When you try to download photoshop elements 13 I get the following message - signature download adobe photoshop elements 13 (2) exe is corrupted or invalid what can I do
redownload.
If the problem persists, use a different browser or another wired connection or a download manager.
or if you follow the 7 steps you can directly download a free trial here: Adobe Photoshop elements 13 Direct Download Links, first too. ProDesignTools
and activate it with your serial number.
If you have a problem from the download, you follow the 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
failure to obtain this cookie translates into an error page displayed after clicking on a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (e.g., current) version.

Download Acrobat Web site 11.0.07 is damaged or invalid?
Update our users with the new update, but is downloadable from the Web site. Whenever I try to download the update IE said "The Signature of AcrobatUpd11007.msp is damaged or not valid.", and then told me to delete the file.
Good news. I was able to solve the problem.
After trying a F8 - disable application of Signature of disk with isolated install which also failed.
I then tried a single fact (no unnecessary programs, including anti virus) UNINSTALL 11.0.06 (initially disabled Adobe Standard) then put it back 11.0.00.
I ran updates help on... and installed 11.0.07 without problem. It's as simple as that. Updates of 11.0.07 at least for some people requires that you uninstall the product completely.
So, to summarize
Adobe repair - no effect
sfc scannow - no effect
No tool repair of .net framework... no effect
RIP the sucker out and reinstall... priceless... it works.

This type of error can be caused if the Visual C++ library runtime components are missing or because of a third-party software.
Follow the steps below:
Method 1:
If the problem is caused by the lack of Visual C++ libraries, you can download and install the Runtime components of Visual C++ libraries from the link below:
This error can occur when the Microsoft .NET Framework installation on the computer is damaged or is missing.Try it out below step to reinstall and repair installation of Microsoft .NET Framework on the computer, then check if you can install the software.
(a) click the Start button, select Control Panel, click programs and then click on 'Turn Windows has or not.' If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
(b) search for Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1 uncheck, click OK and restart the computer.
(c) after the reboot, open again "Turn Windows features on or off" and place a check next to Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1 and restart the computer.
Step 2
If the previous step fails, then I suggest that you manually download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and 2008 Redistributable Package and check to see if you can install the software.
In programs and features, you do not show that you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable? If this is not the case, download the links here.

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.
This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.
If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a runtime operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the code itself has been paginated outside. The possible causes for the error page are:
- The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
- The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
- The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

I want to insert a signature that I hosted on a web server without having to create and save the local html file on my computer, is it possible? I know that I can insert a picture from a web server as part of my signature, which is not what I'm asking. Is there an add-on or anything else that can help me to insert my signature from a web server directly, without having to host the file locally?
You do not have to store the signature on your computer, but Thunderbird will not bind to a text or HTML signature on a remote server file.
Thunderbird is waiting for you to provide a simple signature to provide the URL to the 'IMAGE' stored on the remote server and this link should be included in Thunderbird, if not how to be referenced in the message?
You can always include a link to the text that is stored remotely or a HTML signature in your message, but the recipient will activate it? Once again this link would be stored in the message
