The mouse cursor is not where is the entrance?

In the text boxes in websites like Codecademy my cursor is not here where I give input keyboard!

Is this a new issue after upgrading Windows 10?

40 Firefox, scheduled to be released soon, will contain several fixes compatibility for Windows 10, so I hope it helps if there is no other explanation or fix for Firefox 39.

    I have a button_mc and within this button is an another MC with a hidden chart to create a glow effect. My problem is that when this gloss effect passes over the top of the key and hit the mouse cursor, it causes the button to turn off. Is it possible for me to have the shine_mc in the button_mc be completely ignored by the mouse?

  • Mouse cursor is not visible at all, Vista x 64 SP2.

    01/15/10, computer of my girlfriend automatically installed several updates Windows day and then blue screened. Updates appear to have installed successfully, but immediately after restarting, the mouse cursor has encountered a problem in that it is completely invisible except when positioned in the very upper left corner of the screen (an area of about 100 x 100 pixels, I guess). The only solution that I might know which allowed us to see the cursor anywhere else on the screen was to return to the path of the mouse pointer. Change the pointer system is no anything, either - every diagram shows the cursor like schema by default when I can see him at all (with the active pointer trails). It is really annoying, and it makes my girlfriend and me crazy. I want to keep the computer up-to-date, but if MS updates kill something so essential as the mouse cursor, I can't do it.

    Updates that were installed were:
    Updated platform for Windows Vista for x 64-based systems (KB971644)
    Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 update for Windows Vista Service Pack 2... (KB974470)
    Update for Windows Vista for x 64-based systems (KB960362)
    Definition update for Microsoft Security Essentials - KB 972696 (definition of 1.71.2259.0)

    The system is a HP Pavilion Slimline with Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 (2.33 Ghz), 4 GB of RAM, Vista 64 SP2 and the graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE.

    Hello

    You can first try to check the mouse settings by clicking on Control Panel -> mouse -> Pointer Options -> uncheck the "Enhance pointer precision" and check if it solves the problem.

    Now you need to reduce the hardware acceleration on your computer and look for the number, to determine this, click on the view tab and then, under DirectX features, check to see whether DirectDraw, Direct3D, and AGP Texture acceleration appear as disabled. If this is not the case, try to reduce hardware acceleration.

    1. open the screen resolution by clicking on the Start button, Control Panel, and then, under appearance and personalization, click on adjust the screen resolution.

    2. click on advanced settings.

    3. click on the Troubleshooting tab, and then click on change settings.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    4 move the hardware acceleration to min slider.

    Now search for the question.

  • The mouse cursor does not display in Windows Media Player

    When I start Media Player I don't see the cursor of the mouse to control anything. I use the Task Manager to close the windows media player.

    I suggest that you update mouse drivers to their latest version. Don't simply check Windows Update, but the Logitech site as well.

    If this does not help, then run the SFC scan once more with your installation of Vista DVD inserted in the computer. He is able to repair the missing and corrupt files then?

  • Satellite P105 mouse cursor does not account for hyperlinks

    Hello:

    1st time poster. Computer: Toshiba Satelite: P105

    MS XP Media Center Edition
    Version 2002
    Service Pack 3

    T5500 1.66 GHz
    1.67 GHz, 0.99 GB of Ram

    I had this thing for about 2 years, provided an excellent service.

    Problem: Several months ago, started to do cursor... described about what will not, indicate it is a hyperlink, nor will it responds when the cursor is over a hyperlink. This behavior begins after clicking indeed 1 or more hyperlinks w / in a given... so, no response as described page.

    If I move the mouse outside of the browser, click on something else (for example: the desktop icon, menu start etc.) and then return to the same web page, it will correctly display a hyperlink for 1 or more clicks slider, then resume ignoring as described.

    Very annoying. Any help appreciated.

    It's very strange and I really never heard of this issue.

    I can t say what is the reason for this question but I think it might be a virus or something else. Have you installed an anti virus program? It's really important if your phone has internet access. For this, you can use AntiVir. This program is freeware and I have good experiences with it. Install this tool and scan your laptop.

