The media play does not open an attachment in an Outlook e-mail message.
When I try to open an attachment in my email address I get a message that says "to use windows media player, log out of windows, open a session back, then windows strt. How can I open as it allows to open? I have the windows xp operating system.
Hi JaniceXO,
- Did you the latest changes on the computer?
- When was the last time it was working fine?
- Are you experiencing a similar problem with multiple attachments?
- What is the file format of the attachment that you are trying to open?
- What version of Windows media player installed on the computer?
I suggest that you save the attachment on your computer and later try to open with Windows media player, check if it helps.
If you use Windows media 10 player then I would say that you uninstall it and reinstall it later, check to see if it helps.

On my old iPod Touch (4th generation), the music application does not open. Everything will work as before. I suspect it has something to do with the position that the app was (in podcast lists) before the last sync. How can I get the app to open again?
If you have not already, restart the iPod touch

My new Office Jet 8500 (A910-G) seems to correctly perform a scan to PDF, but the PDF file does not open, gives me the error message "the selected document cannot be opened" in PDF Complete.
I agree that it's a software because it works well with Adobe Acrobat. It's just PDF Complete (which was free with my HP computer) does not work!

By double clicking on a file in Windows Explorer it only starts the program it does not open the actual file. 1 program, all the others still work ok.
This option is used to work, I installed a viewer of this program option (it's a based CAD program) and after that I uninstalled the viewer that he would not even start the program, he was trying to launch the viewr. I noticed that the file association was still for the Viewer so I changed it back, but he now throws only program. Under right click, properties, file Type: it is said the extension only where it used to say the name of the program.
Thank you
Sam

Installation ok on iMac OSX 10.9.5 seemed elements 13. The IMac is restarted. Tried to open items. Open but the splash screen does not open. There was only 1 menu 'Photoshop Elements' no other drop downs appeared
If you go into the applications folder, can you open Adobe organizer of 13 elements, or the Editor directly? The editor is well hidden. It is located in the support files folder in the Adobe Photoshop elements 13 folder:

The tab network on Windows media player does not open
I can't open the network on Windows media player 11 despite uninstall and reinstall twice. I even brought back to WMP 10 and even on the network tab would not open. any ideas, anyone please?
Hi Mooby00,
1. what happens when you try to access the network tab?
2. you receive an error message?
3 when was the last time it was working fine?
I suggest that restore you to the basic version of Windows media player in Windows XP, which is version 9 and check if the problem persists.
I hope this helps!
