Slideshow of photos in HD - DVD?

Greetings,

I created a slide show of Photos of about 300 images of high resolution and to burn the show on DVD in HD quality. Is it possible to do that with my existing software or should I buy a separate software to achieve this?  I tried to export at 1080 p but couldn't so as a .mp4 - he would only use the original .m4v extension (or 'double' qualifying '. ") MP4.m4v'). Then it burns only in low resolution. What I am doing wrong?

I am running Yosemite 10.10.5 on a Mac mini (mid-2010), frequency of 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 with NVIDIA GeoForce 320 M 256 MB.

Thanks in advance,

Barbara

You can add any file to a DVD data, but as a DVD, you can only burn SD movies for them.

Which means no pictures - once you export photos (menu, file == > export) to a Photos folder is out of the loop: it's either a problem of system (ask in the forum for your operating system) or a hardware problem (ask your material in the forum)

Can you life of the photos in the folder to burn using the finder? You can everything using the optical drive and the DVD burn disc R +?

  • I have created a slideshow using Photos app. I wish that the images will appear in a random order (as they can in Power Point). I see no way to do it in the settings. Any advice?

I have created a slideshow using Photos app. I wish that the images will appear randomly (as they can in Power Point), but I don't see where in the settings that allows this. Any thoughts?

There is no option in Photos for MAc that allows you to randomly pull a slide show.

You can create an album and have the album as an instant slide show in a random order using an Apple Script.

  • copy photos from a dvd on hard drive Mac

I got my photos scanned on DVD and I now want to copy on my hard drive.  How can I do this?  Thank you!

You will need an optical drive. Your computer has not one. Who scanned photos on the DVD should be able to transfer the pictures to a USB flash drive.

Insert the DVD into the optical drive. When it appears on the desktop as a drive icon, click twice on the icon to open a window in the Finder on the image files. Select all and drag the selection to a suitable location on your computer.

"I did a film with my Jpeg photos. Is anyway to get the photos back off the DVD? Thank you '.

I don't know what you wanted to say sorry. You pictures are not separated images more if you used a program to make a slideshow of your JPEG. you need to get your photos where you saved it on your computer if you erased them UH good luck there are some programs out there that will seek to remove images, but he won't find all of them.

Good luck! Please rate me upward if you find my post helpful. Thank you!

  • Satellite L655: Problem transfer photo files from DVD - rom

Recently bought a Satellite L655 with Win 7 and Mat * a BD - Rom drive.
A friend copied a bunch of pictures on a DVD disc.

I'm unable to access these photos on the laptop (the disc appears empty), but I am able to see very well from my PC running Windows Vista.

I am at a complete loss as to what could be the problem here, and would appreciate any help to solve this.

    Hello

In my opinion the disc can be read correctly perhaps due to the incompatibility between the disc and the ODD.

try to copy this disc in another drive (DVD) from another manufacturer that has been tested successfully in the past that I had similar problem with my CD/DVD drive in the past

I tried different discs from different manufacturers and finally I made good experiences with TDK DVD-R and CD - R discs
Not sure if this drive would also be ok for you, but I think it's worth a check!

  • My recently downloaded Windows Media Player 11 play dvd, audio cd and cd rom, but will not recognize two photos of the dvd which have been able to acknowledge by Media Player 10 and record of the Explorer Windows-with some difficulty

    1. Windows Media Player 10 has opened a photo successfully dvd but a message "Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close" came on the screen several times.  Had to re insert the dvd picture, but it would open again each time.
    2. Tried the cd drivers and troubleshooting dvd and was informed of my dvd could not be played because there was no decoder for dvd.  Following instructions and chose a windows xp approved decoder pack download - dvd has chosen the Roxio CinePlayer DVD Decoder Pack.
    3. Then upgraded the media player to Windows Media Player 11.
    4. After that, dvd and cd rom could be opened by the media player 11, but neither the DVD or cd ROM readers would recognize the photo DVD in question had been inserted into one of these discs, and even less to be opened by the media player.
    5. Program scanner and photo used to transfer my photos printed digitally on a dvd are trademarks of Hewlett-Packard.  Contact the center of the photo, but they could not provide me with any guidance or even particular HP photo program they used to create the dvd picture.  I remember the photos were stored on the dvd in JPEG format picture and was able to open by Windows Explorer before I've updated since WMP 10-11.

"" I remember well, the pictures are stored on the dvd in JPEG format picture and was able to open by Windows Explorer before I've updated since WMP 10-11 ""

Looks like you have a data dvd, which has just the pictures on it and it will not be seen by WMP, who needs a dvd-video disc.

It should always open in windows Explorer and you should be able to see your pictues it.

  • How to make the slideshow in Photos app

I have pictures that I want to use a slideshow on my desk in the desktop application... How to make these photos in the photo app? I make a slideshow for my brothers funeral and cannot understand that someone help me please

Original title: photo help needed ASAP

    Hi Julie,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to open photos in the Photos app and look in a slide show and don't help you certainly do.

You can move all the photos in the photo library by copying pictures to the screen and sticking them in the photo library. To open the pictures library, refer to the following steps:

    • On the screen, click File Explorer in the taskbar.
    • Expand This PC on the navigation (on the left side) pane.

After moving pictures in the picture library, open the Photos app from the start screen. You will notice the images moved or the corresponding image files in the Photos app. If OneDrive is selected, then click on the drop down menu to select the picture library.

To read the photos in a slide show, right-click in the empty space on the Photos app screen, and then click slide show.

  • Slideshow module: photo of specific parameters?

How can I make the specific settings for a photo slideshow? In other words, how can I set the parameters as for example Lightroom model, transition period, zoom/pan rank differently for each image (or at least for subsets of photos) in the same slide show?

It's the same answer I gave you your other question. The slideshow in Lightroom is very basic, very simple. If you want to vary the length of the blades and use different transitions and panning and zoom, etc., then you will need a much more sophisticated than the Lightroom program. Adobe Premiere Elements is a choice. And there are other good third-party programs designed to do what you are looking for.
