.  You need a function to determine the fractional value given a table index.  Our first point, 2.5, a index fractional 0.67 since it is two thirds of the way between index 0 and index 1 point.  Similarly, the endpoint is fractional index 2.67 since it is two thirds of the path between the indices 2 and 3.  Table 1 d threshold function gives you this fractional index.  Your full X array is the entry level.  The X value of your sliders corresponds to the threshold entry.  The output will be the fractional index.  To use it, you must convert any integer.  To do this, you must decide if you want to round the fractional index upwards, downwards or to the nearest whole number.  You can use the three primitives rounded in the digital palette to make one of these.  Once you have your clues, use the primitive subset of the range of tables table to get the parts of the matrices X and Y (two operations of subset) for integration.  Then use the integration routine that I mentioned above.

  I have to update an ad that has been previously created. The original pub consists of a picture and a text and logos which loop two times then stops. Publication constraints require the announcement that two loops and a certain amount of time and stop at the end of the second loop - this was done in the original pub. The customer asked where a banner appears in the ad with specific information ('apply now for the half of January... (''), changes to information in the second rotation (loop) of the ad ("at an open house date") I'm trying to find a way to do it given the limit to two loops and a time constraint. I had to condense and edit the first draft to address the constraints, so I'm not sure that I can do almost anything with the timeline? Is this a problem of action script?

  While Actionscript could be used to solve the problem, it is not necessarily the only solution.  You could spend with two loops and extend the timeline for the equivalent length of two loops, and change the text in the second half, repeat all that happens twice during this extended period of time.

  To take an Actionscript approach to solve, you can do a simple logic check to change the text.  There are several approaches, you could take, being...  Start with the (dynamic) textfield is empty.  First check if the textfield object contains the first loop of the text and if it then assigns the second loop, but if not, assign the first text.

  I doubt anyone here will be able to test it with such an old version, but the things that come to mind create each letter on its own layer of text and using the transformation that is free to rotate and position.  Something else will produce bad bad results - unless someone else has a better idea.

  I mainly work with Photoshop, so I am new to the world of InDesign.  I put my options for the Calendar Wizard script, it goes through the motions, making the calendar and then shows my finished product.  The problem is that it lists the year alongside each month: may 2012 June 2012, etc, and I need to remove '2012' of each of them.  I know that the font styles updates the entire calendar when they are applied, so I hope that it works in a similar way.  I guess it is a very simple task if you are familiar with the program, haha!

  It sounds more like you ask how to delete 2012 of several pages, and not how to change the script to not put 2012 in all first. If I'm wrong about this, you may want to ask on the Forum script.

  An easy way to remove 2012 is to use find/replace. If you are looking for 2012 and do not fill the field exchange, she will replace 2012 with nothing. In the Find/Replace window, there is a field that will allow you to search for the location of the cursor to the end of the current history, the history, the stories in the document or all open documents. If you set it to the Document, you can use the search button to find the first instance, and if you want to remove it, you can hit replace them, replace/find (what will change and find the next instance), or change everything. I would replace/find, in case you have 2012 on another part of the calendar that you want to keep.
