  I had so many problems that these last several weeks installing Oracle 11 g on a new server. I had to completely uninstall Oracle database at least four times for various reasons. More recently, I forgot to configure the embedded PL/SQL gateway before starting to upgrade the ApEx 3.0.1.00.08 to 3.1.2. Now, I don't remember where I got the paper that I used a few weeks ago when I have successfully (I think) upgraded ApEx, which was before I accidentally applied the patch database from 32 bit to my 64-bit database.

Really? I mean really? The document claims to be for ApEx 3.1.2. So why does say that it will upgrade your Oracle Application Express instance only to version 3.0?

  I think you have the right document. He mentions 3.0 incorrectly instead you cited - that should tell 3.1. When you install the product, and it detects that you have an earlier version, it will do a upgrade operation, copy all your previous data in the new scheme of 3.1.

  Srini - the version of the fix and the document is only to patch an existing version of 3.1 to 3.1.2.

  I am upgrading to windows vista using a DVD 8.1. I understand that I have to perform a clean installation, which does not save my files or installed programs. I have not currently external storage capacity to back up all my files (around 50 GB).

  Is it possible to back up my files in a 'safe' place on the hard drive of my computer?
  or did anyone know of an internet service that I could use?

  When I access a property of the image, the box appears at the top left of the explorer 8, blocking my editing features.  Therefore, I can't use the copy and paste function to copy the address of the image.  How to solve this problem?  There are sequences of keys to use for copy/paste?  Or can we move the box somehow so it does not block the functions change?

  I used my iPhone in Dubai very shortly and I did not have iMessage and FaceTime option on my phone. I know that laws of United Arab Emirates telecommunication UNITED and I know why people out there have this apps.
  But when I arrived in my born country last week I put the new sim card without restriction for iMessage and FaceTime and when I open the Message in the settings, I saw "Power" toggle iMessage and I was surprised that it is possible that. When I pass switches on 'On' for iMessage, who runs BEGIN WORK PERFECTLY FINE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM EVEN on LTE network.

  This is because one of the configuration files of the iPhone disables it for iPhones with AB, AE and AH maybe just before the / is their model numbers. If a Middle East SIM card in the iPhone, it can substitute for it, but no SIM card non - Middle Eastern won't. There is no other way to substitute it, or get FaceTime on your iPhone outside the Middle East.

  What you hear are Toshiba Flash Cards. If you press a FN key on screen Flash cards will appear and show you what happens if you press F1 for example.
