the blocked sites listed in options disappear when the browser is closed. have to list them all once again, if I want to disturb.
Listed in a short list of sites from where I want Firefox blocks cookies (doubleclick, for example), following the instructions on https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Enabling%20and%20disabling%20cookies. However, when I close the browser, the next time I open it, the list is empty. Of course, I get cookies from the sites I want to block.
Hello
You may need to disable the Preferences of Site in (Alt + T) Tools > Options > Privacy > settings. Please also see that.

After recently upgrading to the latest version of firefox my dock disappears when I open the browser. I have to click on the naked office and dock the reappears. It does not occur with any other application. I checked my preferences of dock and nothing made any difference if changed.
- Is the application in full screen? This causes the dock to disappear.
- Also, is a shortcut for the application set to COMMAND-OPTION-D? This is the Mac OS shortcut to hide the dock
- The new Firefox also showed better performance in Mac OS 10.9 Maverciks. Download here {opens the Mavericks OSX in the store of MacApp}
- Restart your Mac. It's good to restart all the few days or it starts to act up. Try to set a schedule so that it restarts say, every Sunday night at 23:00.
- Finally, send a screenshot! It is really useful! Press COMMAND + SHIFT + 4 to change the pointer to a cross, and then drag a corner. The screenshot appears on the desktop.
Thank you! I hope I can solve your problem!

I have exactly the same problem since I updated to 9.3, the 9.3.1 update didn't fix either. Apple support think it could be a software problem or operations and I have tried literally everything! Have you found a solution for this yet?

Please add the option of power/link to download new pdfs with editing in the browser. I have a restaurant customer who is constantly updating their menu! Please help so that they can do it themselves!
Not the answer you want, but you could set up your quick customer with an ftp upload which would replace the existing pdf. I use Transmit and it would allow your customer to simply drag and drop on a folder.

I just upgraded to Firefox 20.0 and now outside my cookies-whitelist was abolished after the upgrade, it is eliminated whenever I close the browser. I always used the private browsing and you want to keep it this way, if this bug (I hope that it has not expected behavior) is really annoying.
Another thing that bugged me since the previous version is, that cookies set by the authorized websites (those on the whitelist) appear no more. If cookies have been set, why should not be shown? Problems persist even with no active addons.
I would appreciate if this problem has been corrected or if anyone has a solution to these problems. Thank you.In case you use "clear history of Firefox closing:
- do not delete Site preferences
- Firefox > Preferences > privacy > Firefox will be: "Use the custom settings for history": [X] clear history of Firefox closing > settings
- https://support.Mozilla.org/KB/clear+recent+history
Note that compensation "Preferences of Site" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, windows pop up, installation of software and passwords.

Visits by the layout that varies from 10 to 100 by default will not hold when the browser is closed
I want each page of results for google search contain 100 hits. I have connection, change the number, save preferences, exit the browser and it is reset to 10 once again. On my desk at home this fearture works very well even if I don't connect. Why matter anyway. Login to one account and is not required for the browser.
These details are stored in a cookie that you must allow: Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "Exceptions."
Make sure that you do not use the delete, search and download Firefox browsing history to erase "Cookies" and the "Site preferences" "browser history". -
My previous object in the header was a little confused, so I hope it's good I start again and more clearly what I need.
I have hundreds of users who access the Adobe Captivate 5.5 training. Many users have no problems to display the content. SOME users have bad, specially when you view a video included in the training. It will just play for them. These users have different browsers, so it would seem that the browser type is not a problem.
What I hope is...
a website that allows users to know that they all needed to run any content in a session of Captivate. For example, as you know, Adobe has a web site to inform the user what version of Flash Player, they have (if any). I would be great to have a site that would let the user know whether they meet the minimum requirements (not simply Flash Player) to successfully participate in training.
Is anyone aware of such a site? Or have any ideas on how to build one?
Thank you and I'm sorry for not being clearer on the previous post.
Best regards
Mark
Captivate outputs (in general) as Flash. So as long as users have a recent version of the Flash Player, they should be technically able to read the content.
However, of course, online delivery depends on the internet connection of the user. What happens if you are their video feed and their connection is slow?
For similar concerns, point us our users on speedtest.net and ask them to publish their results. It sometimes helps illustrate their slow connection means a slow video streaming.
And, of course, the older computer, complexion less it is going to be making the course. My older computer, with the frustration of my 5 y/old, plays horribly - Flash sites and occasionally and it's a computer clocked at 1.6 ghz with 512 MB of RAM and XP... with the latest browsers and Flash player. You can always ask their specifications of the computer, but it is not an easy thing to determine through software/website.
So you can create a simple 'minimum requirements' page that you can point to... but that doesn't make a diagnosis... Well, apart from the simple version of Flash player/detection (which is pretty simple), it is a complex task.

