  2. is it necessary to have a CC account also? I have a subscription to CC for now, but only because I wanted to use unique DPS now retirement edition. But all my indesign work is done on a CS6 license I bought before the introduction of CC. So my question is, can I buy a professional edition of DPS and use it with CS6 without subscription of the CC?

If I want to publish an app multifolio with 3 separate applications for sale inside ($ app a 3.99, app $ two 4.99, in-app three 8.99 dollars) and I want to sell this app the same multifolio on the Appstore, Google play and store Windows, can I do this with a SINGLE professional edition license?

  4. the app I want to publish as 2048 x 1536 and works well with my iPad to the retina. The resolution will also work with tablets of high resolution with android or windows on it?

  Hi Joanne,

  If you are unable to display the toolbar by choosing View > show/hide > elements elements toolbar, please send along a screenshot of what you see. (And just double check that you open your PDF files in Acrobat and not player - that is a mistake that I make here and there).

I have read the discriptions of the different options (professional/business) and it is said that I have to update for professional or business to be able to publish and sell apps in the app store include several folios.   Creating multi folio apps requires a Pro license or business. It is not matter wheter your content is free or retail. Keep in mind that creating multi folio apps requires you to pay hosting fees. So there is an additional cost based on your downloads. Talk to your DPS dealer for more information on the numbers.

  Don't forget that you can create an application with the Pro license (update of the app is included too) but the level of the company allows to create applications as much as you want.

  I've seen this problem on a number of occasion. In most cases, I found that Captivate closing and opening it again normally are good to go. If this does not work you can try

  a. rename the Captivate.dat file which can be found in the following path:
  C:\Documents and Settings\nom_utilisateur\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Captivate
  b. loading Captivate again.

  The .dat file contains many of your personal settings, and sometimes can be damaged. Rename the original copy and loading Captivate forces the application to create a new .dat file.

  If it does not yet solve the problem you can either:

  a. re - install Captivate
  b. report the problem using the
  Feature request/Bug Report Form]
