  I'm having difficulty to remove the 32-bit windows browser choice update 7. After fishing trawl google, I see that I'm supposed to remove KB976002, problem is there is no KB976002 on my pc but I did not update the browser choice. I was to control panel of configuration/programs and features and tried to get here but I see no called the browser choice update and I don't know what its ' number of KB it is. Please note:

  I don't want to turn it off, I don't want to stop the service, I don't want to remove the icon, I don't want to disable the window. I want to completely REMOVE the browser choice update. Thanks for any help.

  I've just updated to version 35.0 today. Now, every time I restart my browser that asks me to make Firefox the default browser. I've always said yes and check the box to remember. It does not work. Research help and did what was told to go into Control Panel, then programs and by setting the default value for it. That no longer works. I've never had this problem before. I'm at a loss to know what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  You can check for problems with preferences.

  Delete possible user.js and files numbered prefs-# .js and rename (or delete) the file prefs.js to reset all the prefs by default, including the prefs set via user.js and pref which is no longer supported in the current version of Firefox.

  Have sony laptop 4 months which has windows 7 and little ie64 and little ie32. After downloading and installing these updates ie32 tip disappeared. I did a system restore to a point before installation and ie32bit reappeared. Tried to install the updates individually but was unable so installed their new and my 32-bit IE went even more he knocked mcaffe antivirus and firewall. So do I really need these three updates to ensure safety.

  What version update you? There are different versions for different carriers.

  You did pass, go in the browser,

  BBKey > Options > browser Configuration

  If so, this selection of albums has only two. More below on this page is "Browser Identification", where you can select FF or IE.
