The problem of the distribution of the data in the cluster of NoSQL Oracle databases

Hello

I write (about 10 G) data in an Oracle Databae NoSQL cluster (which consists of three nodes: ud1, Node2, node3). It has only one table in the DB and I create an index on a field.

The amount of data in each node is about 16G.

Then I write the same data (about 10G) in an Oracle NoSQL Database (Only one node) and I create an index on the same lot.

But the amount of data is about 46G.

So I assumed that each node holds no data complete. Then if the failure of a node, the cluster can still work but some data cannot be queried. Am I wrong?

There is an intersection in the form of database on each node?

You should take a look at the documentation. For example:

    Dear Oracle.

    I send you this mail because recently I passed the exam 1Z0-053-Oracle Database 11 g: Administration II, which is the last review necessary to acquire the OCP Certification. However, in the path to certification, I need to prove that I participated in an official Oracle training.

    Research for the course on the site to view pearson, I did find the name of course on the list. So I'm sending you this email with the courses required for certification information. I attended the course at FIAP College (http://www.fiap.com.br/en/conheca-a-fiap/parcerias-estrategicas/), in the city of São Paulo (Brazil) of March, 2010 until March 2011. The above link is possible to check that the University is a partner of Oracle. The title I had was "Graduate in Oracle Database Management".

    In this e-mail, I have attached a copy of the certified course FIAP (front.jpg, certificate Back). I also send my profile data in the site view pearson (Pearson VIEW - my profile.pdf) and my scores on tests for certification of OCP (1Z0 - 051.pdf, 1Z0 - 052.pdf, 1Z0 - 053.pdf).

    If you need additional information just let me know and I'll give you.

    Please acknowledge this information and give me the OCP certification (Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional).

    Kind regards.

    I did this way, because the https://education.oracle.com/pls/eval-eddap-dcd/OU_SUPPORT_OCP.home?p_source=OCP link has not worked, I sent my class even without knowing if it will be accepted, so I exchanged a few emails and my journey has been accepting.

    I just changed my post when you posted this. The explanation is there now:

    Frank Kulash wrote:
    ...
    The condition "codevlaue_id!" = TRIM (codevalue_id)"does not change the results of everything, but it can make the most effective statement if there are lines where codevalue_id is on 6 characters long, but contains no additional space. It will prevent the triggers from firing and redo the data generated.

    HI: I analyze the STATSPACK report: this is the "volume test" on our UAT server for most of entry or "bind variables".  Our shared pool is well used in oracle.  Recovery of Oracle logs is not configured properly on this server, as in "Top 5 events of waiting", there are 2 for Oder.

    I need to know what other information may be digging from of 'waiting in the foreground events' & ' background waiting events ", and which can help us better understand, in combination of ' Top 5 wait event, that how did the server test /?  It could be overwhelming. wait events, so appreciate useful diagnostic or analyses.  Database is oracle 11.2.0.4 updated from 11.2.0.3 on IBM AIX 64-bit, level 6.x system power

    Hello

    I think that your CPU is overloaded by your stress tests. You have one VCPU with 2 wires (2 LCPU), right? And the load average is greater than one. You have time DB which is not counted in (CPU time + wait events) and which comes no doubt from time spent in the runqueue.

    > Oracle recovery logs is not properly configured on this server, as in "Top 5 events of waiting", there are 2 for oder

    It is an error in statspack for show "log file parallel write here." This moment is historical and is included in 'log file sync '. And I don't think you have to redo misconfiguration. Waiting for 1ms to commit is ok. In OLTP you should have more than one validation in a user interaction so that the user don't worry not about 1 m in batch mode, unless you commit to each row, 1 DC to commit should not increase the total execution time.

    The fact that you have a lot of line lock (enq: TX - line lock conflict) but very little time (on average 97 ms) is probably a sign that testers are running simultaneously a charge affecting the same data. Their set of test data is perhaps too simple and short. An example: when stress tests of an order entry system if you run 1000 concurrent sessions, ordering the same product to the same customer, you can get this kind of symptoms, but the test we unrealistic.

    It's a high activity of 2000 calls per second, 52 transactions per second, user. But you also have low average active sessions, so the report probably covers a period of non-uniform activity, which makes the averages without meaning.

    So note to tell about the events of waiting here. But we don't have any info about 39% of DB time devoted to the CPU which is where something can be improved.

    Kind regards

    Franck.

  • The customer need to oracle database in the installation of the EPM FDM

    Hi all

    I want to install EPM11.1.2.2 products and on one server I install FDM. I checked the condition sine qua non of the installation of FDM and according to the guidelines of this customer database Oracle 32-bit and 64-bit client is necessary.

    Server is Windows 2008 64 bit and already Oracle database 11g is installed.

    I have reg queries following it.

    1. If the Oracle database is installed on the same server, do I need to install both clients of the database as well?

    2. If so, I am trying to install oracle database 32-bit client but the screen is endangered shows no newspaper or mistake, but at the same time 64-bit client is installing successfully?

    3. I have not installed ODAC, what is the significance of this facility, and what I need to install the same?

    Help, please.

    Thank you

  • Problem with the date when you load the XML file into Oracle Database 10g

    Hi all

    I have the interface as shown in the screenshot below. In this document, among other things, I am mapping to an element XML file representing a date to an Oracle table column defined as DATE. The source and target columns are highlighted in the screenshot.

    ! http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/1565/odiscr275.jpg!

