The Adobe site says that Bridge CS6 is part of the creative cloud
It is not listed in the downloadable applications. How to download as part of the purchase of creative cloud?
Install an application such as Photoshop or InDesign and bridge office will be installed.

I looked at the system requirements, clearly my OS supports the CC downloads. I thought that I might need to make space on my drive to support programs. Can someone explain how to access my drive on a Mac computer?
Creative cloud requires OS x 10.9 at least. It will not work with older versions.

Update history site says that I managed to install KB 263880. Ko 2572073; Ko 2518864 on my two computers. Yet, icon on the toolbar shows updates to do. @ Update site is the same updates available for download. You run ESET AV; Scan Windows security + fix (@ aggressive setting). The results show no infestation. Icon remains on the toolbar of the two computers, same updates are available @ update site. @ Quick ESET go to site was updated several times. Have also run successfully system restore. Site Update says these updates files have zero content + don't take no time to download. Have made several times this loop. Need a solution please.

I have used Acrobat Pro DC to embed a video clip in a video and, when prompted, updated my copy of Flash Player to 17.0. Now, even if the Adobe site confirms that Flash Player 17.0 is installed and enabled on my system, the video still does not play when I click on the Start button. Instead, I keep getting the prompt direct me to install the necessary revision of the Flash Player. Can any clarify what is happening here and I need to do to remedy this? I'm working on a system with Windows 7.
You must install the NPAPI Flash Player (for Firefox, etc) not the plugin for Internet Explorer ActiveX plugin. Acrobat cannot use the ActiveX version.

My boss asked me to creative cloud. I had to get all the Adobe programs. Before I installed the creative cloud, I installed the test version of Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator. The test version was missing and npw it says I have to buy the programs that we already have?

I have a copy of CS5 that is bought and paid for, has been installed and works, until I started using the creative cloud. Now it is considered as a trial, and when I enter the correct serial number it says it is invalid.

I downloaded a demo of DC Pro, which has now expired and just recently purchased an annual membership. When I open the creative cloud, it says that I need to buy CDS to use however on my account, I bought DC. I have sign-in/disconnected, DC Pro uninstalled and reinstalled and still do the same thing, asking me to buy DC Pro

Hi all, after happily using CC for almost a year he no longer works: the creative cloud icon continue on spinning and when I try to open ANY CC applications a warning saying "Adobe Application Manager is needed to solve this problem. Please try following steps depending on your operating system
(Windows)
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old
Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old and delete the folder Adobe application manager
Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.
(MAC)
(1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly
