• Captivate 9 - text entry area - cannot navigate through the input of text boxes on the same slide using enter key (works only tab)

  I designed a slide that has 3 areas of text entry.

  I need the user to be able to type in their response to the first box and then press the ENTER key, it will pass them in the next text box. After typing in their response to the second box, press ENTER, and then have developed pass to the third area.

  I don't want to use tab, I want to go to work as a shortcut key, so this works well on all devices. It feels like a trip to the logic of the user.

  I removed the button SUBMIT and check the validate user input.

  I put the shortcut key to ENTER in propriety / Actions area

  However, after that type in an answer and pressing on enter, the focus is not moved in the input text box available at the following address on the same blade.

  Indeed, your problem is related to the Enter key as a shortcut key, not to have multiple TEB and one absolutely validation button. Take a look at this article very old (you are not the first to ask about this):

  This revised version is just going in the order rather than trying to find the next box logically. I name this is an EnterInFormN for 'natural order' to distinguish it from the others.

  The difference between the two is that when you click on a button you release without moving. So you can work off mouseDown / mouseUp events. MouseDown file initial x, y position - we mouseUp if the position has not changed, you can check if an icon was clicked.

  I think that the answer is not simple. The only control you have is if a particular function is allowed, not how the BD Player interprets the button.

  I had a Mac yesterday.

  OS X 8 buttons are triggered when they are targeted and you press space on them - for the JavaFX applications and similar system.

  The focus by default system behavior is that only text boxes and lists getting focus - buttons not developed at all. Enter fire, by default the button regardless of whether it is focused or not - for example OK for a message dialog box or open a file dialog box. Enter sometimes run another action (such as an editable name - similar to a slow double click icon in Windows). ESC performs a function cancel - for example, to get rid of a pop-up window which may or not have a cancel into it button. Symbol alt + f to open a file menu do not appear to work at all for the applications of the system as Safari - I didn't try for JavaFX. To access a menu item, you can press ctrl + fn + F2, then navigate around a keyboard with the arrow keys or by typing the first letter of a menu item, then press SPACEBAR to activate the menu to get a drop down, then navigate with the keyboard even more and finally press the SPACEBAR to activate the desired menu item. Virtually every element of menu in Safari seems to have a combination of the accelerator of the command key + another key, so maybe it's the way things are to do in the land of Mac. None of the standard system applications seem to have all applied to the button symbol.

  If you go to System Preferences | Keyboard | Keyboard shortcuts there is an option that says access to the full keyboard: all controls.   Tharpa,

  You can do your research on the ground a text field to submit. This will submit the page and make a request on behalf of the element when the user presses ENTER while this field has the focus.

  I can't currently look at an instance 3.2 and be more descriptive about how you can do this, but if I remember well, it was a sub of the text field option.
