The "iTunes" item cannot be copied because it is too large for the size of the volume

I am trying to copy my iTunes of 26 GB on a disc (empty) 128 GB flash file. I get the message (above) that the file is too large. Help, please!

A volume in FAT32 cannot store files of 4 GB or enjoyed, regardless of the amount of free space it is on the disk. Reformat it in exFAT, NTFS or Mac OS extended, as you wish.
