  I have not tried, but it seems the most logical way:

  Rename the BpmLauncher.jsp to BpmLauncher.jsp.orig

  Then, create a new file called BpmLauncher.jsp and put the following inside:

• Good CMS for the Dreamweaver/HTML workflow, other than the poles?

  I love the design HTML and dreamweaver. I recently worked on an Internet site on wordpress and I it was horrible.

  It is also all the PHP, a language I don't speak.

  So, I want to go back to the HTML standard, but by giving the opportunity to the client to use a platform to add its own content on its website. Just pictures and text. Nothing complicated moving or adding menus.

  I've read here on this forum about boom, which is an option. But I'm looking for an alternative.

  Any recommendation?

  First of all, you have to ask: why do I need a CMS. If the site is small, it is not worthwhile to create a CMS. If a page on the site is frequently updated, and then create a secure section of the Administration that manages these changes. In this case, all that is required is a CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) system for only one page. If there are more pages that are frequently updated, then just expand the CRUD system to include these pages.

  To make you understand,

  • static pages are created using HTML, CSS and JS
  • dynamic pages also need a script on the side server such as PHP and a database such as MySQL HTML, CSS and JS is always necessary.

• Folder in the Dreamweaver - DW site chooses wrong location

  Over the last 10 years, I've seen a lot of weird bugs in DW, but this one is by far the most confusing.

  I just installed Win 7 and I took the chance to do a fresh install. It meant reconfiguring all my sites the Dreamweaver.

  In the reconstruction of my local hit, I discovered that whenever I chose a local folder for a website instead of the folder being the local in DW, one immediately above it would be chosen insead.

  At first I wrote chalk user error and do things in a hurry, but then I realized it was DW that.

  I found a quick solution that inolved drilling to a subdirectory and choose this one. DW will then choose the parent directlory folder of the site. Easy, but also troubling. What else will wreong?

  In the cases above is unclear, here's a step by step:

  Access the Sites == > manage sites

  Click on "Local root folder".

  Navigate to the directory 'my sites '.

  Open Directory of websites "ClientSite.

  Click "choose".

  Now in "local root folder" I see this:

  D:\My Websites\

  Instead of

  D:\My Websites\ClientSite

  If I do the same thing but instead I drill down to:

  D:\My Websites\ClientSite\images

  then in "local root folder" I see now:

  D:\My Websites\ClientSite

  Is this weird or what?

  Incidentally, the same applies to the folder of images and in each other the local site DW interface dialog box

  Yes, this is a known bug that Adobe will fix soon hopefully.  It happens in Win7 and I understand as well under Vista.

  Two solutions of workaround: type in the correct folderpath in the window field to browse manually or choose a folder level 1 below your real goal - DW will mess it up just right then!

  I need advice.

  I took on the updating of our current site http://www.mauiandsonsretail.com and we found it a little difficult to make quick updates due to the previous ccs put in place. (At least that's why I think I have a problem.)

  I was wondering if I should start with a clean slate and start a new website with site Dreamweaver templates, continue the update of existing site, or alternatives if you think that the good starting points. If there is an adobe program that will help me in conjunction with developing a nice elegant site.

  (on a side note our current site does not do well with the mobile "reactivity")

  But you are very good with HTML and CSS? DreamWeaver is only a tool. A good hammer does not make you a good Carpenter.

  The code of your Web site is very well organized and documented, and the person who built it is not an amateur. If you hate the current site, then by all means, start over from zero, but Dreamweaver themes do not register if you are unable to look at the code you already have and understand.

  Muse uses a system of closed model and do not directly edit HTML. you have things backwards. The classic approach is to design a site in Muse, publish to HTML, and then soften in DW if needed.

  I'm sorry.  But there is no automagic way to convert a static HTML site to WordPress.  Your client should you said from the start that they wanted a CMS.

  You could install WordPress as a blog (domain.com/blog/WP/).  The blog would be editable by your customer in WordPress, but the main site would remain static HTML.

  Another option is to reverse engineer your static HTML pages to work with another CMS product.

• So I try to import a button into a document in Dreamweaver, HTML in fireworks, but the button does not work.

  The button itself works perfectly in two Fireworks preview mode, and if I open the button by double clicking on it in the menu of sites in Dreamweaver.   Fireworks generated code is blind.  And these scripts MM working capital have been an unfortunate error of judgment.  The programmer should have taken this code on the back, and he's driving a tank.

  I have a question that might be a little too complicated for this forum, but I thought I could give it a try and see if anyone could help me (I'm fairly new to all this. I'm pretty good with Photoshop, familiarize yourself with DreamWeaver, but that's all. I know nothing about coding, but I'm learning).

  I am currently working on a website in Dreamweaver project - basically it's the interactive picture book for children. The child would log on to the site, click on the book to open it on the screen, and they can click on the screen to turn the pages. They can also click on the characters and they'll animate (I intend to add sounds to these animations later). It's now a html site. What I was asking is, what should be done to turn this into a downloadable application for a smartphone? Is there an easy way to convert a Dreamweaver site for an application?

  In defence of Dreamweaver, I created several web and mobile applications over the past years, three of which are currently on the Apple App Store and the other on Google Play - all developed with Dreamweaver and the PhoneGap Build service. I have never used another tool to develop projects client app. I had planned to go with Intel XDK for my latest project, an application very simple anecdote, but I've had a month to go from concept to app store submission, so I stuck with what I knew. I was hoping better from Adobe mobile development tools now, but I'll settle for the new workflow Responsive Web Design previously mentioned by the staff. ;-)

  I had only scratched the surface with some links that I provided above. There are so many tools and platform choices out there, some requiring less effort in the Department of development than others, leaving more room for creativity. If you persevere with Dw, it is important to learn the basics (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery Mobile, etc.), as part of the mobile workflow by 20141 Dw has been deprecated.

• How to transfer the Dreamweaver site in another computer?

  Hello! So I worked on Dreamweaver to design a Web site for the school. I need to transfer it to one of the mobile school (which has no Dreamweaver on it) so that I can present it to the class. Now, my question is how can I do this? I need to have the file on a USB (or Google Drive) is possible to transfer the Dreamweaver project on the laptop if it doesn't have Dreamweaver? Or is there some kind of workaround for it? If it helps, I use a desktop computer Windows at the school and my school Macbooks.

  PS I'm a high school student who is new to the Web design and have never used Dreamweaver until last week. Any help is really appreciated.

  If your site does not use scripts on the server side, all you need to do is copy the folder that contains the files of the site on another storage such as a USB key.

  This is no different than files that are created by using other applications such as Word or Excel.

  If you want a WP site, using Wordpress and see their API and guides for creating themes and customizations. This has absolutely nothing to do with the Muse. You simply cannot just create a site of Muse and hope that it will work with WP.

  Well, if your use not BC you use BC or Muse to do all this.

  If you have just flat files generated in Muse you put on a hosting with any CMS depends on the host, but it must now make a path setting redirects complex either at the domain level, or manually by... IF PHP server for apache etc. example configuration files

  So this isn't a matter of Muse or BC and according to hosting where goes and what it is you need to work with anyone or to your work with people to do, or ask the server and options you have available.

  If you are ready to insert a script in the header of the Page header, follow these steps:

  1. in Design view, open the page or master page.

  2. go to Page > Page Properties > metadata > paste the script in "HTML for."section.
