The desktop remotely automatically in full screen window

What I like to do is the following (and I can't get in Windows 7):

Open a desktop session remotely with a lower resolution, and then my setting of resolution and display in full size (not maximized, not full screen).

Now, I found a way to make it work under Windows XP: first of all, I'm doing an RDP file and put the desktop in full screen (also put in a few other preferences) configuration. Can I make a script in which I write basically: mstsc.exe "computername. RDP' w:1152 /h:864

When I run the script, it opens the RDP session at full size (hear me, not full screen) on the local screen. No need to enter the corner of the window with the mouse pointer to drag it fully open. If I can move RDP sessions my screens.

Now in Windows 7 with new RDP version, which no longer works. If I use a file RDP version of Windows XP on Windows 7 it opens expanded. When I restore down, it shrivels down and reuse the mouse to slide fully open. If I use a version of Windows 7 RDP (or migrate the old one) he opens small and need to use the mouse.

I will not need to use the mouse, first of all, I want it is completely open so I can see the remote desktop completely immediately. None No fullscreen pls...

Someone at - it an idea? Or is it just by design?

Edit1:

When I posted, my eye fell on a similar position: ' remote desktop connection window will be auto resize when I maximize the it. Unfortunately, the option "make the mouse easier to use" "Prevent Windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen" makes no difference (always goes enlarged instead of float completely open)

It works for me when I do the following:

1. run Remote Desktop connection, click Options, adjust the display size according to preferences in the view tab.

2. on the general tab, click on record under... and save the file.

When you use the file, the window opens to the size I've specified in step 1.

  • In the new window of the tab, I get a full screen of a site, and I do not see the gear of NEW CONTROLS TAB

In a new tab (+) window, I get a full screen of the Bing site, and I do not see the gear of NEW CONTROLS TAB.
I tried dragging one bookmark in this window and then had this site full-screen. But when I exit Firefox and restart it, it is by default to the Site of Bing - I HATE BING
I do not see the gear for new tab controls, and so I can't put it: 'display your top sites '.

  • Windows Media Player: Hide the toolbar control to view full screen

    Hope someone can help me...

I have Windows XP on my computer and Windows 7 Starter on my netbook and I can't find out about one of them how to hide one playback, pause, volume, etc. Control Panel down the screen when I play a wmv video, I created mode full screen. Any suggestions? It is particularly important for me to be able to do in Windows 7, as I play a slide show for a group of people in two days on this.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks - it started me in the right direction, but it was not actually found in the same menu for me. The way real, I managed to do was to first start WMP the only way I knew how, by double clicking to read my file mwv and then pressing the "switch to library" icon at the top right. The library, as there is no menu 'Tools' to choose from, I realized that, by selecting "Organize" menu, I can then select 'Options '.  Then I went to the 'Player' tab and the box 'Allow the auto-hide the playback controls' were found there.

    Thanks for the help :)

  • Is it possible to do full screen Windows Media Center (native) on a monitor while being able to use the other monitors in a multi-screen configuration?

Personally, I have a dual monitor situation, and sometimes I would watch television on an all always doing work on the other. If I maximize the Media Center window it will display full-screen on one monitor but it disables all features on the other. The only way for everyone is stretching as it can on the monitor/display without infringing the workspace of the other monitor, but it is ineffective because it does not display the full screen to a native resolution.

If there is not a current solution for this, then it must be addressed by the engineers of Windows like watch TV on the computer, and multi-monitor configurations are becoming increasingly important in the houses.
I appreciate the help. Thank you!
    Another Windows user

After you start your support, press alt + tab to exit the Media Center window. Media Center will stay full screen play the media, and you can use the main screen as usual.

This works better if Media Center is on the second screen without the taskbar.

  • Mode full-screen Windows 10

I installed Firefox on a new computer with Windows 10 and initially failed to enter fullscreen (F11) mode. After some tests, I came up with a procedure that works, but involves starting Firefox twice each time - a minor annoyance.
I have 1 'Favorites' tab and the other tabs open with a working fullscreen and close Firefox normally (I don't get the warning waited on the closure of several tabs). The following steps find Firefox upward and mode full-screen:

    1. launch Firefox. It gives a blank page expanded with the address bar and the bar tab with a single tab.
    2. press F11. Curiously, square set full-screen mode, it replaces the page 'Restored' size.
3 maximize. Window extends to its appearance after step 1.
    4. stop Firefox. Window goes away.
    5. start Firefox a 2nd time. This time, it will come with the 'restoration' page Firefox (with address & tab bar) which shows the tabs that were open at the previous close and gives the opportunity to select the tabs you want to come this time.
At this point F11 will toggle in and out of fashion full screen properly, so steps 6 and 7 can be either order.
    6. press F11. He's going to full screen (i.e. address & tab bars disappear).
    7. click on the button "restore". Earlier closing tabs are restored and F11 is fully functional.
    Issues related to the:
    1. Why don't I get the warning for closing multiple tabs? (It seems more to be an option.)
    2. because (in XP at least) the "Restoration" page should appear only after a forced or abnormal stop, why is she even get involved? (Both the cases referred were normal).
    3. why Firefox doesn't come until normal the first time, with only the tabs that have been pinned and F11 functional?

Since the first opening of this problem, it seems that the updates have been applied to Firefox, Windows 10 or both, and itself has the problem. So "thank you" to the one who fixed it.

  • HOW TO GET RID OF THE MODE ADDRESS BAR IN FULL SCREEN WITHOUT MOVING THE MOUSE

When full screen toolbar address and tabs only lift and disappear after moving the mouse. It should automatically disappear after a few seconds, even if you do not move the mouse. Is there anyway to achieve this goal? Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. Safe mode made no difference. However, I know how you feel. If you are in normal mode (with a Web site open), and then you press F11 for full screen, it will automatically hide the address bar. However, if WHILE in FULLSCREEN MODE, you enter a new address and go to another Web page it will hide the address bar after moving the mouse.