Muse pages not load completely in the browser. I have to reload the page to load.
I have several websites that I work on that when I publish it on a production server, the HTML is not completely rendered in the browser.
After reloading all the elements appear correctly.
Any suggestions?
Please visit http://muse.adobe.com/exchange-library/chrome-33-webfont-workaround-1
Also note that once Chrome solves the problem, you'll want to remove the solution suggested workaround and re - publish the site.

Must the browser be closed during the installation of the new flash player?
I had uninstalled the previous version of flash player. Went to the adobe site to download the latest version of flash player 10.2.152.26. Followed the instructions, including using the Adobe Download Manager. He just said to click on run and says NOTHING about the fence on the browser before installing.
Should I have wound up the browser first, before installing?
Hi, no, not when uninstalling or installing from a live site. Now, if you use the manual installer/Uninstaller that you put on your desktop and run from there, then Yes.
Hope that answers your question.
Thank you

Trying to play A500 by amp but HDMI option disappears when it is plugged
Hello!
I don't know if I posted this in the right place or if I'm doing this right, but I'll give it a whirl :)We got a new Denon amp today, her husband wanted to whoever he could plug the laptop and listen to the large amount of music that has accumulated on the subject.
Now the Denon's HDMI inputs and it supports also HD audio (unlike the Kenwood, they we sold yesterday said they made and after a very frustrating night of do not get it to work, short, it didn't!)Now we can connect the computer via HDMI to plasma Hitachi and get a very good picture and sound, plug it into the amp and we get picture but no sound, tried to do what the FAQ says to do and right click on the wallpaper, then customize, then sounds and set HDMI as dafult. Problem is when taking HDMI is connected, the HDMI option to set default disappears! As soon as you unplug the HDMI, it appears again.
What the devil we do wrong?
Thanks for any help you can give us :)
Hello
Have you talked with your local dealer about this?
I wanted to buy harman/kardon amp a few months ago, but my dealer told me that this peak will be sent only by amp. It is ridiculous for me so I buy didn t.
At your amp 1.3 or 1.4 HDMI?

I recently updated my Flash drive to 11.3 (latest version). When I go to a site that uses Flash (YouTube, for example), I'll start the video and then 10 seconds later, I get multiple tones at the same time. They all look like advertising, or TV stations. Even when I close my browser, the sound continues. When I opened my sound mixer, it is a "program" listed in "winrscmde", who plays both audio channels. When I go to the Task Manager, "winrscmde" presents itself as a svchost.exe * 32. When I stop this service the sound stops. It will resume again when I access a flash site. When I uninstall Flash Player 11.3, it stops.
I am running Windows 7-64 bit with latest updates. THAT IS TO SAY 9.0.8112.16421
Any help would be appreciated.
Well, I think I solved the problem.
I found this topic:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic442928.html
On the second post down, the poster recommended download killer TDS winrscmde.exe is disquised as svchhost.exe in the \windows\system32 folder (you click on 'Properties', then the 'Détails' tab and check the original file name... If it is false, it will say winrscmde.exe under the original name).
I also ran the program aswMBR as well as FixTDSS (http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/global/removal_tool/threat_writeups/FixTDSS.exe).
That seems to fix the problem. Just reinstalled Flash and do not get the same questions. The svchost.exe in the \windows\system32 folder is legitimate!
Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.

When the browser is closed, many "plugin - container.exe" process started
When Firefox starts, there is only a single process of "plugin - container.exe". Place at the end, many plugin - container.exe include picking up little by little memory. So closing is quite slow. Is this normal?
Which may be caused by using delete navigation, search and download history on Firefox to clear cookies. Firefox 4 try to delete cookies Flash (LSO) as well and starts the process of plugin-container to achieve this.
