  It seems that after reinstalling, Premiere Pro no has not been updated to the latest version. Check your application creative cloud for updates. If she says Premiere Pro is up to date, try to update Premiere Pro through help > updates... option in Premiere Pro.

  By mistake I have seem to have changed something so that all my attachments appear in Word format and I don't know how to go back to Adobe.  Can anyone help?  I'm on a PC and I have Windows 7.

  Thank you for your help - it is fixed - I recorded the attachment in the documents and then right-click top and properties changed the choice of Adobe and it worked!
