The eFax app is supported in Australia?

Hello! I bought a Photosmart 7510 but I can't locate the app eFax on the home screen of the printer. I've seen conflicting messages and confused on whether or not the eFax app is available in Australia. Help, please! by using eFax is one of the reasons why I bought the 7510. Thank you!

Hello

No, unfortunately we do not have that in Australia for the Photosmart 7510. You can see clsoely for the printer control panel, no fax option at all and the suite has also no option to do this. Last weekend, I had planned to check this out, but one of our friends on this open forum: NO eFAX in Australia (I should say free eFax) so I watched the footy Grand Final instead.

Kind regards.

  • You can change the background color of canvas in the iOS app Preview?

If my drawing is smaller than my camera, I still see a gray background for the area outside of the design or the artboard.  I want a different background color in more gray.

Photoshop supports different colors of background for work plans, but the Preview CC iOS app does not.  The backdrop will still look gray in the iOS app.  Support background colors in the iOS app is something that we will consider for a future version.  If you want to see this support, please e-mail us at [email protected].

ITunes on your computer, go to the store and down right click on the circular flag and select Australia, and you can search the store for apps. (When you are finished using the store > sign in menu option to log on to your account, that will move your iTunes back in your country.)

    Howdy Celeste Jones,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple!

From your post it seems that you have a few cases of Installer.app running on your Mac.  You have installed previously, and you still see the installers running on your Dock?  If so, simply complete the installation process or to leave the installers.  If not, then let's go and just restart your computer in safe mode and restart normally to see if the problem persists:

  • The people in the Photos app clock?

The people in the Photos app supposed to sync between Mac OS and iOS? Is this an element broken or not supported? Someone please tell me that Apple does not expect me to organize people over and over again on all my devices? That would be quite ridiculous. I've never used the faces feature in previous versions for this reason.

    Unfortunately not.

Using Photos has just been updated for Sierra, and we finally have it in writing:

    https://help.Apple.com/photos/Mac/1.2/?lang=en#/phtf5e48489c

Note: Persons identified in the album people are not synchronized between devices.

And as far as I know, it really does not synchronize between my libraries of Photos on the MacBook Pro and my iMac.

It's different in the 10 user guide iOS for the iPhone and iPad:

    http://help.Apple.com/iPhone/10/#/iph9c7ee918c

People are synchronized between devices where you are connected with the same Apple ID.

I can't test on iOS devices, because only my iPhone can be updated to iOS 10, not the iPad and iPod touch, but the iPhone will not sync with my Mac people.

  • Update iOS10 to post the photo app shows for 2 GB with no photos

    After updating to iOS 10

the photo app is 2 GB. There is no photos or recorded videos, but that's still 2 GB

    Hi 38sanjudas,

I understand that you see 2 GB of space used by your Photos app, despite not having anything that is stored. I know it's important to get the most out of your storage space, so I'm happy to help you.

It is important to note that when you delete a photo on your iPhone, it is not permanently deleted and will go to the album recently removed in case it needs to be recovered. If it is not emptied, he can fill and take a storage capacity as well. You can learn more about this in our article here:

Delete photos on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch - Apple Support

    Permanently delete photos

If you want to permanently delete your pictures or your videos within 30 days, you can remove them from the album recently deleted. When you delete a photo in this album, you can't get it back.

    1. Open the Photos app and go to the Albums tab.
    2. Open the recently deleted album and press Select.
    3. Click on each photo or video that you want to permanently delete.
    4. Press DELETE.

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. See you soon!

This is very unusual.  Two thoughts come to mind.

    1. Your storage space is too full?  Check the settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (in storage).  Make sure you have at least 10% (hopefully more than 15%) of total storage of your iPhone for free.
    2. Use iTunes (you must use the current version - 12.5.1, as this is the only version supporting iOS 10) to upgrade.  See 'Your device via iTunes update' here: update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support software

  • Cannot remove the zombie apps. Help, please.

For some reason, I still stand alone apps for Square (portfolio) and Fandango which are grayed out on my iPhone 6 s and do not appear in the list of parameters/storage. I'm unable to install because they don't exist anymore and when I try to to jiggle/x/remove them that nothing happens.

    Any tips?

Try to hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.

Alternatively, you can try to reset the App Store:

Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

    Then restart the unit.

Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

If no help to try a system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the data if possible. Reconstruction of the support first test and test. If this does not help, you may need to restore as a new and reconfigure from scratch as the backup may be damaged. It is important to have your photos and your saved data separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a restoration:

  • the Photos App in Mac Book Air how hide

    My friends:

I want to hide the photos app on my MacBook Air (biblioteca fotos) see attached.

OK, these pictures are in my iCloud with a security copy, allows you to delete these photos from the photos (photographs) (MacBook Air) app disappear icloud?

Another question about it; How can put key for photo (biblioteca foto) app in my MacBook Air to access than me?

    Thank you my friends.

You can't hide it, but you can change its location.

If you want to keep it private use a different account for your photos and store them in the folder "Pictures" of this account so they will be inaccessible to anyone not connected to this account (unless they have administrator rights and change this folder policy)

third question is similar to lock the application only you can access. Short to install on a suppression device, you take with you, or install it on a folder in your account that nobody else can use you will probably need a 3rd party app like Mac App blocker, which is supported by the developer, not by Apple.

  • How will I know if an iOS app is supported in split mode?

I currently own an iPad mini 1st generation 64 GB, black and slate, iOS 9.3.1 Wi - Fi only model. I intend to switch to a 9.7 inch Pro iPad or an iPad mini 4. One of the features that I'm looking forward is the split view feature. Is there a way I can look in the App Store to see if the application supports the split view. The app I'd use mode split the most is the YouTube app.

Check the version history in the description of each app below app is YouTube.

  • information of the flashlight apps

I heard recently that the flashlight apps that I downloaded from the app store can access your data. I called help Apple twice for other problems and questioned on the flashlight application issues. Had heard of it. The deleted flashlight Apps, I heard, continues to store your information. See how serious it is.  Google search "how your app flashlight is stealing your data (http://ivn.us/2014/10/01/phones-flashlight-app-stealing-data/). We have removed the flashlight two Apps of our old iPhones 5s and was going to get a factory reset as suggested to stop data theft, but just bought new 6s iphones. Unfortunately, the flashlight two deleted apps have been resettled with our 2 new phones without our permission. Yet once we have removed these. Suggest delete flashlight Apps in the Apps Store. Tell all!

Most, if not all, apps you describe have been removed. Those that remain are in agreement. Downloading an app flashlight for the phone is not necessary, because it already contains this capability in native mode.

When you say that the apps were reinstalled without your permission, he went or that you have restored a backup of your old device, or they still exist in your library of apps in iTunes and show your settings in iTunes to install applications. I suggest you go to iTunes and not on the device, but in iTunes and remove these applications from there. Also, check your settings for what applications are installed when you synchronize with iTunes. You can remove these applications on your device if you are concerned and also restore your unit to the factory and install your content individually without a synchronization or with your backup.

In addition, you do not discuss Apple here, this is a user to user support forum. If you want to tell Apple you feel this way, then use the comments here, http://www.apple.com/feedback link and click on the box in this area.
