  On the slim remote control (which is actually in the side slot PCMCIA) that came with my Satellite A 350 I don't understand what the button marked "* {color: #ff0000} i {color} *" is used for.

The old fitted with a "dial" and I want to switch to the label for the appropriate link, as the mouse is over. but then, when the user reaches this page, it would be only a bomb if the "dial" remained also pointed to this label as 'you are here' type of marker...   Hello

  Basically, you need to use Photoshop to cut out the dial and bring this image and background image in Flash. You convert the dial in a movieclip and set on the original. You can either use the timeline or Actionscript view to turn the wheel in the direction of the button that calls it.

  I created 2 Basic examples that demonstrate how the above work. One is a version created timeline that has minimal Actionscript. The other is Actionscript more controlled. I think you get how the script works, and how it relates to buttons and chronology. It's pretty simple.

  I don't know what happened to your menus and toolbars. Has this happened after an update of Firefox, or a change in your add-ons?

  (1) you can switch between the Firefox button orange with its abbreviated menus and the classic menu bar, by using the following text:

• Remove the check mark a ring or an Enum control

  This was requested previously by others, but I've seen a complete response. For a control ring (or enum), a check mark appears next to the current item / selected when you open the menu drop down. Is there a way to remove the check mark? I would like to just a menu drop-down regular and unadorned.

  

  A similar feature exists for context menus in LabVIEW using the terminal "checked" to the "Set Menu Item Info" feature. Is there something like this for the drop-down lists of the rings and enumerations?

  I am aware that a combo box doesn't have these marks, but the drop-down list box is undesirable because it does not open the dropdown menu unless you directly click the drop down arrow. Think of almost any online form you had to fill out and you probably encountered a drop down menu like that I try to recreate, for example:

  Never actually noticed this check until you brought it to the top! A hack that you might try is to change the drop-down list box control, so that the button that goes down the list covers all of the control. You can make transparent and "bring to front", so that if the user clicks on the box, the menu drops down. You can add a small triangle black, just to make it obvious to the user that it goes down.
