I use an iMac, which uses Mac Keeper.  During the two days when I _try_ to update Acrobat Reader, I get an Error Message.


Reads this message, "Could not connect to server.  Update failed with the error: the request has timed out. »

    I saw this happen. In my case, I noticed that enforcement/drm-web client in IIS use DefaultAppPool rather than the DRMAppPool. Change to use the DRMAppPool, restart the IIS services and it should be good

    Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.

    You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh.  The update contains the entire application.  Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.

    No, it isn't. It is the length of the maximum session regardless of the activity, and is necessary to avoid thin clients that never disconnect flooding the broker with the sessions. There is no setting "off". You will simply have to increase it the maximum time that a user will be connected.

    -No, I don't have third-party backup programs installed.

    People - I am really stumped on this one and need help.  I train a new employee on our CF 9.0.2 EA environment and I wanted him to run some of our scheduled tasks.  I had to open a session in the production with the admin site and password (one-time password using only the id of cfadmin "generics") without incident.

    He sailed to the scheduled tasks without incident, clicked the button "Run the scheduled task" and upward jumped a message to open a session in Administrator CF.  Never, ever have I seen this happen before.  I checked, and no one else was recorded in the CF administrator at the time.

    The application log contained the following warning: "CFADMIN", "there was an error while checking the token. The session has expired or unauthenticated access is suspected. »

    I have google, Yahooed and anything else in the meantime and can only end of references to CF10 and single account sessions.  Yet once we checked it was the on using only the administrator see  (I know because I am just another one who knows the admin password).  We are all both in the same group of security for the server (Windows 2003 R2) administration have the same level of security to the database - read-only (MS SQL Server 2005), but none of this is important since we are through THE and by using the IUSER or IWAM permissions.  Doesn't seem to matter if the integrated Windows authentication check or not in IE options either.

    I tried to separate application ID and password security - but I got the same error message.

    All ideas are most appreciated.

    Charlie - thank you very much for your help.  Although you have identified the real problem, unfortunately I have always a solution.  But I kept in the back of my mind...

    But just recently, I was hit with this same problem myself.  As a last resort, I clean my cookies and all my temporary Internet files.  For me, that did the trick.

    My store is running the most vanilla of CF9 environments possible, Web site instance unique, the only database MS SQL Server, IIS 7 on a Windows 2008 R2 server.  Absolutely not the bells and whistles.

    Again, thank you for taking the time to read my post and you offer thoughts and support.  Without the help of specialists like you - well - I don't know where I'd be.

    I have two database called orcl and LINXORCL (moved from windows to linux for oracle)

    My oracle_sid is orcl

    When I start the orcl database I can access and connection in EM, but when I start LINXORCL and then try to access the EM make me this errors:

    Check the configuration of the analysis, but I suspect it configured to connect to DBSNMP and it seems it's password has expired.  Try connecting to the database using the user DBSNMP in SQLPLUS to check.  If the password has expired, set the password and can never expire.  Then update the EM analysis configuration, unless your using the same password and it should all work again.

    step 1: inside the guest running Open regedit as an administrator.
    Reach
    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\services\LSI_SAS
    you will find a subkey named Start. Set the value to 0 - very likely, it's 3 or 4 at the moment.
    Then turn off the virtual machine

    step 2: swap the current vmx file with the one I've attached
    It removes the current scsi controller and replaces it with a LSI - SAS

    You should probably create a backup first if you do not know
