  I understand you have updated your iPhone 6s more iOS 10.0.2, but you can not access your purchased music. The first thing I would say is to leave the music app, sign out of the iTunes (from the settings app) account and restart your iPhone.  Then try to access your purchased again music.   Here are a few resources to explain this in more detail:

  1. Tap Settings > iTunes and App Store.

  Hi, I have recently subscribed to music from Apple. I am able to record the music in my library and listen to it all being connected to the Internet.   If I understand correctly, you are trying to download music from Apple's music, but you're not able to. Download sits there and never complete. There are a few things that we can try to get the music downloaded on the iPhone. I suggest disconnect you from the iTunes and App Store in iPhone settings. This will remove all downloaded music, you have available offline. You can then re - download when you log in.

  To disconnect your iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Go to settings > iTunes and App Store.
  2. Enter your Apple ID > Sign Out.
  3. Enter your Apple ID password, then select login.

  I'll be happy if everyone agreed with me on the use of apple's music. It's really too hard to remove a music of ios 10.  the new apple music wants users to play the song, then delete it; but by the old version, we could delete any song even we are not listening.

  Leave your post, we understand that you want to delete the music downloaded on your iPhone or your library, but the process is different than it was before iOS 10. The new process of removal of content is explained in the following article:

  Thanks for your questions, but I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. I see this one of two ways. The first is that you want to hide your purchases so that you don't see them on your iPhone. The second is that you only want to see content downloaded to your iPhone. I can answer these for you two.

  To start with the first scenario, you can hide purchases from the iTunes Store. To do this, you will need to use iTunes. Access your purchased content as if you were to download it again. When you move your mouse over the content, you will see an X in the upper corner of the work. Click on that and you will see the option to hide the content you've purchased. This will ensure that when you look at your iPhone and the content is not downloaded, you will not see it.

  For the second scenario, you can only view content downloaded to your iPhone. To accomplish this, open the music application and make sure that you are on the Library tab. • The music won't download on iOS 10

  In iOS 10 my music won't download to my new phone (iPhone 6 s). When I go to a playlist and click on the button download all the circles begin to turn next to the songs and they will also in the download section but not one has ever actually download.

  I found a solution where the download section I went to a song stopped and individual circle download and it struck again--and it would download. Bulky. But then I checked the next day and those who disappeared for some reason any. Thus, even the wrong solution to workaround does not work.

  I also tried cutting iCloud library and turning back on but it does not solve the problem.

• The music stops when messaging on viber

  so until I have updated to iOS 10, I can listen to my music and message on viber.

  somehow after the update to iOS 10 whenever I try to post on viber while listening to music, the music stops playing. And when I slide up to listen to the music it shows this. PS I upgraded viber last night their last 10 updated ios as well.

  I tried turning off the sounds in viber notifications, but that didn't work either.

  Just turn off "Sounds In - App" "Notifications" on your Viber settings.

  in the application, go to albums lh corner (Library) and select 'Download Music' down to slide down.  This should give you now a new dropdown to select playlists, artists, songs, etc.   Now you should see only what you have downloaded.

  I have a spotty cell service where I live. When at work and I am in one of these areas of service not, my music even will not open. I saved music to play offline, but the screen is not yet open. (If I'm in a 'dead zone') no cell signal) does not even open the music.  It searches only. I can't open until I again service.

  I re - configure my phone and did a manual synchronization with my macbook.  The music which has not synchronized has not purchased from iTunes so I suspect that it is not recognized as music.  They were records that were downloaded from hightail and have been on my iPhone to listen to for years.

  Thanks for your question.  Looks like you're wanting to see all the songs your marked as a favorite in your music app.    Marking of these songs help Apple know what your preferences are.  It does not automatically create a playlist for you.  So, if that's your goal, you will need to create a playlist of your Favorites and add songs to your playlist.  Resources below that explain a little more in detail.

  Here are the steps:

  • You say that you have a new computer.  I guess that's literally true, and so it has the latest operating system.
  • Open iTunes if you have it on your computer.  If you don't have iTunes, download it from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download
  • Use the iTunes menu to navigate to account > Sign In and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Go to the iTunes under the "Music" setting store
  • Click on the link 'Buy' on the right side.
  • Go to the "not in my library" tab.
  • From there, you will be able to download all the music you have previously bought in iTunes.
