    Hello inkie

I would say that it is most likely a problem with FireFox. You can back up your bookmarks and reinstall the browser. If the problem persists, there may be a setting in FireFox that should be changed since the update, and you may want to communicate with Mozilla. I can help you to reinstall the printer driver, as it could be related, however, I think that this isn't probably also another browser running.

    Hi Dave,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.

    1. Make a scroll bar on the side on the screen of Internet Explorer?
    2. What is the current version of Internet Explorer you are using?
    3. The problem is specific to a particular Web site?

If the question rests with some specific site, it could happen due to the incompatibility of the Web page. To resolve this problem, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.

    Method 1:

Open the Web site in compatibility view and check if the problem persists.

Difficulty of the problems to view site with compatibility view

If the problem still exists, try the next method.

    Method 2:

If you want the Web page to expand the size of the screen, then take the corners of the window and the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first and this one last. Windows will remember the last used screen size the next time you open the program.

From now on, try the above steps and let us know the results. We will be happy to help you further.