    In addition, you must install a program that can find and remove spyware. For example Search & Destroy Spybot and AdAware. These two tools are free. Google for it and you will find it.

    Make sure you have all the updates of Windows installed.
    In the worst case, you must reinstall Windows. :(

  • Problem with cursor - cursor is not where it should be when it is used

    Hello

    E/s hope someone here has had the same problem and knows why it happens.

    This keeps happening on my laptop and desktop, when I open Photoshop CS4 all goes well with the cursor, which means that I have to place the reticle of the cursor is where the brand/brush/line/pen will draw from. Then after an hour or two of work when I place the cursor, the actual location of selection fall below the line of sight of the cursor, over 10 to 20 pixels below. This makes it very difficult to be precise. It happens with Tablet as well as with the mouse. Y at - it a keyboard shortcut, I am struck accidentally? any help is appreciated, it's driving me crazy.

  • Possible bug found in hyperlinkctrl.c when you use the "VAL_POINTING_FINGER_CURSOR" mouse cursor in your own user interface.

    Hi people, I think I found a bug in the hyperlinkctrl.c custom control, after the update/upgrade an old project CVI.

    I found when I started using the "VAL_POINTING_FINGER_CURSOR" mouse in my UI, when adding a new hyperlink control.

    The error is recoverable error: ' from the mouse cursor is not valid.

    This error breaks in RunUserInterface (never seen anything like this before and I use CVI since version 3.1).

    This happens whenever I mouse - hovering anywhere on the Panel that contains the new hyperlink control.

    I also had a hack temporary to solve the problem, for now, I'll pass it along to this announcement...

    The hyperlink control's source code is located in \toolslib\custctrl\hyperlinkctrl.c

    The bug/problem lies in the service of reminder (of HyperLinkPanelCallback), specifically in lines 460 to 465.

    This hyperlink control wants to use the VAL_POINTING_FINGER_CURSOR as its default cursor when you hover over the custom hyperlink.

    However, if you already use 'VAL_POINTING_FINGER_CURSOR' in your user interface, the branch which verifies that you use what he thinks is 'his own' thread-safe mouse cursor ID, so that can reset it by using his "token concatenation" - created macro "GetTsvCursor", is not an 'else' branch to protect the picture when you actually use the cursor pointing finger... where the error that the mouse cursor is not valid. Here is the snippet of these lines.

    The mouse is not over a hyperlink
    If (cursor is VAL_POINTING_FINGER_CURSOR)
    {
    Reset the cursor to the previous cached cursor
    cursor = GetTsvCursor();
    errChk (SetMouseCursor (cursor));

    ... etc...

    }

    So my hack was to change the type of cursor to "VAL_CHECK_CURSOR" in place and place the cursor of "VAL_POINTING_FINGER_CURSOR" in three locations in this function, then rebuilt files x 86 and x 64.

    Hey Luis, finally win a free T-shirt of LabWindows/CVI with not only have reported this bug, but also to give the precise location of the source, as well as a work around?

    Hello

    Thank you for taking the time to notify us of these issues.  We are truly working with Mozilla and Apple on these specific issues.  I don't know the status of fix for Safari, but I checked in Firefox 6, the problem is solved.  Unfortunately that I do not have deadlines for their release and I have a work-around, since these are questions that browser vendors will have to fix.

  • Special the mouse cursor on the area

    I am trying to create a training for a pretty advanced piece of software. This software uses several different cursors to indicate the different actions in certain areas: for example a helping hand, a triangle and two arrows.

    My question: is it possible in Captivate 1 to simulate it? So can I specify a specific cursor for a given region (mouse over)?

    And if not, what would be the best way to get around this?

    Thank you!

    Hi Dutk,

    FYI (for your information) 'HTH' is not my name - Larry Walther is my name, and "CatBandit" is my screen name. 'HTH' is simply a shortcut for "hope this helps. Not much, but didn't want you to treat me like HTH for the next five years.

    Sorry, but the mouse cursor can not be changed Mid-slide. In other words, there may be two mouse cursors (the same image or other) in a chronological slide. If you want to view cursors of evolution, you will need to either go to full-motion-check or split the action in several slides, and then change the slider to change the blade.

    Sorry I can't help more with this.
