  I tried to download a website to test the Business Catalyst since Friday, but I'm a catalgoue of the error messages. I installed the latest version of air and the MUSE.

  Is there a way to export the posts off Business Catalyst?  I can easily find the import feature, that I used to move clients from Wordpress to BC, but what export.  I would be interested to export for the protection of the data (as a backup, like how to save information clients and reports) and for all customers who might decide to move British Colombia on another blogging platform.

  There is no blog export feature, but there is an RSS feed, you can get your blog. It's a standard RSS feed, you can import that into an external site.

  It seems that Google Fusion embedded cards interfere with the site installation in Business Catalyst - anyone els has had this problem? Can you please let me know how I can solve this problem.

  The merger plan is an essential of the site and it is not possible to realize the same functionality with the Google widget map. I really hope that there there, someone can help out me, because it is important the customer can change the site without calling me.

  As you mentioned that you have inserted html and as a result of which the Assembly does not work, you can try adding this attribute ice by developing mode in British Colombia, and then check to see if that solves the problem.

  Hi, I created a Web site in muse and published the catalyst for business, however I now what to do my live site to the correct url. I own the domain name, but this is my first time using muse and I do not know how to find my way dashboard about business catalyst or how to change the url. Whenever I watch video on how to do this, I can only find ones that show you how to publish the site on the catalyst, but nothing about how to go to the next step, which is to publish the site with the correct url.

  You're right, because you don't need to update the site every week. Once the site is live it would be very well received. In case you make changes to your file of Muse, you can simply publish the site.

• Why is the text in my master page header reformatted after the publication of Business Catalyst?

  Everything goes well with the text in my master page header in Muse, but when you are viewing my site online, the text is reformatted and a biased. I contacted tech support, and they told me that there is a problem with Business Catalyst, they are working on right now. The workaround is to open your site in Muse, click 'File', choose 'Properties of the Site' and under "Advanced", uncheck «Enable in the browser Edition.» Once you publish the site again, the problem should disappear. I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had this problem and if this workaround is successful or if you know other solutions.

  If you are publishing to Business Catalyst, go to file > properties of the Site in Muse. The 'Advanced' Panel will turn off IBE. We will address this problem in an update very soon.

  Hi, I am trying to delete a file on my remote server (Business Catalyst), but I get an error message (log of the errors below).  I can delete the other files in the same folder.  In addition, the permissions are the same on the files I can delete and one that I can't.  I can not remove this file with FileZilla, either - get a similar error message.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  This is a template file and I really need to be able to delete or modify it.  Thank you.

  The model was the one that I uploaded myself and I need to be able to make changes or delete it.  I have to go check out my Business Catalyst site and figured out I could delete templates through the Site Manager > Page Templates dialog box.  Thank you.

  Yes, the site would be automatically redirected to the mobile version, the url will change phone version which would be www.domain.com/phone/index.html

• Third party access to the administration of Business Catalyst console: freezing of dashboard

  My client can access the admin console in Business Catalyst to change the site we built for him. It uses both a Mac G5 2.1gh power pc OS 10.4.11 and Mac 2.2gh laptop intel core duo 10.6.8. It follows this link http://www.slowhome.co.uk/AdminConsoleXT/#dashboard but the screen just hangs. I sent back the passwords, hacks with admin persmissons but nothing has released access yet. All suggestions, clues or answers please? We use Adobe Muse to build and Business Catalyst manage. Its browser corresponds to the system requirements.

  What browser is using? The user account for the other admin on the site seems to be correctly implemented with all assigned permissions. I can't reproduce the problem either. If the problem persists, you can ask the user to try another browser or clear cookies/temp/cache of data for the current browser, and try again. If this does not help, try connecting to the admin using a different network connection.

  You could also try to create another admin for the user account and test. It would also isolate the problem to be specific account. If this does not work either, please help directly BC live chat support via http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=business-catalyst.
