  Hello, I use the small Menu, so all the icons I need are on my Menu bar. I therefore keep the toolbar bookmarks and deselected Navigation toolbar so they are not displayed. Over the past two days, every time I have restart Firefox, the navigation toolbar shows. Firefox has strangely failed to show. I quit using Tiny Menu when Firefox 4.0 is released and the developer does not have to update it quickly. IIRC, it took until Firefox 5.0 is released so that it can be 'fixed', time at which I moved.

  I have videos in a folder on a HARD drive. Headers (details) I have at the top of this file are the details contained in each file properties/summary (single). All the boxes after the details in the summary are white and I would like to fill them with information. everything I type in these boxes appear in the folder under the good except the 'Keywords' column header. The view that I use for the folder is "details", I'm using windows XP with the latest service pack. It does not matter as I type in numbers or in letters and it's the same with any type of file, with what I try this. How can I get the key words I type appears in the keywords column.

  Question 1 - I have a list of duplicate on my computer files. Very often, the same file appears in two or more different locations. So I guess this could mean different copies of the same file is used by various programs. It would then be important to know what program is using this file prior to the removal of duplicates.

  Question 2 - it would be possible to point all programs that use a file given in one place? That is to centralize the location of a file. What I think, could eliminate the need to have different copies at different locations. If so, how is it please?

  The duplication that you see is the result of a bad installation program written by eSupport. It has nothing to do with Microsoft. I could do this:

  1. Rename the folder c:\eSupport in eSupport.junk
  2. Wait a week or two.
  3. If all goes well, remove the renamed folder.
