  Hello destine,

  It seems that one of the options in the colors of your advanced windows has been changed. You may need to experiment a bit to find out exactly who should be changed in order to solve the problem you are having, but experimenting a bit, it seems that maybe that's the Box of Message.

  To change the font of the Message box:

  • Right click on the desktop
  • Click personalization
  • Click the window color
  • Click on advanced appearance settings
  For element, use the drop-down arrow menu > select Message box

  Under police > change the size to 9 > click OK

  You set the font size to a size that is suitable for the size of the document.   Size of the document may vary everywhere.   To resolve this problem in action, I solved in scaling the document to a known size then use a font suitable for a document of this size.  When you resize an image using size with resample Images not only checked a single pixel is change everything that is changed is the DPI image resolution setting.  So if you size a picture 8 "wide you choose a font size is good for wide image 8" the Save action.  To work around the problem of changing the size of the printing I wrote a Script to use in such an action.  The script is used twice, there is a backup and restore script.   The first time that the script is used the script records the resolution DPI images in the metadata documents.  The second time that the script is executed, it retrieves the registered PID parameter deletes the record of metadata from images and set the DPI images that had been saved.    If the use of fonts for the document 8 "will be resized to fit the print original size.

• Building with compile.exe made inconsistent project CVI

  Hi all

  I have to build CVI projects using the command-line compile.exe. It works well, except that after compiling when I open the project with LabWindows/CVI, files (.h, .c, .uir...) are not sorted by category more (source files, Include files, User Interface Files) in the project tree.

  Build DLL projects and I use autoincrement the version number. When I disable the AutoIncrement, the problem

  disappears, but I absolutely need this option enabled.

  Is there a solution to keep the files sorted by category after compiling from command line?

  PS: I'm using LabWindows/CVI 2009 (v9.1.0).

  This looks like a bug. I was able to reproduce the problem and wrote a bug report (id: 240425). It will be fixed in the next version of the CVI.

  From now on, I'm not aware of any workaround. Once the bug is the subject of an investigation I'll let you know if we find something.

• Explorer.exe keeps the name change, deletion etc. of media files.

  The next thing happen very often:

  I can't rename a file or folder. It is not the permissions. It's allways explorer.exe locks the file. Logging and turn it on again solve the problem most of the time, so I can remove/rename the file Explorer. In cases where this does not work I opening of session and closing session again, open a cmd.exe shell and remove the file without problem.

  The types of files are .wma, .wmv, .mp3, .avi .jpg etc. all types of typical media files + a few others.

  If the source of the problem is continuation of behavior:
  Vista explorer.exe opens the file for read the news there, like extif of information in files .jpg, like mp3-ID3-tag, etc etc.
  Can we prevent the explorer.exe to open these files for playback and the verification of the information? Win XP, one way to solve it (partially) which was to unregister the shmedia.dll, in Vista, it seems to be "" wmploc. "." DLL", but I prefer first an email of confirmation.

  It's even worse with .exe files, where allways Vista (and XP) open the file to check for the icon resource, so on slow network, this leads to serious problems.

  After resizesing my medium to large desktop icons I see several icons are not become larger. Unlike most of my icons, he remained the same size, but instead, they were in the Center and a greyframe. As a result, he started the project of change all the icons in some new. After that my work was done, I had a nice full Office of the great pretty icons, all of the same size and none inside a gray frame. I don't see any explanation as to what size of icons changed.

Both times it switches around which the icons are large and small. so apparently no model at all. I restart again and find 2 icons went big and 4 other small. It's an amazing incompatible and it amazes me why windows this. Why can't keep windows icons (ICO) files to their proper size? (all my ico files support all sizes, as far as I know, and they have developed scale perfectly up down before the 1. Restart)

  It's incredibly frustrating. MY question is. Can I just to force Windows to use the maximum size, or somehow it resolved so that windows will scale icons up and down properly?

  Just a few questions first, to get a clear picture of the issue;

  1. What is the size of ICO file? Is - this (256 x 256)?

  In Windows 7, App icons and Control Panel items must be in the .ico file format and all should includes following sizes of icons.

  • 16 x 16.
  • 32 x 32.
  • 48 x 48.
  • 256 x 256.

  According to the guidelines of the screenshot, there is a difference in size ofcon I have, I suggest you to download the package of icon for the application you want to change the icons according to the dimensions mentioned above.

  Note: Display in Windows 7 allows you to make text and other items large, such as icons, on the screen you, while keeping your display to its optimal resolution.

  OK, with a lot more research, I found a Subvi from NOR (password protected - grrrr) called Get text Rect

  (Or almost), it returns the rectangle enclosing correct for a single line format of text fonts. With a slight correction, this works well for the large font size that I use.

  The size of the text in the two central frames of the MS Update home page is too small to read. If I use the wheel to zoom in and out, the text in the upper and lower frames grows and shrinks legibley as expected, but the size of the text in the Central frames is the same small size.

  Zoom works fine on my laptop XP Home Edition. All four images zoom together as planned.

  In IE7 I have put in the view/text size but get results similar to Firefox.

  In OE 6, I updated the tools/options/compose TNR 16. Create a message and TNR 14 appears in the boxes above the message box. The first strike TNR 14 reverts to TNR 12.

  What seems to be the case, it's that your windows is having a hard time resize its file for virtual memory.

  my suggestion is to remove "auto" at that time, and then set a custom format.