    When I run the interface, I get the following error message:

    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException to java.sql.Date.valueOf(Date.java:103)

    I guess that this is the conversion of the date!

    I already tried to replace SRC_TRADES. DEAL_DATE with TO_DATE (SRC_TRADES. DEAL_DATE, ' DD/MM/YYYY') on the implementation tab. This feature was not recognized when I executed the interface, so it did not work! The value of date in the XML file is in the format DD/MM/YYYY .

    I guess that Date SQL Oracle functions do not work in the implementation tab. Could someone let me know:

    1. what the Date Conversion function I could use instead?
    2. where can I find a reference to the methods/functions that I use in the implementation tab (if such a reference exists)?

    See you soon.

    James

    Hello.

    Try changing the area of execution at the staging area. Once you change it, write in the map box just SRC_TRADERS. DEAL_DATE. When you use TO_DATE, the source field typu should be varchar2, no date (as it is in store for your data source)

    Attached the screenshot

    Can someone help me solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance

    What he says is the listener.ora file is not necessary to start the listener.  If you rename, then start the receiver, then start the db, after a minute or two, the db should automatically register with the listener and then you can make a tnsping or otherwise connect to the database through the listener.

    I'm not entirely sure what's going on with your image, but I can't help but wonder if somehow something is not what you expect with the investigation period, whenever it starts.

    So use lsnrctl status lsnrctl services to see what the listener is the situation and tnsping and ping from the client to see what he thinks.

  • Question about the ADF Version supported Oracle database

    Hello

    One of my client's situation trigger this thread, they have a few Oracle 9.2.0.6 inherited instance, which turns out to be that a version of database not supported for JDeveloper/ADF 12.1.3, in this case, supports an earlier version of the ADF is the only choice without upgrading of database to 11.x for them?

    And I'm also interested to know why JDeveloper/ADF confined its support to some version of database Oracle, thank you

    -Liang Yi

    Hello

    If I'm not wrong then the Oracle 9i database is out of support since juil.-2007. JDeveloper and ADF certifies and supports the unsupported database versions or operating systems. So I hope that answers the "why". The real solution is to upgrade the database, because that's the reason that will block you for what your client is to move forward.

  • Read an existing model (12 c + with the option of triple oracle database)

    I've seen a few examples of code, all use the class 'oracle.spatial.rdf.client.jena.ModelOracleSem.createOracleSemModel (oracle, string);", which creates an RDF model, but I have already created using SQLplus and I want to do a simple READ. Is it possible to do?

    NB: my trip was this, I realized this tutorial (everything works fine), but now I want to reproduce CRUD queries on the model of the family (which is extracted from the Oracle documentation) using JAVA, the Jena API.

    Code:

    OracleThin. createOracleSemModel (oracleThin.getOracle (), modelName);

    }

    Hello

    I'm trying to understand your question. If you have four models and I assume that you want to run a SPARQL query against the union of the four models, right? If that's your goal, you can do something like:

        String [] modelNames = new String() {"datebaseeva", "datebaselocalebackup", "datebaseMesuresMains"};
        String [] rulebases = new String [] {};
        Piece attached attachment = Attachment.createInstance (modelNames,
            rulebases,
            InferenceMaintenanceMode.NO_UPDATE,
            QueryOptions.ALLOW_QUERY_INVALID_AND_DUP);

    //

    The following allows us to reach EVA, LOCALEBACKUP, MESURESMAINS for model of REGIONAL settings

    //

        Chart GraphOracleSem = new GraphOracleSem (oracle, "datebaselocale", room attached, true);

    Dim queryString As String =

    "PREFIX ORACLE_SEM_FS_NS: http://oracle.com/semtech#allow_dup=t>"+ ___PUT_YOUR_QUERY_HERE___; "

    ModelOracleSem m = new ModelOracleSem (graph);

    Query query = QueryFactory.create (queryString);

    Now, the following query will be executed on the 4 models.

    QueryExecution qe = QueryExecutionFactory.create (query, m);

    It will be useful,

    (III) how to check the system the number of Oracle users under license after installation

    All versions are enterprise Oracle (9i, 10g, 11g)

    You look at the documents you've got Oracle when you purchased your licenses.

    Database software itself has no idea that you were using the OTN license you accepted when you downloaded the software from OTN, a CPU license you bought at Oracle yesterday, or some old license purchased from Oracle a decade using a metric that sell you even more with Oracle (for example, former competitor licences that are still floating around).

  • To connect remotely to the GR 11, 2 Oracle database

    Hello world

    I'm a beginner who aims to become a DBA. With no prior experience in the administration of the database, I suspect some of my questions will be stupid enough, but once learned, it is learned for good, so please be gentle :)
    After you install Oracle Linux 6 version 3 and database Oracle 11 GR 2 on a dedicated machine, I downloaded Navicat for Oracle (trial) and tried to connect to the database remotely. So far I've succumbed.

    The listener is in PLACE and I can connect to https://localhost:1158 / em very well. Address Net Listener is configured as follows:
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST=localhost) (PORT = 1521))
    I have a hunch that "localhost" might not be sufficient to allow remote connections, but some documentation I read was a little confused. I also tried adding another auditor who would use 'HOST' entry as the DNS name of the complete machine but which seemed to spoil 'EM completely.
    On the error message: whenever I try to connect, I get "ORA-12541: TNS:no listener. But, as I said, the listener is in PLACE.
